Claims (7)

  1. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner einen Formgeber (5) zum Drücken der Außenwände jedes der Säcke an die Innenwände eines Kartons und zur Bildung eines Umschlags der Außenwände jedes der Säcke gegen den oberen Teil der Außenseiten des Kartons umfasst, und dass sie automatische Mittel zur Steuerung des Einsetzens des Formgebers in den Hohlraum, der von einem vorher durch die gelenkige Erfassungsvorrichtung (4) geöffneten Sack gebildet ist, sowie automatische Mittel zur Steuerung der aufeinanderfolgenden Bewegungen der Elemente (50, 51, 52) des Formgebers umfasst, um bei der Verpackung des Innenvolumens des Kartons mit dem Sack das Abtrennen der hinteren Folie des Sacks von den Stützstangen (32) und das Lösen der vorderen Folie des Sackes von der gelenkigen Erfassungsvorrichtung (4) durchzuführen.

Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die automatische Mittel zur Steuerung der aufeinanderfolgenden Bewegungen der Elemente (50, 51, 52)' des Formgebers (5) umfasst, um, wenn die Verpackung des Innenvolumens eines Kartons mit einem Sack vollendet ist, einen Umschlag des oberen Teils der Außenwände des Sacks gegen den oberen Teil der Außenseiten des Kartons herzustellen.
  5. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formgeber (5) zwei Gruppen von jeweils einer äußeren Platte (50) und einer inneren Platte (51) umfasst, wobei die Platten (50, 51) im Wesentlichen vertikal sind und symmetrisch zwei und zwei auf einer Stützschiene (52) montiert sind, die zu ihnen senkrecht steht und parallel zur Greifplatte (41, 43) angeordnet ist, wobei die Stützschiene (52) selbst durch eine Gleitverbindung mit einem Ständer (53), der zu ihr vertikal ist, verbunden ist, wobei die vertikalen Kanten der äußeren Platten (50) als Winkeleisen ausgeführt sind, um sich an die vertikalen Kanten eines Kartons bei der Verpackung desselben mit einem Kunststoffsack anzulegen, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede innere Platte (51) auf einer Stützstange (510) montiert ist, die mit der äußeren Platte (50) derselben Plattengruppe verbunden ist.
  6. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner umfasst:
    - einen Formgeber (5) zum Drücken der Außenwände jedes der Säcke gegen die Innenwände eines Kartons und zur Bildung eines Umschlags der Außenwände jedes der Säcke gegen den oberen Teil der Außenseiten des Kartons, wobei der Formgeber (5) zwei Gruppen von jeweils einer äußeren Platte (50) und einer inneren Platte (51) umfasst, wobei die Platten (50, 51) im Wesentlichen vertikal sind und symmetrisch zwei und zwei auf einer Stützschiene (52) montiert sind, die zu ihnen senkrecht steht und parallel zur Erfassungseinheit (41, 42, 43) angeordnet ist, wobei die Stützschiene (52) selbst durch eine Gleitverbindung mit einem Ständer (53), der zu ihr vertikal ist, verbunden ist, wobei die vertikalen Kanten der äußeren Platten (50) als Winkeleisen ausgeführt sind, um sich an die vertikalen Kanten eines Kartons bei der Verpackung desselben mit einem Kunststoffsack anzulegen, und wobei jede innere Platte (51) auf einer Stützstange (510) montiert ist, die mit der äußeren Platte (50) derselben Plattengruppe verbunden ist,
    - eine Kontroll- und Steuerstation (6), die die automatischen Steuermittel der verschiedenen Elemente der gelenkigen Erfassungsvorrichtung (4) und der verschiedenen Elemente des Formgebers (5) sowie die zeitliche Aufeinanderfolge der Bewegungen der gelenkigen Erfassungsvorrichtung und des Formgebers zusammenfasst, um nacheinander das Öffnen eines Sacks, das Abtrennen seiner vorderen Folie von den Stützstangen und sein Einsetzen in einen Verpackungskarton, der in der Einsetzstation der Säcke vorhanden ist, gleichzeitig mit dem Abtrennen seiner hinteren Folie von den Stützstangen (32) und die Freigabe seiner vorderen Folie von der gelenkigen Erfassungsvorrichtung durchzuführen.
  7. Verfahren zur Verpackung der Wände von Verpackungskartons, die auf einem Förderband durchlaufen und einzeln in einer Station zum Einsetzen von Säcken einer Verpackungsmaschine ankommen, mit Kunststoffsäcken, die in einem Sacklager gestapelt gelagert sind, wo sie durch Aufhängeösen, die sie in der Nähe ihres oberen Randes umfassen, auf Stützstangen geschoben sind, bei dem nacheinander:
    - die vordere Folie des Sacks am Ende des Stapels angesaugt und dann gegenüber der hinteren Folie des Sacks in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Stapelrichtung der Säcke verschoben wird, um von den Stützstangen abgetrennt zu werden,
    - die vordere Folie des Sacks von der hinteren Folie des Sacks entfernt wird, damit dieser letztgenannte geöffnet wird,
    - der Sack zur Gänze geöffnet, dann zu dem Innenvolumen eines Kartons angetrieben wird, der in der Station zum Einsetzen von Säcken angeordnet ist, um gegen die Innenwände desselben gedrückt wird, so dass sein oberer Teil auf den oberen Teil der Außenwände des Kartons umgeschlagen wird, wobei die hintere Folie des Sacks von den Stützstangen abgetrennt und das Ansaugen der vorderen Folie des Sacks unterbrochen wird, wenn der Sack zu dem Innenvolumen des Kartons angetrieben wird.
