Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Zufuhr von Feuchtwasser in einer Offset-Druckmaschine, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Mehrzahl von Sprühdüsen (2) aufweist, die in einer Reihe in einer Richtung (X) angeordnet sind, wobei jede der Düsen (2) einen Auslass (12) aufweist, der darin zum Sprühen des Feuchtwasser gebildet ist, wobei der Auslass (12) einen Querschnitt aufweist, der in der Richtung (X) verlängert ist, in welcher die Düsen (2) in der Reihe angeordnet sind, um das Feuchtwasser in einem zunehmenden fächerförmigen Bereich (14) zu sprühen, der in der Richtung (X) definiert ist, in welcher die Düsen (2) in der Reihe angeordnet sind, wobei die Vorrichtung gekennzeichnet ist durch Prallflächenmittel (24), die an mindestens den entgegen gesetzten Seiten jeder der Düsen (2) in der Richtung (X), in welcher die Düsen (2) in der Reihe angeordnet sind, angeordnet sind, um zu verhindern, dass ein Luftstrom (22) beim Sprühen und Stoppen des Feuchtwassers zu der Düse (2) hin gerichtet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Düsen (2) in Längsrichtung einer Feuchtwalze (16) angeordnet sind, um das Feuchtwasser auf die Feuchtwalze (16) zu sprühen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Prallflächenmittel (24) eine Prallflächenwand aufweisen, welche ringförmig ist, um um jede der Düsen (2) herum angeordnet zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei jede der Düsen (2) eine darin gebildete Nut (26) aufweist, wobei die Nut (26) einen Boden (28) aufweist, der sich in der Richtung (X) erstreckt, in welcher die Düsen (2) in der Reihe angeordnet sind, wobei der Auslass (12) zentral im Boden (28) in der Richtung (X) gebildet ist, in welcher die Düsen (2) in der Reihe angeordnet sind, wobei die Prallflächenmittel (24) höher sind als die Düse (2), um zu verhindern, dass der Luftstrom (22) zu der Nut (26) und dem Auslass (12) hin gerichtet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Prallflächenmittel (24) eine Prallflächenwand aufweisen, welche ringförmig ist, um um jede der Düsen (2) herum angeordnet zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei eine Mutter (8) um jede der Düsen (2) herum angeordnet ist, so dass die Düse (2) an einem Magnetventil (4) durch die Mutter (8) befestigt werden kann, wobei die Prallflächenwand (24) integral mit der Mutter (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach irgend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Prallflächenmittel (24) sich zu dem fächerförmigen Bereich (14) hin erstreckt und an einer Stelle nahe des fächerförmigen Bereichs (14) endet.
- Vorrichtung nach irgend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Prallflächenmittel (24) sich zu dem fächerförmigen Bereich (14) hin erstreckt und an einer Stelle endet, die den fächerförmigen Bereich (14) berührt.
