einer Anlage zur Papiererzeugung mit einer der Oberfläche der Walze zugeordneten
Schaberklinge, welche mittels zweier parallel zur Achse der Walze ausgerichteter
Lagerzapfen gegenüber der Walze verschwenkbar gelagert ist, wobei an mindestens
einem der beiden Lagerzapfen ein Stellhebel befestigt ist, durch welchen die Schaberklinge
verschwenkbar ist.
Bekannte derartige Einrichtungen dienen dazu, an den Oberflächen von Walzen in
Anlagen zur Papiererzeugung befindliche Verunreinigungen, insbesondere in Form
von Fasern, zu entfernen, um hierdurch eine den Erfordernissen entsprechende

Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Lagerzapfen mit einem zusätzlichen
Bauteil ausgebildet, welcher an seiner Oberfläche mit einer Profilierung, insbesondere
mit einer Zahnung, ausgebildet. Dabei kann sich der zusätzliche Bauteil im
Bereich einer Abflachung oder einer Ausnehmung des Lagerzapfens befinden.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten
Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

In Fig.1 ist eine Walze 1 in einer Anlage zur Papiererzeugung dargestellt, welcher
eine Schaberklinge 2 zugeordnet ist. Die Schaberklinge 2 befindet sich auf einem
Schaberbalken 3, welcher sich parallel zur Achse der Walze 1 über deren gesamte
Länge erstreckt. An seinen beiden Stirnenden ist der Schaberbalken 3 mit Lagerzapfen
4 ausgebildet, welche sich in Lagern 5 befinden. An den Lagerzapfen 4 sind
Stellhebel 6 befestigt, welche über Stellantriebe 7 um die Achse der Lagerzapfen 4
verschwenkbar sind, wobei hierdurch eine Verdrehung der Lagerzapfen 4 bzw. eine
Verschwenkung des Schaberbalkens 3 und der Schaberklinge 2 gegenüber der Oberfläche
der Walze 1 erfolgt. Da zudem die Lager 5 quer zur Walze 1 verstellbar sind,
ist hierdurch auch der Anstellwinkel der Schaberklinge 2 gegenüber der Walze 1
einstellbar.In Fig.1 a
In Fig.2 sind die linke Stirnseite der Walze 1, die Schaberklinge 2, der Schaberbalken
3, der linke Lagerzapfen 4, das zugeordnete Lager 5, der linke Stellhebel 6, die
linke Stelleinrichtung 7 sowie ein Flansch 41, an welchen der Schaberbalken 3 angeschraubt
ist, dargestellt. Das Lager 5 ist in Richtung des Doppelpfeiles C gegenüber
der Walze 1 verstellbar. Die Stelleinrichtung 7 ist durch eine Stellschraube oder
durch einen Stellzylinder gebildet. Durch eine Betätigung der Stelleinrichtung 7 wird
der Stellhebel 6 verschwenkt bzw. wird der Lagerzapfen 4 verdreht. Hierdurch wird
der Schaberbalken 3 mit der Schaberklinge 2 gegenüber der Walze 1 verschwenkt.
Durch eine Verstellung des Lagers 5 kann die Schaberklinge 2 an die Walze 1 zur
Anlage gebracht werden.
Es wird hiezu auch auf die Darstellung der Fig.3 verwiesen, in welcher unterschiedliche
Stellwinkel der Schaberklinge 2 angedeutet sind.2, the left end face of the
