Claims (12)

- 該ストッパー(136)は、該ロッキング翼(130)の後端部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転式切削工具(10、110)。
- 該所与の側部当接面(175'')は径方向当接部材(175)の側部面の少なくとも一部であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回転式切削工具(10、110)。
- 該径方向当接部材(175)は、該外面ねじ山(172)に隣接して配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回転式切削工具(10、110)。
- 軸方向当接部材(176)は、連続的な径方向当接部材(175)間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回転式切削工具(10、110)。

- 該ねじ部材(18、118)は、該外面ねじ山(72、172)から該ねじ部材(18、118)の後方端部(60、160)に延在する弾力性部材(74、174)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の回転式切削工具(10、110)。
- 該回転式切削工具はリーマであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転式切削工具(10、110)。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の回転式切削工具を組み立てる方法であって、
該外面ねじ山(72、172)が内面ねじ山部分(88)との初期の螺合状態に存するまで、該受入穴(82)に該ねじ部材(18、118)を位置付ける段階と、
該ロッキング翼(30、130)が該締付翼(66、166)間を通過しつつ、該ねじ部材(18、118)を覆って該切削ヘッド(16、116)を設置する段階と、
該ロッキング翼(30、130)及び該締付翼(66、166)が対で軸方向に位置合わせされ、該停止面(40、140)が該側部当接面(71''、175'')に当接するまで該切削ヘッド(16、116)を回転する段階と、そして、
各対のロッキング翼及び締付翼(30、66;130、166)の該ロッキング面及び該締付面(34、70;134、170)が当接状態で、該ねじ部材(18、118)が内面ねじ山部分(88)へ完全に締められるまで該切削ヘッド(16、116)をさらに回転し、それによって該切削ヘッド(16、116)を該工具シャンク(20)に固定する段階と、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。
