Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method according to the preamble of the method according to claim 1 and one produced by means of such a method Opening roller.
- each tooth of the Saw tooth set several zones of different hardness, with the Hardness decreases from the tooth tip towards the tooth root.
- the tooth base area By contrast, it is not cured to the required for the winding process Allow deformation of the sawtooth wire.
- Around the ends of this To be able to deform sawtooth wire so that it on the roller body It is necessary to set these wire ends after the Hardening, so that the hardening of the teeth does not affect the Wire ends takes.
- the disadvantage here is that it is very difficult to do that Effect on curing and subsequent heat treatments always only to be limited to defined areas.
- the object of the present invention is to propose a method which It allows the wear area of the teeth of a sawtooth wire To be able to harden completely as possible, preferably without the foot area the clothing wire also mitzuhärten as well as to provide a method in a much simpler and safer way the mounting of the Set, in particular a sawtooth wire allows. Furthermore, it is an object of the invention to provide an opening roller, with the help of a such process can be produced.
- the sawtooth wire according to claim 2 for the Hardening preformed, since in this way the sawtooth wire in the Applying to the clothing carrier no great stress subject to otherwise required significant deformation becomes.
- the sawtooth wire during curing on a preform body is, this preform body by the clothing itself can be formed.
- the hardening of the clothing can take place in different ways, but it has proved to be advantageous, the set regardless of their training as a sawtooth wire or as a combination of needles and at least one sawtooth wire according to claim 6 and in particular to harden inductively according to claim 7 or 8, since in this way particularly simply control the depth to which the clothing is to be cured leaves.
- the clothing has a relatively small cross-section. That's why it's from Advantage, if according to a development of the method according to the invention according to claim 9, the formation of oxides, for example Hammer blow is prevented during curing.
- the cured clothing according to claim 10 for Degradation of stresses subjected to a heat treatment.
- the clothing for example by means of sand or Glass bead blasting is blasted ,. Since the material of the garnish under Circumstances, while it is blasted, magnetic, the set appropriately demagnetized. Furthermore, the clothing can chemically be deburred.
- a Grinding against the working direction of the teeth of the sawtooth wire is achieved advantageous that burrs in the operation of the opening roller to Uneven separation of fibers can lead to safely removed become.
- the sawtooth wire is before it is brought into shape unhardened wire. This ensures that he is easy and in bring the desired shape.
- a clothing carrier made of non-hardenable material preferably a Low carbon steel, because thereby a distortion of the clothing wearer in Hardening of the clothing can be safely avoided.
- the Ends of the sawtooth wire both with the wire beginning as well can be moved with the tail so on the clothing rack weld. This will safely and easily avoided that the Sawtooth wire from the clothing carrier both during hardening and during operation can solve. Essentially all of them come as welding methods into consideration.
- the sawtooth wire is coated to increase its wear resistance improve, particularly favorably by plasma coating, advantageous for example with titanium nitride. This makes it particularly cheap possible with to work at low temperatures, so no hardness loss in the cured Garnitur wire by heating the wire takes place.
- a method according to claim 25 to 32 make an opening roller the one after deformation or after setting the clothing on the Clothing carrier has hardened clothing, said clothing according to claim 27 is preferably formed as inductively hardened clothing.
- said clothing wire with a laterally in the Foot portion of the set arranged groove can be the sawtooth fasten it particularly securely on the clothing carrier, keeping it in a groove is moved and by deformation material of the clothing carrier in the groove is pressed to make a positive connection
- the inventive method described above allows in a simple and safe way of precisely controlled hardening of the clothing, without the danger when mounting the clothing on the clothing carrier exists that the clothing is damaged in this case.
- inductive Hardening of the clothing tips can be by means of a high-frequency Current to limit the curing on the tips of the set, while the held by the clothing carrier foot part of the clothing elements substantially maintains its original condition.
- This is especially beneficial nevertheless the areas of the teeth that make the transition from one To form the other tooth so harden that in the area of the tooth root a hardness is achieved which reduces the wear in this area of the clothing greatly reduced.
- the clothing or their teeth thus have an advantageous uniform wear behavior from tooth tip to tooth root. In this way, opening rollers with a long-lasting, Wear-resistant clothing and still without risk of breakage or marking produce.
- a sliver In open-end spinning, it is necessary to make a sliver into single fibers which then an open-end spinning element (not shown) for Generation of a thread are supplied continuously.
- the singulation of the fibers By combing out of the leading end of the sliver takes place with the aid of a housing 4 arranged in an opening roller 1, which For this purpose, a suitably trained set 2 has ( Figure 2).
- a set of 2 is in most cases a sawtooth 20th Application (Fig. 1 to 3), but there are also sets that except one single sawtooth wire 20 still a second such sawtooth wire (not shown) and / or additionally have a plurality of needles.
- the clothing carrier 10 of the opening roller 1 can by the main body 100th the opening roller 1 are formed; but it is also possible for this one Ring (not shown) provide, in a conventional manner by Clamps o. The like. Is held.
- the flexible, d. H. not yet hardened or not yet having high hardness Stgeieregarnituren (Sawtooth wires 20) are first brought into the desired shape substantially, they later in the mounted state on the clothing carrier 10th should take. It can not only in the desired shape to reaching diameter d, but in addition also the helical Form that the sawtooth wire 20 later on the clothing carrier 10 of Opening roller 1 should take into account.
- the deformation of the sawtooth wire 20 can in principle in various Done way.
- the sawtooth wire 20 is a Preformed body 3 (Fig. 1) wound, the diameter d substantially is as large as the relevant diameter d of the clothing carrier 10th the opening roller 1. In this way, it is not necessary, the sawtooth wire 20 during later application to the clothing carrier 10 still to deform significantly.
- the final diameter d of the sawtooth wire 20 by the deformation is not necessarily identical to the outer diameter of the clothing carrier 10.
- the sawtooth wire 20 not wound on the outer circumference of the clothing carrier 10, but passes during the winding on the clothing carrier 10 in helical extending grooves in this peripheral surface of the clothing carrier 10 with the consequence that the diameter to be achieved by the deformation d should correspond to the diameter of these grooves.
- the hardening depth can be determined exactly by an appropriate choice of the frequency of the eddy currents. As it is before It all depends on a good hardening of the fibers in To get contact coming surfaces are particularly suitable high-frequency eddy currents for this purpose.
- the frequency of the Eddy current selected as high as possible, so that the curing effect in essential to the tooth tips 201 and the surface of the teeth of the Set limited.
- the sawtooth wire 20 is in Surface area or in the area of the teeth strongly heated and after Quenched leaving the field.
- the method can be used in the context of the present invention in modified in various ways, in particular by replacement individual features by equivalents or by other combinations of Features and / or their equivalents. So it is not necessary the hardening of the sawtooth wire 20 in the unsupported state. Much more the sawtooth wire 20 can still during this curing process located on the mentioned preform carrier 3. This has the advantage that the inductive hardening process is particularly easy and safe On the range of the tooth tips 201 to the tooth root 203 of the teeth restrict, while the foot portion 200 of the sawtooth wire 20 in essentially maintains its original hardness.
- the hardening of the set 2 in a protective gas is made. This will prevent that the surface of the highly heated during the curing process Sawtooth wire 20 reacts with oxygen and rust or hammer blow then forms undefined relationships and dimensions of the teeth of the sawtooth wire 20 can lead.
- the strge leoparddraht 20 located on the clothing carrier 10 is usually subjected to a grinding process, since it has been shown that the applied to the clothing carrier 10 sawtooth 20 is usually slightly out of round.
- the populated with the sawtooth wire 20 opening roller 1 is driven in the direction of arrow f 1 , ie in the direction of rotation (arrow f 2 ), in which the opening roller 1 rotates during the spinning operation.
- the sawtooth wire 20 driven by the opening roller 1 during the grinding process thereby moves in opposite directions to a grinding wheel 5, which is driven in the direction of the arrow f 3 .
- the hardened clothing 2 can still undergo a blasting process to smooth their surface. This can be done in the usual way Blasting of sand, small glass beads o. Like. happen.
- the set 2 is preferably after this blasting process demagnetized. This is usually done by generating a corresponding magnetic opposing field, wherein the set 2 the Cycles through hysteresis loop with decreasing maximum field strength.
- the sawtooth wire 20 deburred becomes. This can chemically in a conventional manner suitable for this purpose Solution or else electrolytically with the aid of an acid solution.
- the clothing 2 are also coated, for example with a galvanic coated nickel layer. It is also possible, diamond grains in embed the nickel layer.
