Claims (39)
- Gitterkorb mit Seitenwänden und einem Boden, die jeweils aus einem Drahtgitter gebildet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gitterkorb mit wenigstens einer Tragvorrichtung (1) versehen ist, die durch wenigstens einen Tragbügel (19) gebildet ist, der an einer der Seitenwände (2 bis 5) befestigt ist. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorteilhaft in die Seitenwand (2 bis 5) eingehängte Tragbügel (19) U-förmig ausgebildet ist. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragbügel (19) an der Seitenwand (2 bis 5) befestigt, vorzugsweise angeschweißt ist. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (2 bis 5) jeweils wenigstens ein Tragbügel (19) vorgesehen ist, die vorzugsweise auf gleicher Höhe liegen. - Gitterkorb mit Seitenwänden und einem Boden, die jeweils aus einem Drahtgitter gebildet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gitterkorb mit wenigstens einer Tragvorrichtung (1) versehen ist, die durch wenigstens einen Tragbügel (74) gebildet ist, der durch den Boden (6) bis über die Seitenwände (2 bis 5) ragt. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragbügel (74) schlaufenartig ausgebildete Enden (77, 78) aufweist, die ineinander steckbar sind und vorteilhaft einen Knoten bilden, der sich unter Last zusammenzieht. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Teil der Drahtgitter (8, 9, 15) zumindest eines Teils der Seitenwände (2 bis 5) an ihren Enden zu Haken (10 bis 12, 17) geformt ist, mit denen benachbarte Seitenwände (2 bis 5) und der Boden (6) ineinander gehängt sind. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einige Seitenwände (2 bis 5) versteift sind, vorteilhaft zusätzliche Gitterdrähte (14, 18) aufweisen. - Gitterkorb, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (6) wenigstens einen Versteifungsteil (26, 29, 34) aufweist. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Versteifungsteil (26) durch einen sich vorteilhaft in den Gitterkorb erstreckenden, verformten Abschnitt des Bodens (6) gebildet ist, bei dem vorteilhaft die einen Gitterdrähte (24) U-förmig verformt sind. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Versteifungsteil (34) durch zusätzliche Gitterdrähte am Boden (6) gebildet ist. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Versteifungsteil (26, 34) über die Breite des Bodens (6) erstreckt und vorteilhaft in halber Länge des Bodens (6) vorgesehen ist. - Gitterkorb, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (2 bis 5) durch wenigstens einen Distanzhalter (83) verbunden sind. - Gitterkorb, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (2 bis 5) und der Boden (6) durch wenigstens einen Distanzhalter verbunden sind. - Gitterkorb, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (2 bis 5), der Boden (6) und ein Deckel (7) durch wenigstens einen Distanzhalter (83) verbunden sind. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Distanzhalter (83) L-Form hat. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Distanzhalter (83) an seinen Enden einen Verschlußteil (84) zum Einhängen aufweist, der vorteilhaft ein V-förmig gebogenes Ende des Distanzhalters (83) ist. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende (85) des Verschlußteiles (84) hakenförmig ausgebildet ist, das vorteilhaft den Distanzhalter (83) in der Schließstellung hintergreift. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Distanzhalter (83) mit dem Verschlußteil (84) aus einem Draht geformt ist. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei Distanzhalter (83) zur Bildung eines Knotenpunktes (88) im Gitterkorb ineinander gehängt sind. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Seitenwänden (2 bis 5) ein als Drahtgitter ausgebildeter Deckel (7) befestigt ist, der vorzugsweise über seinen Rand ragende, vorteilhaft durch Gitterdrahtenden gebildete Sicherungsteile (32, 33) aufweist, die zur Befestigung des Deckels (7) am Gitterkorb mit einem Biegewerkzeug (35) plastisch verformbar sind. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungsteile (32, 33) gerade verlaufen. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungsteile (32, 33) abgebogene Enden der Gitterdrähte (30, 31) sind. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 21 oder 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Biegewerkzeug (35) ein Biegeelement (38) aufweist, das vorteilhaft zwei Biegeschenkel (39, 41; 40, 42) aufweist, die mit Abstand voneinander liegen. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der V-Spitze der vorzugsweise V-förmig ausgebildeten Biegeschenkel (39, 41; 40, 42) ein Gitterdraht eines der Seitenwände (2 bis 5) während des Biegevorganges liegt. - Gitterkorb nach Anspruch 24 oder 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegeschenkel (39, 41; 40, 42) durch einen Quersteg (37) miteinander verbunden sind, der vorteilhaft ein Widerlager für den zu biegenden Sicherungsteil (32, 33) des Deckels (7) bildet. - Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom Biegeelement (35) ein Griff (36) absteht. - Transporteinrichtung für einen Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung (44) mindestens einen Träger (45, 64) aufweist, an dem wenigstens ein Auflager (55, 59) für den Tragbügel (19, 74) des Gitterkorbes vorgesehen ist. - Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (45) eine Platte ist. - Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (64) ein Rohr ist. - Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflager (55, 59) wenigstens eine Auflagefläche (57, 60) für den Tragbügel (19, 74) des Gitterkorbes aufweist. - Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 31,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflager (55) an einer Seite (47) des Trägers (45) befestigt ist. - Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 32,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an beiden Enden des Trägers (45, 64) jeweils ein Auflager (59) vorgesehen ist. - Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 33,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflager (55, 59) mit wenigstens einem Anschlag (58, 63, 72, 73) für den Tragbügel (19, 74) des Gitterkorbes versehen ist. - Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 34,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Träger (45, 64) wenigstens ein Einhängebügel (48, 49; 65, 66) für ein Hebezeug befestigt ist. - Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 35,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an den Enden des Trägers (45, 64) vorgesehenen Auflager (59) sich quer zum Auflager (55) an der Trägerseite (47) erstrecken. - Tragvorrichtung, insbesondere für einen Gitterkorb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 36,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragvorrichtung wenigstens einen Tragbügel (74) aufweist, der aus einem Draht geformt ist und an beiden Enden jeweils ein schlaufenförmiges Verschlußteil (75, 76) aufweist. - Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 37,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Verschlußteile (75, 76) ineinander steckbar sind und vorteilhaft bei Zugbelastung den Verschluß zusammenziehen. - Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 37 oder 38,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Verschlußteile (75, 76) jeweils einen Schlaufenteil (77, 78) aufweisen, das vorteilhaft abgewinkelt zum anschließenden Bereich des Tragbügels (74) verläuft.
