Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Blockieren von mindestens einer Litze (2) in einem Verankerungsblock (3) durch radiale Einspannung der Litze (2) mittels einer kegelstumpfförmigen Spannbacke (4), die diese Litze (2) umschließt und in einer kegelstumpfförmigen Aussparung (5) komplementärer Form im Block (3) sitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - eine Sprengpatronenvorrichtung (6) verwendet wird, welche ein Gewicht (8) beinhaltet, das durch die Explosion der Sprengpatrone vorgetrieben werden soll,
    - eine Kraftübertragungsvorrichtung (7) zwischen dem Gewicht (8) der Sprengpatronenvorrichtung (6) und der kegelstumpfförmigen Spannbacke (4) zur Verfügung steht,
    - die Sprengpatrone (6) ausgelöst wird, um das Gewicht (8) gegen die Kraftübertragungsvorrichtung (7) vorzutreiben, welche ihrerseits gegen die kegelstumpfförmige Spannbacke (4) drückt, um sie in die kegelstumpfförmige Aussparung (5) des Verankerungsblocks (3) zu pressen, sodass hierdurch eine Blockierung der Litze (2) mittels radialer Einspannung durch die kegelstumpfförmige Spannbacke (4) erzielt wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem eine Sprengpatronenvorrichtung (6) verwendet wird, durch die ein Hochdruckgas freigesetzt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, bei dem eine Kraftübertragungsvorrichtung (7) verwendet wird, die aus
    - einem Gehäuse (9), das eine Innenkammer (12) umgibt, welche sich zwischen einer ersten Öffnung (13), die mit einem Stutzen (6a) der Sprengpatronenvorrichtung (6) fest verbunden ist, über die das Gewicht (8) vorgetrieben wird, und einer zweiten Öffnung (14) befindet, und
    - einem Schlagorgan (17), das einerseits einen ersten Teil (18), der sich in der Innenkammer (12) des Gehäuses (9) befindet und einen größeren Durchmesser als die zweite Öffnung (14) aufweist, wobei der genannte erste Teil (18) dazu bestimmt ist, dass das Gewicht (8) gegen ihn stößt, und andererseits einen zweiten Teil (19), der mit dem ersten Teil (18) fest verbunden und in der zweiten Öffnung (14) verschiebbar montiert ist, wobei der genannte zweite Teil (19) ein freies Ende (19a) aufweist, das zum Zusammenwirken mit der kegelstumpfförmigen Spannbacke (4) bestimmt ist, beinhaltet,
    besteht.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, bei dem sich eine Druckfeder (20) zwischen dem ersten Teil (18) des Schlagorgans (17) und der Innenkammer (12) des Gehäuses (9) befindet.
  5. System zum Blockieren von mindestens einer Litze (2) in einem Verankerungsblock (3) durch radiale Einspannung der Litze (2) mittels einer kegelstumpfförmigen Spannbacke (4), die dazu bestimmt ist, diese Litze (2) zu umschließen und in einer kegelstumpfförmigen Aussparung (5) komplementärer Form im Block (3) zu sitzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus
    - einer Sprengpatronenvorrichtung (6), welche ein Gewicht (8) beinhaltet, das dazu bestimmt ist, durch die Explosion der Sprengpatrone vorgetrieben zu werden, und
    - einer Kraftübertragungsvorrichtung (7), die dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Gewicht (8) der Sprengpatronenvorrichtung (6) zusammenzuwirken, um bei der Explosion der Sprengpatrone (6) einen Vortrieb des Gewichts (8) gegen die genannte Kraftübertragungsvorrichtung (7) zu ermöglichen, welche ihrerseits dazu bestimmt ist, gegen die kegelstumpfförmige Spannbacke (4) zu drücken, um sie in die kegelstumpfförmige Aussparung (5) des Verankerungsblocks (3) zu pressen, sodass hierdurch eine Blockierung der Litze (2) mittels radialer Einspannung durch die kegelstumpfförmige Spannbacke (4) erzielt wird,besteht.
  6. System zum Blockieren nach Anspruch 5, bei dem die Kraftübertragungsvorrichtung (7) aus
    - einem Gehäuse (9), das eine Innenkammer (12) umgibt, welche sich zwischen einer ersten Öffnung (13), die mit einem Stutzen (6a) der Sprengpatronenvorrichtung (6) fest verbunden ist, über die das Gewicht (8) vorgetrieben werden soll, und einer zweiten Öffnung (14) befindet, und
    - einem Schlagorgan (17), das einerseits einen ersten Teil (18), der sich in der Innenkammer (12) des Gehäuses (9) befindet und einen größeren Durchmesser als die zweite Öffnung (14) aufweist, wobei der genannte erste Teil (18) dazu bestimmt ist, dass das Gewicht (8) gegen ihn stößt, und andererseits einen zweiten Teil (19), der mit dem ersten Teil (18) fest verbunden und in der zweiten Öffnung (14) verschiebbar montiert ist, wobei der genannte zweite Teil (19) ein freies Ende (19a) aufweist, das zum Zusammenwirken mit der kegelstumpfförmigen Spannbacke (4) bestimmt ist, beinhaltet,
    besteht.
  7. System zum Blockieren nach Anspruch 6, bei dem sich eine Druckfeder (20) zwischen dem ersten Teil (18) des Schlagorgans (17) und der Innenkammer (12) des Gehäuses (9) befindet.
  8. System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, bei dem das Gehäuse (9) der Kraftübertragungsvorrichtung (7) aus einem ersten Kasten (10), der eine erste Öffnung (13) aufweist, und einem zweiten Kasten (11), der mit dem genannten ersten Kasten (10) fest verbunden ist und die zweite Öffnung (14) aufweist, besteht.
