Claims (16)
- Buchdrucker (1) zum Bedrucken eines buchartigen Dokuments (9), mit einer Druckeinrichtung (8), einer Transporteinrichtung (2) zum Transportieren des Buches (9) in den Bereich der Druckeinrichtung (8) und aus diesem heraus, sowie mit einer in der Transporteinrichtung (2) gelagerten Positioniereinrichtung (5) für das Buch (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniereinrichtung (5) Klemmmittel (36, 39, 40) aufweist, die das aufgeschlagene Buch (9) gegen eine Unterlage (32, 33) positionieren, wobei die Klemmmittel die diesen zugewandten Dokumentblätter in Randbereichen (38, 41) der Dokumentblätter kontaktieren.
- Drucker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlage (32, 33) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, wobei jedes Unterlagenteil (32, 33) der Aufnahme einer Buchhälfte dient.
- Drucker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlage (32, 33), senkrecht zu ihrer Aufnahmeebene für das Dokument (9), federnd gelagert ist.
- Drucker nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlage (32, 33) federnd in der Transporteinrichtung (2) gelagert ist.
- Drucker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmmittel (36, 39, 40) Plattenabschnitte (50) aufweisen, die das Buch (9) flächig kontaktieren.
- Drucker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmmittel (36, 39, 40) erste, stationär in der Transporteinrichtung (2) gelagerte Klemmelemente (36) aufweisen, die das Buch (9) auf abgewandten Seiten (38), die insbesondere senkrecht zum Buchfalz (37) angeordnet sind, kontaktieren.
- Drucker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmmittel (36, 39, 40) in der Transporteinrichtung (2) gelagerte und relativ zu dieser verstellbare, zweite Klemmelemente (39, 40) aufweisen, die insbesondere das Buch (9) auf abgewandten Seiten (41), die parallel zum Buchfalz (37) angeordnet sind, kontaktieren.
- Drucker nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den zweiten Klemmmitteln (39, 40) Kurvenführungen (56, 54) zugeordnet sind, die im Verfahrweg der Transporteinrichtung (2) zwischen den zweiten Klemmmitteln (39, 40) und einem Gehäuse (6) des Druckers (1) wirksam sind.
- Drucker nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei zweite Klemmelemente (39, 40) vorgesehen sind, die unabhängig voneinander betätigbar sind.
- Drucker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Klemmleiste (42) vorgesehen ist, die dem Positionieren des aufgeschlagenen Buches (9) gegen die Unterlage (32, 33) im Bereich des Buchfalzes (37) dient.
- Drucker nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmleiste (42) mit einem (40) der zweiten Klemmelemente (39, 40) zusammenwirkt.
- Drucker nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlage (32, 33) federnd in einem Basisteil (67) der Transporteinrichtung (2) gelagert ist.
- Drucker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlage (32, 33), senkrecht zur Aufnahmeebene für das Dokument (9), beweglich ist, wobei der Unterlage (32, 33) Kurvenführungen (65) zugeordnet sind, die im Verfahrweg der Transporteinrichtung (2) zwischen der Unterlage (32, 33) und dem Gehäuse (6) des Druckers wirksam sind.
- Drucker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste (26) und/oder zweite Klemmmittel (39, 40) rechtwinkelig abgewinkelte Schenkel (47, 50) zum Kontaktieren der der Unterlage (32, 33) abgewandten Fläche des Buches (9) und zum seitlichen Ausrichten des Buches (9) aufweist.
- Drucker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Mittel (66) zum Erfassen des auf der Unterlage (32, 33) platzierten Buches (9) vorgesehen ist, das insbesondere als vom Buch (9) kontaktierter Schwenkhebel (66) ausgebildet ist, der in einer Schaltstellung mit einem elektrischen Schalter zusammenwirkt.
