Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour redémarrer un métier à tisser lors d'une intervention de réglage impliquant le décalage du maillage de chaîne, caractérisé en ce que, après l'arrêt du métier, on effectue les étapes suivantes :
    (a) on effectue l'acquisition d'une première image d'une partie de tissu dans une position fixe par rapport au métier ;
    (b) on effectue l'intervention de réglage et l'on restaure les conditions mécaniques initiales du métier ;
    (c) on effectue l'acquisition d'une seconde image du tissu dans ladite position fixe par rapport au métier ;
    (d) on compare l'une à l'autre les première et seconde images pour établir la mesure d'un quelconque déphasage existant de textile ;
    (e) on effectue un réglage des éléments mécaniques du métier à tisser sur la base de ladite mesure du déphasage de textile pour restaurer l'état initial de textile ;
    (f) on redémarre le métier, caractérisé en ce que, après l'étape (e), on répète de nouveau les étapes (c) à (e) pour obtenir une convergence itérative de l'état initial souhaité de textile.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, après l'étape (e), on restaure de nouveau les conditions mécaniques initiales du métier.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite position fixe est aussi proche que possible de la ligne de battage de peigne.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite partie de tissu est mise en image sur une zone mesurant environ 2 x 2 cm.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdites images sont des images numériques, et ladite étape de comparaison est effectuée selon des algorithmes mathématiques.
