  • the removal flaps 18 and 19, respectively are rotatably mounted by means of two hinge elements 23 at the lower edge 24 of the cutout 21 and 22, respectively.
  • on both sides of the removal flap 18 and 19 bars 25 are provided, whereby the removal flaps 18 and 19 can be locked with the respective side wall 3 and 4 respectively.
  • label holders 27 are provided on the removal flaps 18 and 19, which consists of a cassette 27a and a holding grid 27b. The holding grid 27b is pushed into lateral grooves of the cassette 27a and thus a label is sufficiently firmly clamped so that they can not fall out.
  • the front, shorter side wall 4 can be folded inwards by means of a hinge connection or a hinge 28.
  • This side wall 4 is suitably provided to the shorter portion 12 of the angle 11 with a rectangular cutout 29.

  • the side walls 3 and 5 are similar to the wider portion 13 of the angle 11 provided with rectangular cutouts 34. Further, in the side wall 4 screw caps 35 are provided, which can lock them with the side walls 3 and 5.
  • the runner elements 16 are formed either as a short element 16a and opposite short element 16b, or as a long element 16c and opposite long element 16d.
  • the runner elements 16 consist of an elongated, hollow support member 36 and an inner cam 37 and an outer cam 38.
  • the runner elements 16 are now connected to each other in the middle by means of connecting pieces 39, which are put into the cavities of the support members 36.
  • the two outer cams 37 of a short element 16a and a counter-equal long element 16d are also formed opposite and provided with a serrated partition 40a and 40d. These two partitions 40a and 40d thus fit into each other, so that the two cams 38 fit into the pipe section 10 of the supporting support 8.
  • the two inner cams 37 of a short element 16a and a comparatively short element 16b are also formed opposite and fit exactly into the formed as a pipe section, central support posts 15 inside. In this way, a closed rectangular support frame can be formed.

In this figure, it can be seen clearly that the angle pieces 11 are provided with an inner step 47 so that they can receive the runner elements 16 of a same transport container 1 and thus both folded and erected transport container 1 can be stacked in any order.

  • the base of the transport container 1 is 120 cm by 100 cm and a height in the unfolded state of 90 cm. When folded, the height is about 40 cm.

Claims (11)

  1. Caisse de transport (1) pliable et gerbable en matière plastique avec une plaque de fond (2) et quatre parois latérales (3, 4) qui sont reliées à la plaque de fond au moyen de liaisons articulées (28 ; 33), deux parois latérales opposées étant aptes à être rabattues dans un premier plan et les deux parois latérales opposées contiguës étant aptes à être rabattues dans un deuxième plan surélevé par rapport au premier, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de fond comporte à la hauteur de ses coins des montants (8) qui sont conformés en forme de morceau de tube (10) en dessous de la plaque de fond et en forme de raccord angulaire (11) au-dessus de celle-ci, les raccords angulaires (11) étant épaulés sur leur face intérieure afin de recevoir, à l'état plié, des morceaux de tube (10) d'une caisse de transport identique ou similaire.
  2. Caisse de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les raccords angulaires (11) sont formés par une portion courte (12) et une portion longue (13) et que les parois latérales (3, 5) avec les charnières situées dans la partie haute sont munies à la hauteur des deux coins d'une découpe rectangulaire (34) correspondant à la portion longue.
  3. Caisse de transport selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux parois latérales (3, 5) sont plus hautes que la demie largeur de la caisse de transport et sont munies de bords (30) incurvés, s'amincissant vers le haut, de sorte qu'elles soient rabattables l'une sur l'autre.
  4. Caisse de transport selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les bords (30) sont munis d'un chanfrein (32).
  5. Caisse de transport selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que, du moins à la hauteur de leurs coins et dans le prolongement des raccords angulaires (11), les parois latérales (3, 5) sont munies de nervures longitudinales et transversales conférant aux parois latérales (3, 5) une plus grande capacité portante d'environ 1 000 kg.
  6. Caisse de transport selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le chanfrein des parois latérales (3, 5) est renforcé par plusieurs nervures transversales superposées.
  7. Caisse de transport selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que les nervures longitudinales et transversales sont soudées à une plaque de recouvrement rigidifiante de sorte que l'on obtient une capacité portante de jusqu'à 4 500 kg.
  8. Caisse de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que sont prévus des patins (16) comportant des bossages (37, 42) en saillie qui sont fixés dans les morceaux de tube (10) des montants (8).
  9. Caisse de transport selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les patins sont constitués par des éléments formant patin identiques et antagonistes (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) qui, emboîtés dans les morceaux de tube (10), forment un carré correspondant au périmètre de la caisse de transport.
  10. Caisse de transport selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les éléments formant patin (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) et les bossages (37, 42) sont creux et que les bossages (37, 42) comportent des éléments de renforcement en forme d'alvéoles.
  11. Caisse de transport selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que les éléments formant patin (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) sont munis de cannelures plates et que les éléments formant patin sont aptes à être assemblés en carré au moyen de pièces de liaison (39).
