Claims (7)

  1. Noyau à ressorts enroulable et déroulable, avec une pluralité de ressorts (1) enroulés en spirale et placés avec leurs axes parallèles les uns à côté des autres, et avec à chaque fois un cadre (2) périphérique en métal délimitant latéralement la face supérieure resp. inférieure, qui est relié à des ressorts (1) voisins, caractérisé en ce que chaque cadre (2) est formé d'un acier plat présentant un rapport épaisseur (A):largeur (B) de 1:2,2 à 1:3,5, la direction d'extension du grand côté du cadre (2) correspondant à celle de la face supérieure resp. inférieure du noyau à ressorts.
  2. Noyau à ressorts selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rapport épaisseur (A):largeur (B) du cadre (2) vaut environ 1 :2,6.
  3. Noyau à ressorts selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rapport épaisseur (A):largeur (B) du cadre (2) vaut 1 :3.
  4. Noyau à ressorts selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur (A) vaut environ 2,3 mm et la largeur (B) environ 6,0 mm.
  5. Noyau à ressorts selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur (A) vaut environ 2,1 mm et la largeur (B) environ 6,3 mm.
  6. Noyau à ressorts selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (2) est constitué d'un acier au carbone comprenant 0,5 à 1,0 % de carbone.
  7. Noyau à ressorts selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'acier plat présente une résistance à la traction d'environ 2000 N/mm2.
