Claims (4)

  1. Coeur de ressorts ensachés avec de nombreux ressorts (4, 5) dont plusieurs, disposés en rangée les uns derrière les autres, chacun dans un sachet flexible, de préférence en matière textile, forment une rangée de ressorts (1) et plusieurs rangées de ressorts (1) juxtaposées, formant ensemble une surface de couchage, sont reliées les unes aux autres, les ressorts (4, 5) d'au moins une zone de la surface de couchage ayant un comportement d'amortissement différent des ressorts (4, 5) des zones voisines, dans lequel :
    - une partie au moins des différentes rangées de ressorts (1) se compose de parties de rangées de ressorts (2, 3) ayant un comportement d'amortissement différent,
    - les ressorts ensachés (4, 5) de chaque partie de rangées de ressorts (2, 3) sont identiques,
    - certaines au moins des parties de rangée de ressorts (2, 3) de rangées de ressorts (1) juxtaposées ont une longueur différente,
    - les parties de rangée de ressorts (2, 3) voisines de rangées de ressorts (1) juxtaposées sont reliées entre elles par collage ou par soudage,
    - les rangées de ressorts (1) juxtaposées sont reliées entre elles par collage ou par soudage,
    - il est prévu, disposée entre deux parties de rangée de ressorts (2, 3) de deux rangées de ressorts (1), une partie de rangée de ressorts (2, 3) d'une autre rangée de ressorts (1) dont la longueur est différente de celle des parties de rangée de ressorts (2, 3) voisines de part et d'autre et
    - les parties de rangée de ressorts (2, 3) de rangées de ressorts (1) voisines se chevauchent dans la zone d'au moins un ressort ensaché (4, 5),
    le coeur de ressorts ensachés étant fabriqué de façon complètement automatique,
    caractérisé en ce que les parties de rangée de ressorts (2, 3) ayant un comportement d'amortissement différent à l'intérieur d'une seule rangée de ressorts (1) ne sont pas reliées.
  2. Coeur de ressorts ensachés selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la longueur des rangées de ressorts (1) correspond à la longueur du coeur de ressorts ensachés conformé comme un rectangle.
  3. Coeur de ressorts ensachés selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les rangées de ressorts (1) voisines sont reliées entre elles dans la zone des ressorts ensachés (4, 5).
  4. Procédé pour fabriquer à la machine un coeur de ressorts ensachés selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parties de rangée de ressorts (2, 3) de longueur différente sont d'abord fabriquées, puis ces parties de rangée de ressorts (2, 3) juxtaposées sont reliées entre elles, et ensuite les parties de rangée de ressorts (2, 3) ayant un comportement d'amortissement différent sont réunies et reliées entre elles dans la zone de leurs longueurs différentes.
