Claims (36)

  1.   15. Papier de sécurité selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture et/ou l'élément de sécurité est réalisé(e) sous forme ronde, ovale, rectangulaire, trapézoïdale ou en étoile.
  16. Papier de sécurité selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité est réalisé sous forme de rubans.
  17. Papier de sécurité selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité comporte dans la zone de l'ouverture au moins une zone transparente.
  18. Papier de sécurité selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture est pourvue, sur les deux surfaces (côtés) du papier de sécurité après sa fabrication, d'un élément de sécurité empiétant sur l'ouverture, l'élément de sécurité situé sur la première surface (premier côté) étant de préférence un film en matière plastique autoportant et l'élément de sécurité situé sur la deuxième surface (deuxième côté) étant de préférence un revêtement ou une impression en une résine ou en une encre d'impression qui renferme des substances scrutables visuellement ou par machine.
  19. Papier de sécurité selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture est pourvue, sur les deux surfaces (côtés) du papier de sécurité après sa fabrication, d'un élément de sécurité empiétant sur l'ouverture, l'élément de sécurité situé sur la première surface (premier côté) et sur la deuxième surface (deuxième côté) étant de préférence un film en matière plastique autoportant.
  20. Document de valeur tel qu'un billet de banque, une carte d'identité ou objet similaire, ayant au moins une ouverture traversante, cependant que l'ouverture est générée durant la fabrication du papier de sécurité utilisé pour le document de valeur et contenant des fibres de coton, comporte des fibres irrégulièrement accumulées et des fibres individuelles faisant saillie dans l'ouverture ainsi que, dans la zone marginale, pas d'arête vive.
  21. Document de valeur selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture est disposée dans une zone de filigrane du document de valeur.
  22. Document de valeur selon au moins une des revendications de 20 à 21, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture est pourvue, au moins sur une surface du document de valeur après sa fabrication, d'un élément de sécurité empiétant sur l'ouverture.
  23. Document de valeur selon au moins une des revendications de 20 à 22, caractérisé en ce que le document de valeur comporte une impression qui s'étend tant sur l'élément de sécurité que sur le matériau adjacent du document de valeur.
  24. Procédé de fabrication d'un papier de sécurité comportant une ouverture traversante, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes:
    - le tamis à papier est pourvu d'au moins un élément de fermeture élastique ou logé de manière mobile, dans la zone marginale duquel, le cas échéant, se trouve une autre formation réduisant la déshydratation, laquelle formation empêche l'accumulation de pâte à papier dans cette zone,
    - sur le tamis à papier, une bande de papier contenant des fibres de coton est constituée, laquelle, dans la zone de l'élément de fermeture, comprend une ouverture traversante et, dans la zone marginale, comprend des fibres irrégulièrement accumulées et des fibres individuelles faisant saillie dans l'ouverture,
    - la bande de papier est, par le biais d'un rouleau de prélèvement, prélevée du tamis à papier, l'élément de fermeture étant déformé ou noyé dans la zone de tamis de telle façon que la bande de papier reste intacte.
  25. Procédé selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'environnement de l'ouverture, au moins un filigrane est constitué.
  26. Procédé selon la revendication 24 ou 25, caractérisé en ce que
    - une bande de papier d'épaisseur de papier déterminée est constituée, laquelle comporte une zone qui a une épaisseur de papier inférieure à l'épaisseur de papier prédéterminée,
    - et en ce que, dans cette zone d'épaisseur de papier inférieure, l'ouverture est générée, dont les dimensions sont plus faibles que celles de la zone d'épaisseur de papier inférieure.
  27. Procédé selon la revendication 24, 25 ou 26, caractérisé en ce que
    - sur un premier tamis à papier, une première bande de papier est constituée, laquelle comporte au moins un trou,
    - sur un deuxième tamis à papier, une deuxième bande de papier est constituée,
    - la première et la deuxième bande de papier sont accolées afin de constituer le papier de sécurité, la deuxième bande de papier recouvrant d'un côté le trou dans la première bande de papier,
    - dans la zone du trou de la première bande de papier, le papier de sécurité est pourvu d'une ouverture traversante dont les dimensions sont plus faibles que celles du trou généré dans la première bande de papier.
  28. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications de 24 à 27, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture traversante est composée de plusieurs ouvertures partielles.
  29. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications de 24 à 28, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture est, au moins sur une surface du papier de sécurité, fermée après la fabrication de ce dernier par un élément de sécurité empiétant sur l'ouverture.
  30. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications de 24 à 29, caractérisé en ce que l'environnement du papier de sécurité directement adjacent à l'ouverture est pourvu d'un renfoncement à l'aide de la technique du filigrane.
  31. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications de 24 à 30, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité est disposé dans le renfoncement.
  32. Procédé de fabrication d'un document de sécurité tels qu'un billet de banque, carte d'identité ou objet similaires, ayant au moins une ouverture traversante, un papier de sécurité étant fabriqué conformément à au moins une des revendications de 24 à 31, lequel est ensuite, lors d'étapes supplémentaires du procédé, découpé en feuilles de taille prédéterminée, imprimé puis découpé en les documents de valeur distincts.
  33. Tamis à papier destiné à la fabrication d'un papier de sécurité ayant une ouverture traversante, qui comporte un tamis à papier pourvu d'au moins un élément de fermeture élastique ou logé de manière mobile, dans la zone marginale duquel, le cas échéant, se trouve une autre formation réduisant la déshydratation, laquelle formation empêche l'accumulation de pâte à papier dans cette zone.
  34. Tamis à papier selon la revendication 33, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture est un élément en matière plastique empiétant sur la surface du tamis et élastiquement déformable, ou en ce que l'élément de fermeture est un élément en métal ou en matière plastique empiétant sur la surface du tamis et comportant un ressort par le biais duquel l'élément de fermeture peut, par effet de pression approprié, être noyé dans ou sous la surface du tamis à papier.
  35. Tamis à papier selon au moins une des revendications de 33 à 34, caractérisé en ce que le tamis à papier est un tamis rond.
  36. Dispositif destiné à la fabrication d'un papier de sécurité ayant une ouverture traversante, qui comporte un tamis à papier pourvu d'au moins un élément de fermeture élastique ou logé de manière mobile, dans la zone marginale duquel, le cas échéant, se trouve une autre formation réduisant la déshydratation, laquelle formation empêche l'accumulation de pâte à papier dans cette zone.
