Claims (8)
- Befestigungsanordnung für Schienen (2), mit wenigstens einer Führungsplatte (15, 30), die mit einer Klemmvorrichtung (7, 36) auf einer Oberseite (5) eines Gleisschemels (3) formschlüssig befestigt und relativ zu einem Schienenfuss (13) verschiebbar ist, wobei die genannte Oberseite (5) des Gleisschemels (3) eine Verzahnung (4) aufweist, in die eine Gegenverzahnung (16) an einer Unterseite (17) der Führungsplatte (15, 30) eingreift und dadurch die Schiene (2) gegen eine seitliche Verschiebung fixiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsplatte (15, 30) zwei seitliche Anschlagflächen (19, 20) aufweist und um 180 Grad drehbar ist und dass die genannte Gegenverzahnung (16) versetzt ist, sodass durch Drehen der Führungsplatte (15, 30) um 180 Grad das Spunnass (S1, S2) um einen Betrag kleiner als der Zahnabstand (D1) der genannten Verzahnung (16) korrigierbar ist.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verzahnung (4) und die Gegenverzahnung (16) durch zueinander parallele Rillen (22) gebildet sind.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenverzahnung (16) um eine halbe Zahnbreite (D2) versetzt ist.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenverzahnung (16) um etwa 2 mm versetzt ist, sodass durch Drehen der Führungsplatte (15, 30) eine Spurkorrektur von etwa 2 mm möglich ist.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenverzahnung (16) eine halbe Rippe (23) aufweist, die eine Kante (24) besitzt, welche in der Ebene einer Anschlagsfläche (20) verläuft.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsplatte (30) mit einer Federspannplatte (36) festgeklemmt wird.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Führungsplatte (30) und der Federspannplatte (36) ein isolierender Lagerteil (34) angeordnet ist, welcher in einen Zwischenraum zwischen der Führungsplatte (30) und dem Schienenfuss (13) eingreift.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsplatte zwei gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen für die wahlweise Aufnahme eines Befestigungsteils aufweist.
