Description
Bekannte derartige Einrichtungen dienen dazu, an den Oberflächen von Walzen in Anlagen zur Papiererzeugung befindliche Verunreinigungen, insbesondere in Form von Fasern, zu entfernen, um hierdurch eine den Erfordernissen entsprechende Funktion der Walzen zu gewährleisten.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Lagerzapfen mit einem zusätzlichen Bauteil ausgebildet, welcher an seiner Oberfläche mit einer Profilierung, insbesondere mit einer Zahnung, ausgebildet. Dabei kann sich der zusätzliche Bauteil im Bereich einer Abflachung oder einer Ausnehmung des Lagerzapfens befinden.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

- die Walze und die Schaberklinge mit der Stelleinrichtung, in Seitenansicht;

- die Verbindung des Stellhebels mit dem Lagerzapfen, in Seitenansicht, und

Es wird hiezu auch auf die Darstellung der Fig.3 verwiesen, in welcher unterschiedliche Stellwinkel der Schaberklinge 2 angedeutet sind.
Diese Verbindung besteht darin, dass der Teil 82 an seiner Innenseite mit einer parallel zur Drehachse des Lagerzapfens 4 ausgebildeten Zahnung 83 ausgebildet ist, welcher am Lagerzapfen 4 eine gegengleiche Zahnung 43 zugeordnet ist. Dabei erstreckt sich die Zahnung 43 gegenüber der Zahnung 83 etwa um den doppelten Winkel.
Claims (7)
- Einrichtung zur Reinigung einer Walze (1) in einer Anlage zur Papiererzeugung mit einer der Oberfläche der Walze (1) zugeordneten Schaberklinge (2), welche mittels zweier parallel zur Achse der Walze (1) ausgerichteter Lagerzapfen (4) gegenüber der Walze (1) verschwenkbar gelagert ist, wobei an mindestens einem der beiden Lagerzapfen (4) ein Stellhebel (6) befestigt ist, durch welchen die Schaberklinge (2) verschwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerzapfen (4) und der Stellhebel (6) mit einander zugeordneten Rastelementen (43, 83) ausgebildet sind, mittels welcher der Lagerzapfen (4) und der Stellhebel (6) in unterschiedlichen Lagen zueinander miteinander formschlüssig verbindbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellhebel (6) mit einer zweiteiligen Klemmhülse (8) ausgebildet ist, welche beiden Teile (81, 82) miteinander starr verbindbar sind, wobei einer der beiden Teile am Stellhebel (6) lösbar befestigbar ist, und wobei mindestens einer der beiden Teile an seiner Innenseite mit einer Profilierung (83) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am Stellhebel (6) lösbar befestigbare Hülsenteil (82) an seiner Innenseite mit einer Profilierung (83) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Hülsenteile (81, 82) miteinander mittels Schraubbolzen (84) starr verbindbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilierungen durch parallel zur Achse des Lagerzapfens ausgerichtete Rippen bzw. Nuten, insbesondere durch Zahnungen (43, 83), gebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerzapfen (4) mit einem zusätzlichen Bauteil (42) ausgebildet ist, welcher an seiner Oberfläche mit einer Profilierung, insbesondere mit einer Zahnung (43), ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zusätzliche Bauteil (42) sich im Bereich einer Abflachung (40) oder einer Ausnehmung des Lagerzapfens (4) befindet.
