Claims (10)
- Winkelverbinder für Doppelfenster-Rahmenprofile mit jeweils einem einen Schenkel bildenden Grundkörper (1), an welchem mehrere von diesem abstehende streifenförmige Lamellen (2) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (A) zweier benachbarter Lamellen (2) in einem Bereich von 1,5 bis 2,0 mm beträgt.
- Winkelverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (A) zweier benachbarter Lamellen (2) 1,75 mm beträgt.
- Winkelverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesamthöhe (H) des Grundkörpers (1) und der Lamellen (2) größer ist, als eine zuzuordnende Innenhöhe des Rahmenhohlprofils.
- Winkelverbinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesamthöhe (H) um 0,2 mm größer ist.
- Winkelverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freie Kante der Lamelle (2) zur Bildung einer Schneide (3) abgeschrägt ist.
- Winkelverbinder nach einem Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) an seiner den Lamellen (2) abgewandten Seite mit einer sägezahnartigen Riffelung (4) versehen ist.
- Winkelverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) mittels eines einstückig mit diesem verbundenen Scharnierbereichs (5) schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind.
- Winkelverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) mittels eines einstückig mit diesen verbundenen Endbereichs (6) fest miteinander verbunden sind.
- Winkelverbinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils vier Winkelverbinder mittels zumindest einer mit den Eckbereichen (6) koppelbaren Kreuzplatte (7) miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Winkelverbinder nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kreuzplatte (7) im Wesentlichen mittig mit einem elastischen, über die Oberfläche der Kreuzplatte (7) vorstehenden, einstückig an dieser ausgebildeten Dämpfungsbereich (8) versehen ist.
