- a manual or automatic pressing device in particular the tube-pushing device
- This embodiment brings tabs into the cooking appliance similar to the mechanism known from so-called pinball game machines, with which balls are thrown into a playing field.
- spherical tabs may slip off a reservoir or magazine once the acceleration mechanism has been actuated.
- Any device known to those skilled in the art can be used as an acceleration device, with which objects can be moved out of their rest position.
- different accelerations or end speeds can be achieved via different spring travel, with which the tabs are introduced into the cooking chamber.
- the cleaning process or a portion of a cleaning process is triggered by pressing the accelerator device. In this way, the entire procedure for cleaning is simplified. Also is ensures that the cleaning process does not run without a cleaning rod in the interior.
- the accelerator device is placed in or at one end of a tube through which the cleaning, rinse-aid and / or descaling tab or the multiphase bar pass into the interior space.
- the accelerator device gives the tab kinetic energy sufficient to break the tab into a plurality of discrete pieces upon impact with an impact surface.
- About the extent of kinetic energy, i. H. By presetting the accelerator, it is possible to determine the extent of mechanical pre-shredding. In this way, the dissolution behavior in the cleaning liquid can already be controlled with the introduction of the tabs into the interior. The more individual parts are formed and the smaller they are, the faster is usually the dissolution process in a liquid.
- the amount of force with which the cleaning, rinse and / or descaling tab or multiphase bar is transported into the interior space is selected prior to or during actuation of the accelerator.
- the wall or impact surface is structured and / or has openings.
- edges, pins, or indentations on the impact surface result in a higher degree of dimming of the tabs upon impact.
- the degree of division and / or the dissolution rate of cleaning, rinsing and / or descaling tab or of multi-phase bar is determined by the force with which the cleaning, rinsing and / or Descaling tab or the multi-phase tab in the interior is accelerated to the wall or impact surface.
- the cleaning, rinsing and / or descaling tab or the multi-phase tab be selected prior to introduction into the interior and / or the order of introduction thereof.
- the cleaning, rinse and / or descaling tab or the multi-phase bar after contact with the wall or impact surface is dissolved or dissolved by a liquid.
- An advantageous embodiment is characterized in that the cleaning, rinsing and / or Entkalkertabs or the phase components of the Mehrphasentabs, in particular in the form, color and / or size, are made distinguishable.
- the advantage here is that errors in the loading of the interior with tabs are largely prevented because a simple and manageable assignment between Tabart and its color, shape and / or size can be created.
- a multiphase bar comprising at least one liquid phase dissolvable cleaning phase component comprising at least one cleaning agent, at least one liquid-soluble rinse phase component comprising at least one rinse aid, and / or at least one liquid-soluble descaling phase component composition comprising at least one descaling agent for use in one of the above-described processes according to the invention.
- the inventive method can be carried out in a cooking appliance for heat-treating food, comprising at least one interior and a heater, wherein the cooking appliance an externally operable or preprogrammed acceleration device, in particular containing a pretensionable spring, and a tube in the interior and / or a manually or automatically operable pressing device, in particular a tube-pushing device, via which at least one cleaning, rinsing and / or descaling tab or at least one multi-phase bar can be transported into the interior, in particular under mechanical division.
- the accelerating device is placed in or at one end of a tube, via which the cleaning, rinse and / or descaling tab or the multi-phase bar is or can be transported into the interior.
- the cooking appliance has at least one wall or impact surface against which the cleaning, rinsing and / or descaling tab or the multiphase bar can or can be centrifuged.
- a liquid-fillable collecting device for bouncing from the wall or impact device cleaning, rinsing and / or Entkalkertabs or Mehrphasentabs or parts thereof.
- This collecting device can be z. B. fill with a liquid, for example, before the entire interior or cooking chamber is flooded to set the release process in motion.
- the concentrated detergent content of the collecting device can be flooded by lifting the liquid level in the interior.
- a particularly advantageous mechanical pre-shredding of the tabs also succeeds when the wall or impact surface is structured and / or has openings.
- the openings or passages are advantageously dimensioned such that tabs in their original size do not fit through them.
- the cooking appliance to be used has at least one, in particular, on or in the outer wall of the cooking appliance present and / or accessible from outside the cooking device, filling and / or storage device for cleaning, rinsing and / or Entkalkertabs or Mehrphasentabs that is available for loading or refilling in connection with the accelerator or can be brought.
- the filling and / or storage device can be at least partially transparent and / or externally visible.
- the acceleration device is in operative connection with a control device of the cooking appliance.
- z. B. on the operation of the accelerator ie parallel to the introduction of a tab in the Interior of the cleaning process or a specific section of the cleaning process can be started or initiated.
- the force with which the cleaning, rinsing and / or descaling tab or the multi-phase bar can be spun into the interior space on the wall or impact surface can be varied via the acceleration device. This has the advantage that the speed of the dissolution process can be directly controlled by the degree of mechanical pre-shredding.
- the invention is based on the surprising finding, instead of previously used for cooking appliance cleaning liquid detergents now solid, pressed in tab form detergent for cleaning a cooking appliance, wherein the cleaning bar in a cleaning process by flushing with a liquid such as fresh water and / or a Wash liquor, specifically dissolve.
- the dissolution process of tab-applied cleaning agents can be effectively controlled by the fact that the tabs used during a cleaning cycle have been produced at different pressing pressures and / or with different pressing times.
- two or more make-tabs that have been prepared at different pressing pressures, simultaneously introduced into a cooking appliance and dissolvable at different times during the cleaning process. It is no longer necessary to make provision that a cleaning rod which is to dissolve at a later time, to place at a level in the cooking chamber, which is not reached in an initial cleaning step of the cleaning liquid.
- detergent and rinse tabs can be used side-by-side without fear of the rinse-off bar dissolving too early in the cleaning process.
- a descaling tab which has been produced at a higher pressing pressure than the rinse aid, can also be used immediately at the beginning of the cleaning process. This eliminates the need for operating personnel, depending on the process step reached the cleaning process to give a second cleaning rod, a rinse aid or a descaler into the oven. Also can be waived, containers for z. As rinse aid or decalcifier to be installed at a higher level in the oven have to be absorbed by the cleaning fluid only at higher filling. In this way it is possible to subject the entire cooking chamber already during the first cleaning cycle of a complete cleaning. It has also proven to be particularly advantageous to use multiphase tablets in which the individual phase components have been produced at different pressing pressures.
- such Mehrphasentabs have been found to be very suitable, in which the individual phases are arranged in Spähr umfact.
- a descaling ball may be present inside a multiphase bar, which is surrounded concentrically by a layer of rinse aid, which in turn is concentrically surrounded by one or more detergent layers.
- the inner descaler phase has been produced at a higher pressure than the final rinse phase and the final rinse phase at a lower pressure than the cleaning phase.
- the timing of the dissolution of the individual phases of a cleaning process can be adjusted specifically.
- a color can be assigned to each individual cleaning process, with which the multi-phase cleaning rod and / or its packaging is then made recognizable, so that a reliable and error-free handling is ensured. Furthermore, it is of course possible to separate the individual phases of a multiphase tablet by one or more films to achieve the effect described above.
- the cleaning agent of FIG. 1 is a spherical cleaning rod 1, which includes a rinse aid 2, a film 3, a cleaner 4 and a further film 5 from the inside to the outside.
- the various components 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the cleaning rod 1 are arranged concentrically around each other.
- the dissolution behavior can also be influenced by the fact that the cleaner 4 has been produced at a lower pressing pressure than the rinse aid, which is not apparent from the drawing.
- the film 5 is released under certain conditions, for example at a certain temperature, so that the cleaner 4 can then exert its effect. After the cleaner 4 has been used up, the film 3 dissolves after a certain period of time, so that finally the rinse aid 2 can exert its effect.
- FIG. 2 shows a spherical Mehrphasentab, in which the inner rinse aid 2 has been prepared at a higher pressure than the pressure of the external cleaner 4.
- the phase components 2 and 4 are not separated by a film. This allows an even better and cleaner subdivision of the individual phases of action. In particular, it no longer occurs that, when the cleaner 4 is almost completely dissolved, rinse aid already dissolves at the same time and is used in the cleaning step.
- a tab according to FIG. 2 Now, a very clean separation between the cleaning step and the rinse step is achieved because the rinse aid begins to dissolve only when the cleaning step is completed and the cleaning waste water has been removed from the interior. In this way, the rinse effect is further improved.
- the aforementioned effects are also observed in a corresponding manner, if in the interior of the spherical Tabs a descaling phase is provided, which has been prepared at a higher pressure than the rinse-rinse.
- FIG. 3 also shown cleaning agent is a spherical cleaning rod 10 which is arranged in a bag 11.
- the cleaning rod 10 in turn comprises, from the inside to the outside, a decalcifier 12, a rinse aid 13, a first cleaner 14 and a second cleaner 15, wherein the various components 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 are arranged concentrically with each other.
- the Purifier, rinse aid and descaling phases have been prepared at different pressures, which is the FIG. 3 not immediately apparent, wherein the respective inner phase has been produced at a higher pressure than the adjacent outer phase.
- the bag 11 for example, in a wash liquor reservoir of a cooking appliance, not shown, from which a wash liquor is pumped into a cooking chamber and into which a wash liquor flows from the oven, wrapped, so the bag dissolves 11 after a predetermined period of time, so that then the second cleaner 15 can exert its effect, for example, to reduce fats.
- the first cleaner 14 may begin to solve the other soiling in the oven. After consumption of the first cleaner 14 may then come using the rinse aid 13 to a rinsing process. If the rinse aid 13 is also consumed, descaling of the cooking appliance is finally carried out by means of the descaling device 12.
- the multiphase cleaning bar 1 and 10 it is possible in a simple manner, without additional liquid reservoirs and without interrupting a cleaning process to undergo certain cleaning procedures, fully automated. Different cleaning methods may have been used for different cleaning methods, so that a precise adjustment can be made here.
- the cleaning process can, for. B. be selected depending on the degree of contamination together with associated cleaning rod.
- FIG. 4 schematically a cooking appliance 16 with an accelerator 17, a pipe 18 and an impact surface 19 is shown.
- the acceleration device 17 comprises an actuating handle 20 and a spring 21 and a cylindrical punch 22 which in the ground state both closes the accelerating device with respect to the cooking chamber of the cooking appliance 16 and also causes the tabs 23 located in the storage container 24 to not enter the tube 18 , Only by moving the punch 22 against the spring force tab 23 is released and can be accelerated from its rest position by simply releasing the handle 20 against the impact surface 19.
- the impact surface 19 is preferably patterned as shown, thereby assisting the mechanical crushing of the impacting tabs.
- the individual parts of the tabs can then, for. B. via a nozzle or a water outlet, sprayed or illuminated.
- the storage container 24 can be configured in a transparent manner, so that the desired cleaning sequence can be made clear by the use of correspondingly color-coded cleaning bar, so that it can be seen from the outside at any time during the cleaning process which cleaning stage is present.
- the described addition mode can also be automated.
