Claims (4)
- Kantenanleimaggregat für eine programmgesteuerte Maschine zum Anfahren eines Kantenbandes an aneinander anschließende Schmalseiten eines plattenförmigen Werkstücks aus einem Holzersatzstoff mit einer Andruckrolle zum Anpressen des Kantenbandes an die Plattenschmalseiten und mit einer vor der Andruckrolle befindlichen Zuführstrecke für das Kantenband, an der eine Ablängvorrichtung zum Durchtrennen des Kantenbandes angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Zuführstrecke (9) an derjenigen Seite, zu der hin die die Plattenschmalseiten (2, 3) im nachhinein kontaktierende Seite des Kantenbandes (5) liegt, eine Nutsäge (17) auf einem in Richtung zum Kantenband (5) hin zustellbaren, sowie quer zur Längsrichtung des Kantenbandes (5) verfahrbaren Schlitten (19) angeordnet ist, die ein Kreissägeblatt (18) aufweist, dessen Rotationsebene senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Kantenbandes (5) steht, wobei über das Maschinenprogramm die Nutsäge (17) zwecks Einschneiden des Kantenbandes (5) an solchen Stellen, die beim Anfahren starker Biegung unterworfen werden, aktiviert wird. - Kantenanleimaggregat nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Maschinenprogramm die Nutsäge (17) einerseits und das gesamte Kantenaggregat andererseits so ansteuert, daß während des Betriebs der Nutsäge (17) der Vorbeilauf des Kantenbandes (5) an der Nutsäge (17) angehalten ist. - Kantenanleimaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kreissägeblatt (18) Zähne mit Schneiden (19) hat, die V-förmig ausgebildet unter einem spitzen Winkel zueinander verlaufen, dessen Scheitel am Außenumfang des Kreissägeblattes (18) liegt. - Kantenanleimaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Zuführstrecke (9) für das Kantenband (5) eine Beleimvorrichtung (13, 14) für einen Leimauftrag auf die im nachhinein die Plattenschmalseiten (2, 3) kontaktierende Bandseite angeordnet ist, wobei sich die Nutsäge (17) in der Zuführvorrichtung des Kantenbandes (5) gesehen vor der Beleimvorrichtung (13, 14) befindet.
