Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a kit having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • a gutter / strip element is known from DE 202 03 627.
  • Such grooves / strip elements allow the simplified production of gutters or strips, as this several stone sections are combined to form an overall element, so that considerable laying work is saved.
  • the three stone sections preferably have between them indicated joints, so that the impression of three individual stones is created for the viewer, although the stone sections are formed by an element.
  • a paving stone which is approximately H-shaped, is known from US-A-5046887. In this publication, the use of such a paving stone to create gutters / stripes is not described.
  • a kit having the features of the preamble of claim 1 is described in DE-A-19837941.
  • a gutter or a strip of relatively large gutter / strip elements is created, of which alternately two different embodiments are put together. These two embodiments, one of which in the broadest sense has an H-shape, extend over the entire width of the channel or strip.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a kit of the specified type, which is particularly well suited for a straight and curved installation.
  • the two outer stone sections are rectangular, while the middle stone section is square.
  • the supplementary stones are also square in shape and agree in their dimensions substantially with those of the central stone section.
  • the supplementary stones used have essentially the same dimensions as the middle stone sections of the gutters / strip elements, does not give the visual impression of a composite of two different elements gutter or a strip, but it results in a single overall picture of a paved with square stones middle gutter track and two outer gutter track paved with rectangular stones.
  • the two outer stone sections each have at least one perpendicular to the gutter / strip axis extending dummy joint.
  • an optical subdivision of the outer stone sections takes place in several smaller sections, which may correspond, for example, the size of the central stone section, so that the overall visual impression of one exclusively square stones same size paved gutter results.
  • the middle stone portion may have at least one perpendicular to the gutter / strip axis extending dummy joint.
  • the middle stone section is divided into several smaller stone sections.
  • the present innovation includes all the possibilities of such a subdivision, although it should be noted that with increasing the size of the gutter / strip elements, the bow installation is becoming increasingly difficult.
  • the two outer stone sections are formed differently long parallel to the gutter / strip axis.
  • a particularly good sheet transfer can be achieved when the juxtaposition of several gutters / strip elements, the shorter outer stone portion each comes to rest on one side, which forms the inside of the sheet to be laid.
  • the corresponding radius of curvature is determined essentially by the difference in length of the two outer stone sections.
  • sheets can be laid in both directions. If a linear laying is to take place with this embodiment, the shorter outer stone sections are simply applied alternately on different sides, so that in the installed state each time a longer outer side section adjoins a shorter outer side section. This type of installation is achieved by turning the respective second element by 180 °.
  • the gutter / strip elements are formed symmetrically with respect to their central axis perpendicular to the gutter / strip axis.
  • the gutter / strip element on his Side surfaces spacer on.
  • Such spacers have several functions: First, they determine the size of the joint to be provided between the elements, ie they serve as a laying aid to create a uniform joint pattern. On the other hand, depending on the position, they can produce a composite effect between adjacent elements, since this results in a toothing effect between adjacent elements, although direct contact of neighboring elements is detrimental and should be largely avoided. The contact areas of the spacers are therefore to be made as small as possible. Third, such spacers may act as hinges when sheet laying is performed.
  • each of which a spacer is arranged on an adjacent stone cooperate, which develop a particularly high toothing effect or a particularly good joint effect.
  • the spacers are provided on a respective side surface of the two outer stone sections running perpendicular to the gutter / strip axis in the laterally outer region of the side surface.
  • a spacer is arranged on both perpendicular to the gutter / strip axis extending side surfaces of an outer stone section, wherein these spacers are offset in side surface parallel to each other. In this case, therefore, the spacer of the one element with the offset spacer of the other element forms a corresponding compound or joint effect.
  • the internal angles of the element have wedge-shaped thickenings.
  • the shape of the spacers is not critical. In order to avoid excessive direct contact of the elements or stones with each other, the contact surfaces of the spacers should, however, be as small as possible. In a particularly preferred embodiment, therefore, the spacers are formed so that there is a point contact with the neighboring stone or neighboring element. In this case, the spacers may be formed, for example, hemispherical, pyramidal, etc. In another embodiment, the spacers are strip-shaped and arranged vertically. This embodiment has the further advantage that this prevents migration of the joint material in the lateral direction.
  • the free spaces for the supplementary stones are predetermined by the juxtaposed gutter / strip elements, the supplementary stones can be easily laid. Since they correspond in their dimensions to the middle stone sections of the gutters / strip elements, the visual impression of a formed from identical stones middle gutter / strip element band. When laying sheet no continuous Keilfugen, but the Keilfugen will be split in half by the supplementary stones used, so that overall results in the middle band of the trough of the strip of the visual impression of approximately equal joints.
  • the supplementary stones preferably also have spacers on their side surfaces, so that there are adapted conditions to the gutter / strip elements.
  • the invention relates to a gutter / strip, which consists of a kit of gutters / strip elements of the type described above and supplementary stones of the type described above.
  • a groove or strip may extend in a straight line or in an arc, as stated above.
  • tops of the outer stone portions of the gutters / strip elements may be formed inclined towards the central stone portion.
  • the trough / strip element 1 shown in plan view in FIG. 1 is approximately H-shaped in plan view (seen in the direction of the trough / strip axis) and has two outer larger stone sections 2 of equal length and a middle section of stone 3 of lesser length joining them. Between the outer stone sections 2 and the middle stone section 3 two dummy joints 4 are provided, so that the impression of three separate stones results for the viewer. Further, Figure 1 shows a square in plan view Supplementary stone 5, which is used when fitting H-shaped gutter / strip elements in the middle space formed by them.
  • Figure 2 shows a straight laid gutter, which consists of individual gutter / strip elements 1 and supplementary stones 5 of Figure 1.
  • Figure 2 shows the way of laying the supplementary stones and gutters / strip elements is shown on the right.
  • the observer When installed, the observer has the effect that he can no longer distinguish between supplementary stones and gutters / strip elements, i.
  • the result is a middle band of square single stones, and there are two outer bands of rectangular stones.
  • FIG. 3 shows an arcuate channel. Due to the arched laying arise between the individual gutters / strip elements 1 Keilfugen 6, which can be seen in Figure 3 expand downwards. By inserting the supplementary stones 5 between adjacent gutters / strip elements 1, these wedge shapes 6 are divided so that there are two half joints, which are shown at 7. The result is no longer the impression of unsightly, continuous Keilfugen.
  • Figures 4 to 6 show the objects of Figures 1 to 3 in three-dimensional views.
  • FIG. 7 shows a plan view of a part of a channel which is composed of gutter / strip elements 20 and corresponding supplementary stones 24.
  • the outer stone portions of the gutter / strip element 20 are not formed of the same length as in the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 6, but the outer stone portion 21 shown on the left in Figure 7 is shorter parallel to the channel axis than that in Figure 7 right shown outer stone portion 22.
  • the wedge joints 28 formed between the individual gutters / strip elements in turn are divided in half in the central region by the supplementary stones 24 used, as shown at 29.
  • certain side surfaces of the element which act as contact surfaces have approximately hemispherical spacers 27 contacting the neighboring stones.
  • Such spacers 27 are also provided on two opposite side surfaces of the supplementary stone 24.
  • the middle stone section 23 of the gutter / strip element 20 does not have such spacers 27.
  • here are the interior angle of the element provided with wedge-shaped thickenings 26, against which the edges of the supplementary stones 24 abut, as shown in Figure 7.
  • These wedge-shaped thickenings 26 also fulfill the function of spacers.
  • the spacers are indicated only in some stone sections.
  • FIG. 8 shows the embodiment of a gutter / strip element 20 shown in FIG. 7 in a spatial view.
  • the outer stone portion 21 is formed shorter than the outer stone portion 22.
  • Figure 9 shows a straight laid gutter, which is composed of the gutter / strip elements 20 and supplementary stones 24 of Figure 8.
  • a here is the longer outer stone section and B is the shorter outer stone section. It can be seen that, according to FIG. 9, a longer outer stone section is in each case arranged adjacent to a shorter outer stone section, so that the overall result is a channel laid in a straight line.
  • Each second channel / strip element 20 must therefore be rotated by 180 ° in order to achieve this linearly laid channel.
  • FIG. 10 shows a part of an arched channel. Here are the respective long and short outer stone sections A and B together.
