Definitions
- the invention relates to a movable over the floor Floor cleaning machine with at least one in cleaning operation coming into contact with the floor to be cleaned, rotating powered cleaning brush, especially roller brush, the dirt picked up from the ground is formed in the machine housing Dirt duct feeds, and with at least two Dirt receptacles that are in the cleaning operation with their Openings essentially upward on a receptacle in the direction transverse to the longitudinal axis of the floor cleaning machine side by side are arranged and in the area of their opening have a pivotable bow handle that has a bucket-like Allows transport of the dirt container.
- the bucket-like dirt receptacles in such floor cleaning machines one-piece dirt container used and thereby ensures that the dirt collected is easier to remove can, since the user is not the transversely to the longitudinal axis of the Floor cleaning machine essentially over its entire width extending and therefore bulky and heavy dirt container too handle to remove the dirt accumulated in it, especially in a storage container or the like. distribute.
- the recording is with a continuous floor trained, and the bucket-like manageable dirt container are positioned on this floor so that the neighboring containers as close to each other as possible so that the Dirt transported in the direction of the dirt container if possible completely into this dirt container.
- a floor cleaning machine designed at the outset according to the invention in such a way that between a raised cleaning position and a lowered removal position is shiftable that the Openings surrounding the upper edge of each dirt receptacle the cleaning position of the receptacle with sealing engagement the circumferential edge of a dirt passage opening fixed to the housing stands and that the bow handles on the outside of the Dirt receptacle are attached and swung down State, completely outside the area of the opening of the dirt container.
- the construction according to the invention also enables use of plastic bags as dirt receptacles. This can with removed dirt container or with inserted dirt container and in the removal position located in the dirt container and with her protruding from the dirt container Section around the edge of the container so that then when the holder is moved to the cleaning position sealed in place to be fixed in place.
- plastic bags as dirt receptacles. This can with removed dirt container or with inserted dirt container and in the removal position located in the dirt container and with her protruding from the dirt container Section around the edge of the container so that then when the holder is moved to the cleaning position sealed in place to be fixed in place.
- the usage such a plastic bag allows in a known manner closing the bag by hand, then the filled bag out of the dirt container and so one Enable dirt removal without creating dust.
- the receptacle preferably has positioning means with respect to the dirt passage openings aligned arrangement of Dirt container.
- the Floor cleaning machine extend a support rod on which support the dirt container with an engagement recess, so that it is in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the floor cleaning machine are positioned positively.
- the Dirt receptacle against displacement transverse to the longitudinal axis of the Floor cleaning machine can be held by stop surfaces.
- the circulating Edge of the opening of the dirt container to the inclined essentially by its bottom support plane be so that in the cleaning position of the recording end of the in the floor cleaning machine Dirt receptacle a lower height than that further out has lying end, which also causes an inclination of the Dirt openings are present.
- the dirt container is as close as possible can be positioned to each other on the recording, at least a part of the edge region of the dirt holding container is a receptacle for the bow handle forming opposite the adjacent peripheral wall of the dirt container must be offset inwards.
- This Offset can vary from an area that is different from the articulation points of the bow handle a short distance in the direction of further the floor cleaning machine located end of the dirt container has to do that in the cleaning position of the recording extend the outer end of the dirt container.
- the bow handle is turned inwards offset recording area created, so that the lateral extension the bow handle in the direction transverse to the floor cleaning machine does not cause adjacent side sections of the Bow handles of the dirt receptacles over their side walls above each other and thereby a considerable distance between the corresponding edge areas of the openings of the Cause dirt receptacle. This then results also a small distance between the corresponding neighboring ones Edge areas of the dirt passage openings and thus a small dirt storage area between them.
- This storage space can otherwise be as free as possible Dirt deposits are kept, which are otherwise uncontrolled when the dirt container is removed, loosen it and place it on the Intake or the already cleaned floor can fall on that roof-shaped dirt guiding surfaces are provided, each towards the edge of the neighboring dirt passage openings are inclined. In this way, slippery deposits Dirt in normal cleaning operations from these surfaces down and into the dirt container.
- the removal and insertion of the protective receptacle from the or in the recording can thereby facilitate the user be that in the top of the cleaning position the receptacle on the outside wall of each dirt receptacle at least one recessed grip is provided. Furthermore, in the lower Area of this wall of the dirt container or in this a lower recessed grip can be provided in the adjacent floor area, which, for example, through the above-mentioned engagement recess can be formed. This lower recessed grip makes it easier the user emptying the dirt receptacle held on the bow handle.
- the linkage preferably has one Actuating lever for relocating the receptacle with the Help the user can make this shift by hand.
- the floor cleaning machine shown in Figure 1 is essentially of conventional construction and has a chassis 1 on which Rear wheels 4 and 5 and a front wheel 6 are. On the chassis a driver's seat 2 is provided, which has a driver's seat and the various controls for the operation of the floor cleaning machine having.
- the floor cleaning machine has one rotating roller brush 7, which is in operation in the usual Comes into contact with the floor to be cleaned, so that she throws up the dirt she has picked up.
- This Dirt is transported into a dirt channel and gets there from there into the dirt receptacle to be described 9, 9 ', with the dirt still loaded along the dirt guide channel flowing air flow passed through a filter assembly and then exits into the environment.
- FIGs 2 and 3 is the rear part of the floor cleaning machine shown in Figure 1 in simplified form, the outer covers shown in Figure 1 and also the filter housing 8 are removed.
- the receptacle 20 is further in the floor cleaning machine lying area by means of pivot pins 21 on the chassis 1 about a parallel to the axis of rotation of the roller brush 7 Swivel-mounted axle.
- On the outer area of the edition 20 are articulated via pivot pins 22, 22 'tie rods 23, which with its upper end via pivot 24, 24 'with an operating lever 25 are connected by means of pins 26, 26 ' is pivotally attached to the chassis 1.
- the dirt receptacles 9, 9 ' have the same structure, and it therefore, only the dirt container 9 is described below.
- the dirt container 9 is double-walled in the present case trained and preferably manufactured in the rotary sintering process. In its outer bottom wall is the one already mentioned Recess for positioning the dirt container in the receptacle 20 is formed. At the top of the dirt container is on the outside of the connecting pin 11th pivotally attached a bow handle 10, the pivot connection essentially perpendicular above the center of gravity of the Dirt holding container 9 is located so that it is on the bow handle 10 like a bucket in a substantially vertical orientation can be worn.
- the outer circumference of the upper edge area is adjacent to the bow handle 10 and towards the inside of the Floor cleaning machine slightly above the connecting pin 11 offset inwards so that the bow handle in folded down state in this recessed area 12 and thus within the adjacent outer surface of the Dirt storage container is located, so not on the side protrudes.
- the extension of the offset area 12 inwards beyond the connecting pin 11, all that is required is for free pivoting of the articulated ends of the bow handle Allow 10.
- the opening edge of the Dirt hopper based on its through the bottom wall formed footprint from the outside when installed End to the inside of the floor cleaning machine End obliquely from top to bottom.
- An opening gap is formed at the rear end, by the user picked up by means of a shovel Dirt or other large objects in the dirt container can throw.
- the one to be removed for emptying Dirt container can therefore by the user on the handle can be carried like a bucket and then emptied without the Users get dirty by grabbing the bow handle and / or by contact with the outside of the dirt receptacle should fear.
