Claims (10)
- Druckmessglühkerze für einen Dieselmotor miteinem Kerzenkörper zum Einsetzen in einen Zylinder des Dieselmotorseinem Heizstab, der im Kerzenkörper angeordnet ist, undeinem Drucksensor, der unter einer Vorspannung zwischen dem Heizstab und dem Kerzenkörper angeordnet ist, derart, dass der Drucksensor durch den im Brennraum des Zylinders herrschenden Druck beaufschlagt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Heizstab in axialer Richtung gleitend verschiebbar im Kerzenkörper angeordnet ist und den Druck im Brennraum des Zylinders auf den Drucksensor überträgt. - Druckmessglühkerze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kerzenkörper in axialer Richtung zweiteilig ausgebildet ist und zwischen beiden Teilen eine radiale Membran angeordnet ist, die fest mit dem Heizstab verbunden ist.
- Druckmessglühkerze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der brennraumseitigen Stirnseite des Kerzenkörpers eine Membran angeordnet ist, die fest mit dem Heizstab verbunden ist.
- Druckmessglühkerze nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gleitkörper, der zwischen dem Heizstab und dem Kerzenkörper angeordnet ist.
- Druckmessglühkerze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass brennraumseitig zwischen dem Kerzenkörper und dem Heizstab eine Dichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Druckmessglühkerze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anschlussseitig zwischen dem Kerzenkörper und dem Heizstab eine Dichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Druckmessglühkerze nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die brennraumseitig zwischen dem Kerzenkörper und dem Heizstab angeordnete Dichtung eine Gleitdichtung ist.
- Druckmessglühkerze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucksensor unter einer Vorspannung zwischen dem Heizstab und dem Kerzenkörper angeordnet ist, derart, dass der Drucksensor durch den im Brennraum des Zylinders herrschenden Druck entlastet wird, der vom Heizstab übertragen wird.
- Druckmessglühkerze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucksensor zwischen dem Heizstab und dem Kerzenkörper angeordnet ist, derart, dass der Drucksensor vom im Brennraum herrschenden Druck belastet wird, der vom Heizstab übertragen wird.
- Druckmessglühkerze nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein flexibles Trägerelement, das anschlussseitig am Kerzenkörper angebracht ist, und einen auf Dehnung ansprechenden Sensor trägt, wobei der vom Heizstab übertragene Druck zu einer Dehnung des Trägerelementes in axialer Richtung führt.
