Claims (18)
- Förderpumpe (16), insbesondere Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe für eine Brennkraftmaschine (10), mit einem Pumpengehäuse (28) und einer elektromagnetischen Betätigungseinrichtung (24), mit deren Hilfe die von der Förderpumpe (16) geförderte Fluidmenge eingestellt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (24) in das Pumpengehäuse (28) so integriert ist, dass ein Magnetkreis (91) der Betätigungseinrichtung (24) wenigstens durch einen Bereich des Pumpengehäuses (28) geschlossen wird.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (24) ein Bügelelement (88) aus einem magnetischen Material umfasst, welches so angeordnet und mit dem Pumpengehäuse (28) so verbunden ist, dass es zum Rückschluss des Magnetkreises (91) zumindest beiträgt.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (24) auf der dem Pumpengehäuse (28) zugewandten Seite eines Magnetankers (62) ein Verbindungselement (52) für den Anschluss an das Pumpengehäuse (28) und auf der von dem Pumpengehäuse (28) abgewandten Seite des Magnetankers (62) ein Ankergegenelement (102) aufweist, wobei das Verbindungselement (52) und das Ankergegenelement (102) über ein Hülsenelement (54) aus einem nichtmagnetischen beziehungsweise dielektrischen Material miteinander verbunden sind.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (52) mit dem Hülsenelement (54), und das Hülsenelement (54) mit dem Ankergegenelement (102) verschweißt (80), und alle drei Elemente (52, 54, 102) zumindest Teil einer vorab montierten hydraulischen Baugruppe (48) sind.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (52) mit dem Pumpengehäuse (28) verschweißt ist (86).
- Förderpumpe (16) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ankergegenelement (102) wenigstens mittelbar einen Anschlag für ein Betätigungselement (60) der Betätigungseinrichtung (24) bildet und mit dem Hülsenelement (54) auf Maß verbunden ist, derart, dass hierdurch eine Endlage des Betätigungselements (60) eingestellt wird.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (24) eine Magnetspule (74) aus Messing umfasst.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (24) eine separate elektrische Baugruppe (50) aufweist.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Baugruppe (50) durch ein Bügelelement (88) am Pumpengehäuse (28) gehalten wird.
- Förderpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Baugruppe (50) in Einbaulage durch ein Vorspannelement (92) vorgespannt wird.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Betätigungselement (60) der Betätigungseinrichtung (24) an einem Ventilelement (42) der Förderpumpe (16) an einem Ort angreift, der bezüglich des Ventilelements (42) außermittig liegt.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse des Betätigungselements (60) gegenüber einer Ebene des Ventilelements (42) in einem Winkel (W) ungleich 90° steht.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse des Betätigungselements (60) gegenüber der Mitte des Ventilelements (42) versetzt (S) angeordnet ist.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei an die beiden Stirnseiten eines Magnetankers (62) angrenzende Räume über eine Fluidverbindung (63) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Förderpumpe nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fluidverbindung mindestens eine vorzugsweise spiralförmige Nut (63) in der Mantelfläche des Magnetankers (62) umfasst.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Pumpengehäuse (28) und dem Magnetanker (62) zugewandten Seiten des Verbindungselements (52) über eine Fluidverbindung (70) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (24) ein erstes Anschlagelement (68) aufweist, an dem das von einem Einlassventil (36) der Förderpumpe (16) abgewandte Ende eines Betätigungselements (60) der Betätigungseinrichtung (24) bei seiner Bewegung in Anlage kommen kann, und das mittels einer Punktschweißung (78) befestigt ist.
- Förderpumpe (16) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (24) ein zweites Anschlagelement (58) umfasst, welches in eine Führung eines Betätigungselements (60) der Betätigungseinrichtung (24) integriert ist und den Hub des Betätigungselements (60) zu einem Einlassventil (36) der Förderpumpe (16) hin begrenzt.
