Claims (12)

  1. Drehbares Schneidwerkzeug (10, 110) mit einem vorderen Ende (12) und einem hinteren Ende (14) und einer Längsachse A, die durch das vordere und hintere Ende läuft, wobei das Schneidwerkzeug einen Schneidkopf (16, 116), ein Schraubteil (18, 118) und einen Werkzeugschaft (20) aufweist;
    wobei der Schneidkopf (16, 116) aufweist: einen im allgemeinen zylindrischen Hauptkörperabschnitt (49, 149) und einen sich nach hinten erstreckenden konischen Abschnitt (48, 148) und eine axial gerichtete Durchgangsbohrung (27, 127) mit einer Bohrungsfläche (28; 128); wobei eine Vielzahl von sich axial erstreckenden und radial nach innen vorstehenden Verriegelungsflügeln (30, 130), die von der Bohrungsfläche (28, 128) vorsteht, jeweils eine geneigte Verriegelungsfläche (34, 134) aufweist;
    wobei das Schraubteil (18, 118) eine Vielzahl von sich axial erstreckenden und radial nach außen vorstehenden Spannflügeln (66, 166) an einem vorderen Ende (58, 158) desselben und ein Außenschraubgewinde (72, 172) hinter den Spannflügeln (66, 166) aufweist, wobei jeder Spannflügel eine geneigte Spannfläche (70, 170) hat und jeder Spannflügel eine zugeordnete Seitenanschlagfläche (71", 175") hat;
    wobei der Werkzeugschaft (20) eine Aufnahmebohrung (82) hat, die sich zu einem vorderen Ende (80) desselben öffnet und einen konischen vorderen Abschnitt (86) und einen Innengewindeabschnitt (88) hinter dem konischen Abschnitt (86) aufweist;
    wobei das Außenschraubgewinde (72, 172) des Schraubteils (18, 118) in Gewindeeingriff mit dem Innengewindeabschnitt (88) des Werkzeugschafts (20) ist, wobei die Spannflügel (66, 166) und die Verriegelungsflügel (30, 130) paarweise ausgerichtet sind, während die Verriegelungs- und Spannflächen (34, 70; 134, 170) jedes Paares aneinander anliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    eine sich axial erstreckende Sperre (36, 136) mit einer tangential gerichteten Sperrfläche (40, 140) von jedem Verriegelungsflügel (30, 130) vorsteht, der konische Abschnitt (48, 148) des Schneidkopfs (16, 116) sich in dem konischen Abschnitt (86) des Werkzeugschafts (20) befindet und jede Sperrfläche (40, 140) an einer gegebenen Seitenanschlagfläche (71", 175") anliegt.
  2. Drehbares Schneidwerkzeug (10, 110) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Sperre (36) sich an einem vorderen Ende (35') des Verriegelungsflügels (30) befindet.
  3. Drehbares Schneidwerkzeug (10, 110) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Sperre (36) von der Verriegelungsfläche (34) vorsteht.
  4. Drehbares Schneidwerkzeug (10, 110) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die gegebene Seitenanschlagfläche (71") mindestens ein Abschnitt der Seitenfläche des Spannflügels (66) ist.
  5. Drehbares Schneidwerkzeug (10, 110) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Sperre (136) sich an einem hinteren Ende des Verriegelungsflügels (130) befindet.
  6. Drehbares Schneidwerkzeug (10, 110) nach Anspruch 5, wobei die gegebene Seitenanschlagfläche (175") mindestens ein Abschnitt einer Seitenfläche eines radialen Anschlagteils (175) ist.
  7. Drehbares Schneidwerkzeug (10, 110) nach Anspruch 6, wobei sich das radiale Anschlagteil (175) nahe dem Außenschraubgewinde (172) befindet.
  8. Drehbares Schneidwerkzeug (10, 110) nach Anspruch 5, wobei ein axiales Anschlagteil (176) sich zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden radialen Anschlagteilen (175) befindet.
  9. Drehbares Schneidwerkzeug (10, 110) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der Werkzeugschaft (20) einen Kanal (22) hat, der mit einer Schraubteilbohrung (64, 164) kommuniziert, wobei die Schraubteilbohrung (64, 164) mit radial gerichteten Kühlmittelauslässen (78, 178) benachbart einem vorderen Ende (58, 158) des Schraubteils (18, 118) kommuniziert, wobei die Kühlmittelauslässe (78, 178) mit Aussparungen (56, 156) im Schneidkopf (16, 116) ausgerichtet sind, wobei die Aussparungen (56, 156) benachbart den Schneidkanten (54, 154) des Schneidkopfs (16, 116) sind.
  10. Drehbares Schneidwerkzeug (10, 110) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das Schraubteil (18, 118) elastische Teile (74, 174) hat, die sich vom Außenschraubgewinde (72, 172) zu einem hinteren Ende (60, 160) des Schraubteils (18, 118) erstrecken.
  11. Drehbares Schneidwerkzeug (10, 110) nach Anspruch 10, wobei das drehbare Schneidwerkzeug ein Aufreiber ist.
  12. Verfahren zur Montage des drehbaren Schneidwerkzeugs nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 mit den Schritten:
    Positionieren des Schraubteils (18, 118) in der Aufnahmebohrung (82), bis das Außenschraubgewinde (72, 172) in einem anfänglichen Gewindeeingriff mit dem Innengewindeabschnitt (88) ist;
    Plazieren des Schneidkopfs (16, 116) über dem Schraubteil (18, 118), wobei die Verriegelungsflügel (30, 130) zwischen die Spannflügel (66, 166) reichen;
    Drehen des Schneidkopfs (16, 116), bis die Verriegelungsflügel (30, 130) und die Spannflügel (66, 166) paarweise axial ausgerichtet sind und die Sperrflächen (40, 140) an den Seitenanschlagflächen (71", 175") anliegen; und
    Weiterdrehen des Schneidkopfs (16, 116), bis die Verriegelungs- und Spannflächen (34, 70; 134, 170) jedes Paares von Verriegelungs- und Spannflügeln (30, 66; 130, 166) aneinander anliegen und das Schraubteil (18, 118) vollständig in den Innengewindeabschnitt (88) eingeschraubt ist, wodurch der Schneidkopf (16, 116) am Werkzeugschaft (20) befestigt ist.
