Claims (17)

  1. Abfallsammelvorrichtung, welche einen Behälter (1) umfaßt, in dem ein Müllsack (2) aus Kunststoff angeordnet ist, umfassend:
    - ein Aufbewahrungsabteil (4) für eine Ummantelung (21) in Form einer Hülle oder Socke, die dazu bestimmt ist, einen Sack (2) zu bilden, der aus einem Kunststoffilm hergestellt ist, wobei die Ummantelung (21) in einem Aufbewahrungsabteil (4) enthalten ist, vorzugsweise in gefalteter Form, wobei das Abteil (4) in dem oberen Abschnitt des Behälters (1) angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise im Inneren des selbigen, und
    - Mitnahmemittel (61, 62), die geeignet sind, das Abwickeln der Ummantelung von dem Aufbewahrungsabteil (4) im Inneren vorzugsweise bis zum Boden (11) des Behälters (1) zu gewährleisten, um den Sack zu bilden und
    - Mittel zum Versiegeln und Schneiden (101, 102), vorzugsweise durch Thermoversiegelung und Thermoschneiden, der Ummantelung (21), welche es ermöglichen, ausgehend von der Ummantelung, die aus dem Abteil (4) austritt, einen Sack (2) zu bilden, danach den Sack (2) zu schließen und vom Rest der Ummantelung zu trennen, sobald der Sack mit Abfall (20) gefüllt ist,
    - wobei das Aufbewahrungsabteil (4) so angeordnet ist, daß es eine obere zentrale Öffnung (12) des Behälters (1) definiert, über welche Abfälle (20) in den Sack (2) eingeführt werden können,

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    - die Vorrichtung ferner Mittel zum Schließen und Öffnen (17, 181, 182) der zentralen Öffnung (12) in dem oberen Abschnitt des Behälters (1) umfaßt, über welche die Abfälle (20) in den Sack (2) eingeführt wenden können, wobei das. Öffnen der zentralen Öffnung (12) ausgelöst wird, wenn ein Gegenstand, wie ein Abfall, oberhalb der zentralen Öffnung erfaßt wird, und wobei die zentrale Öffnung (12) zwischen dem Einführen von zwei Abfällen (20) geschlossen gehalten wird, wobei die Mittel zum Schließen und Öffnen (17, 181, 182) der zentralen Öffnung oberhalb der Mitnahmemittel (61, 62) angeordnet sind.
    - und die Mitnahmemittel (61, 62) geeignet sind
    - eine Freisetzposition einzunehmen, in der sie eine Öffnung des oberen Rands des Sacks begrenzen, wodurch das Einführen von Abfällen ohne Kontakt mit dem oberen offenen Rand der Ummantelung ermöglicht wird, und
    - sich so zu verschieben, daß sie die Ummantelung aus Kunststoffilm, die aus dem Abteil austritt, in der Region des Zentrums des Behälters festklemmen, um die Mitnahme des Sacks und erforderlichenfalls sein Absenken bis zum Boden des Behälters zu ermöglichen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnahmemittel (61, 62) aus ersten Rollen (61, 62), die in dem Behälter unterhalb des Aufbewahrungsabteils (4) angeordnet sind, bestehen, wobei das Aufbewahrungsabteil (4) an dem Innenumfang des Behälters (1) derart angeordnet ist, daß eine obere zentrale Öffnung (12) des Behälters (1) definiert wird, über welche Abfälle (20) in den Sack (2) eingeführt werden können, und wobei die ersten Rollen (61, 62) geeignet sind, sich von zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändem (13, 14) des Behälters (1) aus zu verschieben, bis sie die Ummantelung aus Kunststoffilm (21), die aus dem Abteil (4) in der Region des Zentrums des Behälters (1) austritt, festklemmen und das Mitnehmen des Sacks und sein Absenken zum Boden (11) des Behälters (1) durch Drehen der ersten Rollen (61, 62) ermöglichen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Rollen (61, 62) parallel und horizontal einander gegenüber, gegen die oder in der Nähe der zwei gegenüberliegenden Ränder (13, 14) des Behälters (1) angeordnet und geeignet sind, mechanisch in horizontaler Translation in eine Richtung verschoben zu werden, die zu ihren horizontalen Achsen senkrecht ist, ausgehend von einer Freisetzposition, welche das Einführen von Abfällen in den Sack durch die zentrale geöffnete Öffnung (1) ohne Kontakt mit dem oberen Rand des Sacks ermöglicht, bis zu einer angenäherten Position zum Zentrum des Behälters hin, in der die Rollen die Ummantelung festklemmen und das Mitführen und - erforderlichenfalls - das Schließen der Ummantelung ermöglichen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Versiegeln und Schneiden (101, 102) das Ausführen folgender Schritte ermöglichen, die umfassen:
    a) Schließen des offenen Rands der Ummantelung (21) in Form einer Socke, die aus ihrem Aufbewahrungsabteil (4) austritt, um den Boden eines Sacks (2) zu bilden, vor dessen Absenken zum Boden (11) des Behälters (1) und
    b) Schließen eines Sacks (2), der vollständig oder teilweise mit Abfällen (20) gefüllt ist, und
    c) vorzugsweise Trennen eines Sacks (2), nachdem er durch Versiegeln verschlossen wurde, wobei ein Schnitt der Ummantelung aus Kunststoffilm oberhalb der Zone erfolgt, die dem Schließen durch Versiegeln des oberen Rands des gefüllten Sacks entspricht, und
    d) vorzugsweise Ausführen eines teilweise Durchstechens des oberen Rands eines Sacks (2) oberhalb der Verschlußzone, so daß ein Griff (21) des zu entleerenden gefüllten Sacks gebildet wird, und
    e) Verschließen durch Thermoversiegelung des unteren Endes des Rands der Ummantelung, die aus dem Abteil (4) oberhalb der Zone austritt, welche dem in Schritt c) genannten Trennschnitt entspricht, oder erforderlichenfalls oberhalb des Griffs (21), der in Schritt d) genannt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnahmemittel (61, 62) und die Mittel zum Versiegeln und Schneiden (101, 102) in dem oberen Abschnitt des Behälters (1) angeordnet und geeignet sind, derart zusammenzuwirken, daß sie die Versiegelung des Kunststoffilms ausführen, um das Verschließen eines Bodens eines Sacks (2) gemäß den Schnittten a) und e) durchzuführen, vor dem Absenken des Sacks (2) auf den Boden (11) des Behälters (1), und erforderlichenfalls nach oder gleichzeitig mit dem Verschließen des oberen Rands eines gefüllten Sacks gemäß Schritt b), und erforderlichenfalls nach den Schnittvorgängen der Schritten c) und d).
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Thermoversiegein und Thermoschneiden (101, 102) geeignet sind, die Schritte a) bis e) gleichzeitig auszuführen und vorzugsweise zwei Thermoversiegelungsplatten (101, 102) umfassen, die parallel einander gegenüber angeordnet und geeignet sind, sich ausgehend von zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändem (13, 14) des Behälters (1) zu verschieben, bis sie in die Region des Zentrums des Behälters gelangen, wobei sie die Ummantelung aus Kunststoffilm (21) zwischen den zwei Thermoversiegelungs- und Thermoschnittplatten (101, 102) festklemmen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Thermoversiegelungs- und Thermoschnittplatten (101, 102) jeweils unterhalb der ersten Mitnahmerollen (61, 62) angeordnet und geeignet sind, mit letzteren derart zusammenzuwirken, daß - wenn die zwei ersten Mitnahmerollen (61, 62) in Drehung betätigt werden, um die Positionierung des Sacks auf dem Boden (11) des Behälters (1) zu ermöglichen - die Thermoversiegelungs- und Thermoschnittplatten (101, 102) in beabstandeter Position sind, um einen Durchgang zu bilden und das Absenken des Sacks (2) zwischen ihnen zu ermöglichen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Thermoversiegelungs- und Thermoschnittplatten (101, 102) jeweils oberhalb der ersten Mitnahmerollen (61, 62) angeordnet und mit letzteren fest verbunden sind, wobei die ersten Rollen (61, 62) in flexibler Weise befestigt sind, so daß es - wenn sie in der Position zum Festklemmen einer Ummantelung sind - noch möglich ist, die Thermoversiegelungs- und Thermoschnittplatten (101, 102) im Zentrum des Behälters (1) einander anzunähern, um die Thermoversiegelung und den Thermoschnitt der Ummantelung (21) auszuführen, die zwischen den zwei Platten (101, 102) eingeklemmt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel zum Verdichten (141, 142) umfaßt, die geeignet sind, einen Druck auf den Film, aus dem der Sack (2) besteht, auszuüben, sobald dieser teilweise oder vollständig mit Abfällen (20) von außerhalb des Sacks gefüllt ist.
  10. Vonichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Verdichten sich drehende Verdichtungsstäbe (141, 142) umfassen, die unterhalb der Thermoversiegelungs- und Thermoschnittmittel (101, 102) angeordnet und geeignet sind, sich von einer Ruheposition, in der die Stäbe (141, 142) jeweils gegen gegenüberliegende Ränder (13, 14) des Behälters (1) angeordnet sind, in eine geneigte Position zu drehen, die durch Drehen um eine Drehachse (143, 144) eingenommen wird, die sich an ihrem unteren Ende befindet, das fest mit den jeweiligen gegenüberliegenden Rändern (13, 14) des Behälters (1) fest verbunden ist, bis das obere Ende der Stäbe (141, 142) in der Region des Zentrums des Behälters (1) ankommt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigung der Verdichtungsmittel (141, 142) automatisch mit Hilfe eines Sensors oder einer photoelektrischen Zelle erfolgt, sobald ein Sack (2) mehr als zur Hälfte gefüllt ist und vorzugsweise nach jedem neuen Einführen von Abfällen (20) in den Sack (2), wobei nachdem der Sack (2) vollständig gefüllt ist, die Verdichtungsmittel (141, 142) in Verdichtungsposition gehalten werden, bis das Thermoversiegeln und/oder der Thermoschnitt für das Schließen des vollen Sacks und erforderlichenfalls seine Abtrennung abgeschlossen sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdichtungsarme (141, 142) flexible oder halbsteife Bänder (145) aufweisen, die in steifen Rahmen derart gespannt sind, daß - wenn die Verdichtungsbänder (141, 142) auf den gefüllten Sack (2) mit den unkomprimierbaren Abfällen (20) stoßen - sich die Verdichtungsbänder verformen, wobei auf diese Weise ein Zerreißen des Kunststoffsacks vermieden wird, und wobei das Drehen der Verdichtungsbänder unterbrochen wird, wenn es auf einen Widerstand stößt, der einem vorbestimmten Verdichtungsdruck entspricht.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel zum Schließen und Öffnen (17, 181, 185) einer zentralen Öffnung (12) in dem oberen Abschnitt des Behälters (1) umfaßt, durch weiche Abfälle (20) in den Sack (2) eingeführt werden, wobei die Mittel zum Schließen und Öffnen (17) automatisch mit Hilfe eines Sensors oder einer photoelektrischen Zelle gesteuert werden, so daß der Behälter (1) zwischen dem Einführen von zwei Abfällen (20) geschlossen gehalten und das Öffnen der zentralen. Öffnung (12) ausgelöst wird, wenn ein Gegenstand, wie ein Abfall (20), oberhalb der Position zugeführt wird, welche der zentralen Öffnung (12) entspricht.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Schließen und Öffnen (17) ein Abrollband umfassen, das zwischen zwei zweiten Rollen (181, 182) aufgerollt ist, die jeweils gegen zwei gegenüberliegende Ränder (15, 16) des Behälters (1) oberhalb des Aufbewahrungsabteils (4) angeordnet sind, und wobei das Abrollen des Bands (17) durch Drehen der zweiten Rollen (181, 182) erfolgt, wobei das Abrollband einen Einschnitt aufweist, vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen in der Form der zentralen Öffnung (12), so daß - wenn der Einschnitt mit der zentralen Öffnung (12) zusammenfällt - der Behälter in Öffnungsposition ist, wodurch das Einführen des Abfalls (20) möglich wird, und wenn en voller Abschnitt des Bands (17) die obere zentrale Öffnung (12) vollkommen bedeckt, der Behälter in Schließposition ist, wodurch das Einschließen der Abfälle im Inneren des Behälters (1) siehergestellt wird.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sack (2) am Boden (11) des Behälters (1) im Inneren eines Kastens (3) angeordnet wird, wobei der Kasten (3) mit wenigstens einem unteren Abschnitt (31) eines der Ränder (15) des Behälters (1) fest verbunden ist und der Kasten auf Gleitmitteln aufliegt, die ein Entleeren des Sacks (2) ermöglichen, indem an dem unteren Abschnitt des Rands (13, 14) des Behälters (1), der mit dem Kasten (3) fest verbunden ist, gezogen wird.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit elektronischen Mitteln (22) versehen ist, die es ermöglichen, die verschiedenen folgenden Schritte in Abhängigkeit von den Informationen zu steuern und zu synchronisieren, die von den Sensoren oder photoelektrischen Zellen empfangen wurden:
    1. Schließen und Öffnen der zentralen Öffnung (12) und
    2. Mitnehmen der Ummantelung aus Kunststoffilm (21), aus dem der Sack (2) besteht, um sie auf dem Boden (11) des Behälters (1) anzuordnen und
    3. die Verdichtungsschtitte mit Hilfe der Verdichtungsmittel (141, 142) und
    4. die Versiegelungs- und Schnittschritte mit Hilfe der Versiegelungs- und Schnittmittel (101, 102) und
    5. die Unterbrechung der vorhergehenden Schritte im Fall des Entleerens eines Sacks (2) außerhalb des Behälters (1).
  17. Verfahren zum. Sammeln von Abfall mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß folgende aufeinanderfolgende Schritte ausgeführt werden:
    1. Versiegeln und Schneiden der Ummantelung mit Hilfe der Versiegelungs- und Schnittmittel (101, 102), um den Boden eines Sacks zu bilden,
    2. Mitnehmen des Sacks in das Innere des Behälters, vorzugsweise zum Boden des Behälters, mit Hilfe der Mitnahmemittel (61, 62) und
    3. Positionieren der Mitnahmemittel (61, 62) in die Freisetzposition, in der eine Öffnung des oberen Rands das Sacks begrenzt ist, wodurch das Einführen von Abfällen ermöglicht wird, und
    4. Öffnen der zentralen Öffnung (12) mit Hilfe der Mittel zum Schließen und Öffnen (17, 181, 185), wenn ein Abfall oberhalb der zentralen Öffnung (12) erfaßt wird, und
    5. Einführen des Abfalls über die offene zentrale Öffnung (12), wobei der Abfall auf dem Boden des Sacks aufgefangen wird, und
    6. Schließen der zentralen Öffnung (12) mit Hilfe der Mittel zum Schließen und Öffnen (17, 181, 185) der zentralen Öffnung (12), unmittelbar nach dem Einführen des Abfalls über die zentrale offene Öffnung (12) von Schritt 2, und
    7. erforderlichenfalls Verdichten des Sacks mit den Verdichtungsmitteln (141, 142),
    8. Versiegeln und Schneiden des oberen Rands des Sacks mit Hilfe der Versiegelungs- und Schnittmittel (101, 102), sobald der Sack mit Abfällen gefüllt ist, und
    9. erforderlichenfalls Entleeren des vollen Sacks außerhalb des Behälters.
