Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sealing device for sealing joints between structures, in particular between concrete joints with an injection channel according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention also relates to a hollow profile strip therefor.
  • the disadvantage is that the swelling tape can swell the slot and the pores of the foam tape when swelling, so that an outlet of injection material from the injection channel is at least severely hampered and the injection channel is thus dysfunctional.
  • the production of Sealing device is very expensive because the items of the sealing device are difficult to assemble on the current meter and in particular the assembled sealing device still falls apart slightly, as long as the sealing device is not covered by the plastic net.
  • Fig. 3 discloses an injection tube having a tubular plastic body with a channel introduced into this body and outlet openings leading from the outer surface of the body into the channel.
  • a swelling tape connects, which extends over the entire length of the injection tube.
  • the embedded channel and the associated outlet channels to the outlet openings are filled with a liquid or solid inert material, which can be displaced from the channel by rinsing or by pressing a sealing material.
  • the body and the swelling tape are each covered with a fleece or tissue. This casing is designed so that when pouring the concrete wall penetration of concrete into the channel and into the outlet channels does not occur.
  • the material of the sheath must be permeable to the injection medium. For this reason, water and moisture, for example cement milk, can also penetrate from the outside through the casing and through the outlet channels into the channel, thereby clogging the channels, so that the injection channel is no longer functional.
  • a particular disadvantage is that the outlet channels are far away from the joint side; Thus, the swelling source tape obstruct the distribution channels of the sealing material from the outlet channels to the joint, so that injection material from the outlet channels does not reach the defects of the joint to be supplied.
  • the production The injection hose is very complicated because the hose body and the swelling tape must be laboriously inserted into a narrow tube of the casing.
  • EP 0 418 699 A1 5 discloses a sealing device of a cross-sectionally U-shaped profile which is mounted on a hardened concrete surface and has a top wall and two side walls. The free longitudinal edges of the side walls of the profile sit on the concrete surface, so that outlet openings for sealing material between the concrete surface and the longitudinal edges are formed.
  • a free passage for sealing material is provided with a arranged approximately in the middle of the height of the side walls bottom wall having a longitudinal slot for the escape of sealing material.
  • a U-shaped receiving space is provided, in which an open-pore plastic foam strips stored.
  • the sealing medium is first introduced into the through channel and passes through the slot in the bottom wall in the plastic foam in the flow channel and from there under the longitudinal edges through in the receptive for the sealing medium and sealed area in the joint between the first and the second concreting.
  • This sealing device has proven excellent.
  • EP 0 804 656 Fig. 3 discloses a sealing device for sealing concrete joints, in the form of a joint slat with an injection channel, which is formed approximately as the channel after the EP 0 418 699 A1 and an exit slot covered by a closed cell foam strip is impermeable to injection material. If injection material is injected into the injection channel under pressure, the injection material lifts the foam strip in the manner of a valve and can pass outward into the joint region. When the pressure decreases, the foam strip closes the opening again in the manner of a valve. This sealing device works well.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a sealing device that meets the need for a particularly safe and reliable joint seal that is easy to assemble and handle and easy to manufacture and in which in particular reliably prevents the material from entering the passageway ,
  • the invention achieves the object with a sealing device according to the independent claim 1.
  • Advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized in the dependent claims.
  • the sealing device for sealing joints between concrete joints on an injection channel body with an injection channel for introducing injection material, the injection channel on the joint side at least one outlet opening, for example an outlet slot, for the injection material, and a hose-like check valve tape made of an elastic material, the penetration prevented by the material via the outlet opening in the injection channel from the joint side, wherein the check valve strip is formed as a hollow profile strip.
  • the check valve strip is structured in cross-section and gives on the pressure side of the injection material from the outlet slot of the injection channel in a predetermined manner such that a blocking effect of the check valve tape is released and the injection material from the channel body can escape laterally past the check valve tape.
  • the sealing device functions particularly reliably because the blocking valve strip ensures that the injection channel and in particular the outlet opening of contaminants, in particular swelling source material, which could cause a blockage, remains free.
  • the check valve band is designed as a hollow profile band, a lifting of the blocking effect can be achieved even at relatively low pressure from the injection channel.
  • the hollow profile strip ie the tubular blocking valve strip, is compressible, because the walls of the hollow profile strip can be displaced inwards into the cavity, because they are correspondingly yielding.
  • the injection channel communicates with the valve seat channel via the outlet opening, e.g. the exit slot, in conjunction.
  • the hollow profile strip is particularly easy and quick to use in the valve seat channel and stores there with a press fit, so that it can not fall out of the valve seat channel when handling the sealing device.
  • the blocking valve band expediently protrudes out of the valve seat channel and is slightly compressed during assembly on the concrete surface, resulting in a defined valve seat.
  • the hollow profile strip has, for example, narrow walls and / or longitudinal edges, which adjoin associated walls of the valve seat channel support and ensure the interference fit of the hollow profile strip in the valve seat channel.
  • the hollow profile strip has, for example, at least two angled longitudinal walls, which are arranged between a bottom wall and a top wall, and which each have a bending region which forms a predetermined bending point during compression.
  • two opposing buckling walls of the hollow profiled strip form side walls which are supported in the articulated region on the associated walls of the valve seat channel.
  • the predetermined bending points ensure a controlled bending movement of the walls, in particular in such a way that, upon further buckling, a defined valve opening is created between the hollow profile strip and the walls of the valve seat channel.
  • longitudinally extending sealing lips are integrally formed on the side walls of the hollow profiled strip between the bending region and the top wall of the hollow profiled strip, which sealingly cooperate with the associated side walls of the valve seat channel and which form further concrete sealing edges or narrow sealing surfaces in the longitudinal direction.
  • the sealing lips are pressed after assembly of the hollow profile strip in the valve seat channel against the side walls of the valve seat channel (press fit).
  • the sealing lips provide a kind of labyrinth seal for a particularly high sealing effect of the hollow profile strip against ingress of material from the outside into the passageway.
  • the hollow profile strip is profiled such that it is introduced from the sealing material which is introduced into the injection passage channel and, for example, via the outlet opening from the injection channel emerges, is compressible so that the press fitting for the sealing material are permeable.
  • the hollow profile strip further has inside at least two mutually opposite mecanical tivasis, which expediently also each have a kink.
  • the inner support walls are formed weaker than the side walls.
  • the top wall of the valve hollow profile is formed according to a particular embodiment of the invention in cross-section groove-shaped concave and forms at least in the region of the outlet opening a groove. Under a compressive load of the sealing material, the top wall lowers particularly far down and pulls the edge regions to the center, so that the valve seat edges and sealing lips between the valve hollow profile and the side walls of the valve seat channel for sealing material are permeable.
  • the one-part design of the check valve tape with the swelling tape is particularly advantageous because the assembly of the sealing device according to the invention is essentially limited to an assembly of two parts.
  • the swelling tape is arranged substantially on the joint side of the check valve tape so that it does not interfere with the function of the channel device.
  • the comparatively soft swelling tape possibly compensates for slight unevenness in the surface of the concrete joint and swells into spaces that are empty of material, resulting in a temporary seal.
  • the swelling tape is arranged outside the channel body on the cover or check valve tape.
  • the swelling tape is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the hollow profile strip, for example glued.
  • the swelling tape can be connected to the masking or blocking valve tape at a first production site, wherein the joining with the channel device can take place at a second production site or on the construction site.
  • the swelling strip is expediently a flat, flexible, relatively soft band and preferably projects laterally beyond the channel device, so that edge webs result.
  • the edge webs are preferably angled slightly in the direction of the intended joint support area, resulting in a kind of curvature in the transverse direction.
  • the sealing device 1 consists essentially of a relatively rigid channel body 2 made of plastic, a seated in the channel body 2, hose-like a check valve forming hollow profile strip 3 and a swelling tape. 4
  • the channel body 2 consists for example of polyethylene, in particular of high density polyethylene (HDPE).
  • the profile band 3 consists for example of rubber or polyethylene, especially HDPE, or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyurethane.
  • the swelling tape 4 consists for example of swelling rubber or of source plastic, in particular swellable polyurethane.
  • the channel body 2 has a U-shaped cross-section, the U-shape being open in the direction of a joint area to be sealed.
  • the channel body 2 has a top wall 5 and two side walls 6, 7, wherein the side walls 6, 7 are of equal length and their free ends form longitudinal edges 8.
  • valve seat channel 13 which is open in the direction of the joint area.
  • the cross-sectional shape of the channel body 2 may also be arcuate or trapezoidal or polygonal or the like may be formed, but free longitudinal edges 8 should be present. Furthermore, a plurality of injection channels 12 may be provided. Instead of the longitudinal slot 11 may also be provided a perforation or the like outlet openings.
  • valve hollow profile strip 3 which consists of a resilient, soft set, preferably vulcanized, rubber-elastic material.
  • the tubular valve hollow profile strip 3 has three through channels 3a, 3b, 3c, a bottom wall 14, a top wall 15, two side walls 16, 17 and in the interior in each case one adjacent to a side wall 16 or 17 at a distance Supporting wall 18, 19 on.
  • the walls 16, 18 and 17, 19 are - viewed in cross section - angled in the shape of an arrow in each case outwardly so that in each case a Knickeck Society 20 is formed. Purpose and purpose of Knickeck Stude 20 will be explained below.
  • the Knickeck Societye 20 of the side walls 16, 17 of the valve hollow profile strip 3 are also on the inside of the side walls 6, 7 of the channel body 2 and are based there in the region of the longitudinal edges 8 from.
  • the top wall 15 of the valve hollow profile strip 3 is concave in cross-section and channel-shaped in the longitudinal direction.

  • the valve band 3 is formed integrally with a swelling tape 4.
  • the swelling tape 4 is arranged on the joint-side outer surface 22 of the bottom wall 14.
  • the swelling tape 4 is fixedly connected to the outer surface 22 of the bottom wall 14.
  • the connection of the valve band 3 with the swelling tape 4 is made by coextrusion or by vulcanization.
  • the swelling tape 4 is formed as a flat band and wider than the bottom wall 14, resulting in laterally projecting edge webs 24, which are slightly angled in the direction of a support surface 26.
  • the protruding edge webs 24 of the swelling tape 4 may be formed narrower or wider as needed in comparison with the embodiment shown in the figures, for example, depending on the application to provide a sufficient amount of source material.
  • the width of the edge webs 24 may vary in the longitudinal direction, for example to allow a particularly simple laying on a corner region of a concrete foundation 27.
