Claims (19)

  1. Brosse interdentaire, dans laquelle sont maintenus des filaments entre deux tronçons de fils (1a, 1b) torsadés entre eux avec un diamètre (D) de 0,3 mm ou moins, les tronçons de fils (1a, 1b) consistant en un acier austénitique, caractérisée en ce que l'acier présente une teneur en nickel inférieure à 0,05 % en poids.
  2. Brosse interdentaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons des fils (1a, 1b) ont un diamètre (D) supérieur à 0,15 mm.
  3. Brosse interdentaire selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons de fils (1a, 1b) ont une résistance à la traction de 1000 N/mm2 ou davantage.
  4. Brosse interdentaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons de fils (1a, 1b) ont une résistance à la traction de 1200 N/mm2 ou inférieure.
  5. Brosse interdentaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit de tronçons de fils (1a, 1b) allongés ou étirés.
  6. Brosse interdentaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'acier comporte du manganèse, de l'azote, du carbone, du chrome, du molybdène, du silicium, du phosphore, du titane et du fer en tant que constituants d'alliage.
  7. Brosse interdentaire selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la teneur en molybdène de l'acier est de 2 % en poids.
  8. Brosse interdentaire selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que la teneur en manganèse de l'acier est de 14 % en poids plus/moins 3 % en poids.
  9. Brosse interdentaire selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la teneur en azote de l'acier est de 0,5 % en poids.
  10. Brosse interdentaire selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la teneur en carbone de l'acier est de 0,11 % en poids.
  11. Brosse interdentaire selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la teneur en chrome de l'acier est de 17 % en poids plus/moins 3 % en poids.
  12. Brosse interdentaire selon l'une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisée en ce que la teneur en silicium de l'acier est de 0,25 % en poids.
  13. Brosse interdentaire selon l'une des revendications 6 à 12, caractérisée en ce que la teneur en phosphore de l'acier est de 0,02 % en poids.
  14. Brosse interdentaire selon l'une des revendications 6 à 13, caractérisée en ce que la teneur en titane de l'acier est de 0,006 % en poids.
  15. Procédé pour la fabrication d'une brosse interdentaire, dans laquelle sont incorporés des filaments (2) entre deux tronçons de fils (1a, 1b) en acier austénitique, et les tronçons de fils (1a, 1b) sont torsadés avec les filaments (2), caractérisé en ce que, pour les tronçons de fils (1a, 1b), on utilise un acier qui présente une teneur en nickel inférieure à 0,05 % en poids.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la brosse est fabriquée à partir d'un tronçon de fil unique, le fil étant plié et allongé lors de l'usinage.
  17. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que l'acier utilisé présente 14 % en poids plus/moins 3 % en poids de manganèse, 0,5 % en poids d'azote, 0,11 % en poids de carbone, 17 % en poids plus/moins 3 % en poids de chrome, 2 % en poids de molybdène, 0,25 % en poids de silicium, 0,02 % en poids de phosphore, 0,006 % en poids de titane et de fer en tant que constituants d'alliage.
  18. Utilisation d'un fil en acier austénitique pour la fabrication d'une brosse interdentaire, l'acier comportant une teneur en nickel inférieure à 0,05 % en poids.
  19. Utilisation selon la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que l'acier présente 14 % en poids plus/moins 3 % en poids de manganèse, 0,5 % en poids d'azote, 0,11 % en poids de carbone, 17 % en poids plus/moins 3 % en poids de chrome, 2 % en poids de molybdène, 0,25 % en poids de silicium, 0,02 % en poids de phosphore, 0,006 % en poids de titane et de fer en tant que constituants d'alliage.
