Claims (14)
- Steckbrücke für elektrische Anschluß- und/oder Verbindungsklemmen, insbesondere Reihenklemmen, zum federnden Eingreifen in Öffnungen (2) in Stromschienen (3, 30) und zum elektrischen Kontaktieren von Stromschienen (3, 30) mindestens zweier Anschluß- und/oder Verbindungsklemmen, mit einer Brückenschiene (4), wobei die Brückenschiene (4) eine Schienenleiste (5) und mehrere mit der Schienenleiste (5) verbundene Stecker (6) aufweist und wobei jeder Stecker (6) mindestens zwei im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnete Kontaktschenkel (7, 8, 9) aufweist, von denen wenigstens einer federnd ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stecker (6) mindestens zwei übereinander angeordnete Kontaktbereiche (10, 11) zum Kontaktieren von zwei auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen (I, II) angeordneten Stromschienen (3, 30) zweier nebeneinander angeordneter, insbesondere auf einer Tragschiene aufgerasteter, Anschluß- und/oder Verbindungsklemmen aufweisen. - Steckbrücke nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stecker (6) bzw. die Kontaktschenkel (7, 8, 9) unterschiedliche Breiten (B) aufweisen.
- Steckbrücke nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, die Federkräfte der Stecker (6) bzw. der Kontaktschenkel (7, 8, 9) beim Einstecken in die Öffnungen (2) und beim Kontaktieren der Stromschienen (3, 30) parallel zur Längsrichtung (L) der Schienenleiste (5) gerichtet sind.
- Steckbrücke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Stecker (6) drei im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnete Kontaktschenkel (7, 8, 9) aufweist, von denen zumindest der mittlere Kontaktschenkel (9) federnd ausgebildet ist.
- Steckbrücke nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittlere Kontaktschenkel (9) in Längsrichtung (L) der Schienenleiste (5) versetzt zu den beiden äußeren Kontaktschenkeln (7, 8) ausgerichtet ist.
- Steckbrücke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in mindestens einem Kontaktschenkel (7, 8, 9), vorzugsweise zumindest im mittleren Kontaktschenkel (9), ein Längsschlitz (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Steckbrücke nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Längsschlitz (12) von einem Bereich etwas oberhalb des unteren Kontaktbereichs (10) bis zu einem Bereich etwas oberhalb des oberen Kontaktbereichs (11) erstreckt.
- Steckbrücke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des unteren Kontaktbereichs (10) kleiner als die Breite des oberen Kontaktbereichs (11) ist.
- Steckbrücke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (B) eines Kontaktschenkels (7, 8, 9) größer als seine Dicke (D) ist.
- Steckbrücke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktschenkel (7, 8, 9) unterhalb des unteren Kontaktbereichs (10) an mindestens einer Schmalseite eine Auflaufschräge (13) aufweisen.
- Steckbrücke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brückenschiene (4) aus mindestens zwei im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordneten Brückenschienabschnitten (14, 15, 16) besteht, die jeweils einen Schienenleistenabschnitt (17) und mehrere mit dem Schienenleistenabschnitt (17) verbundene Kontaktschenkel (7, 8, 9) aufweisen.
- Steckbrücke nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Brückenschienabschnitte (14, 15, 16) formschlüssig zusammengehalten sind, insbesondere miteinander vernietet sind.
- Steckbrücke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Schienenleiste (5) von einem Isolierkopf (19) umgeben ist.
- Elektrische Anschluß- und/oder Verbindungsklemme, insbesondere Reihenklemme, mit einem Gehäuse, mit mindestens einer Stromschiene (3, 30), mit mindestens zwei Anschlußelementen und mit einer lösbaren Steckbrücke (1) zum federnden Eingreifen und elektrischen Kontaktieren in eine Öffnung (2) in der Stromschiene (3, 30), wobei die Steckbrücke (1) eine Brückenschiene (4) mit einer Schienenleiste (5) und mehreren mit der Schienenleiste (5) verbundenen Stecker (6) aufweist und wobei jeder Stecker (6) mindestens zwei im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnete Kontaktschenkel (7, 8, 9) aufweist, von denen wenigstens einer federnd ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stecker (6) zwei übereinander angeordnete Kontaktbereiche (10, 11) zum Kontaktieren von zwei auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen (I, II) angeordneten Stromschienen (3, 30) zweier nebeneinander angeordneter, insbesondere auf einer Tragschiene aufgerasteter, Anschluß- und/oder Verbindungsklemmen aufweisen.
