Claims (15)
- Verbinder für Doppelfenster-Rahmenprofile mit einem Grundkörper, an welchem mehrere von diesem abstehende, streifenförmige Lamellen (1) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich von einer Basisplatte (2) aus drei zueinander parallele Schenkel (3, 4, 5) erstrecken, welche zueinander beabstandet sind, wobei an den beiden äußeren Schenkeln (3, 5) seitlich nach außen weisend die Lamellen (1) angeordnet sind und wobei der mittlere Schenkel (4) mit Mitteln zum Einbringen eines Befestigungselements versehen ist.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (A) zweier benachbarter Lamellen (1) in einem Bereich von 1,5 bis 2,5 mm beträgt.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (A) zweier benachbarter Lamellen (1) 1,75 mm beträgt.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesamthöhe (H) des äußeren Schenkels (3, 5) und der Lamellen (1) größer ist, als eine zuzuordnende Innenhöhe des Rahmenhohlprofils.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesamthöhe (H) um 0,2 mm größer ist, als eine zuzuordnende Innenhöhe des Rahmenhohlprofils.
- Verbinder nach einem Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freie Kante der Lamelle (1) zur Bildung einer Schneide (7) abgeschrägt ist.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Schenkel (3, 5) an seiner den Lamellen (1) abgewandten Seite mit einer sägezahnartigen Riffelung (8) versehen ist.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basisplatte (2) mit einer zentrischen Ausnehmung (9) versehen ist.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Schenkel (4) mit dem jeweils benachbarten äußeren Schenkel (3, 5) über eine trennbare Strebe (10) verbunden ist.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Schenkel (4) aus einstückig miteinander verbundenen Längsstegen (11) und Querstegen (12) aufgebaut ist.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei innere Längsstege (11) einen Abstand aufweisen, der im Wesentlichen gleich ist zu dem Kerndurchmesser eines Befestigungselements (6).
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Schenkel (4) die gleiche Höhe aufweist, wie die äußeren Schenkel (3, 5).
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser aus einem Kunststoff mit einer Festigkeit von 20 bis 30 MPa hergestellt ist.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser aus einem Kunststoff mit einer Kerbschlag-Zähigkeit von 20 bis 30 KJ/m2 gefertigt ist.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser aus einem Kunststoff mit einer Shore-Härte von 58 bis 68 gefertigt ist.
