Claims (5)
- Dispositif de fabrication d'emballages (10), un objet destiné à être emballé, notamment un paquet de cigarettes de forme parallélépipédique, pouvant être plié et/ou enveloppé autour et/ou dans une pièce découpée (11), notamment une enveloppe extérieure filmée, comprenant un revolver de pliage (13) amené en rotation de manière continue pour transporter l'objet et comprenant un organe de pliage mobile, stationnaire, destiné à plier les pattes latérales (27, 28) dans une position orientée transversalement, l'organe de pliage étant conçu comme un rouleau de pliage et/ou un cylindre de pliage rotatif (34) et étant mobile par rapport à l'objet en entraînant une partie de la pièce découpée (11) en direction d'un bord libre et/ou de la patte latérale (27), en comprimant la pièce découpée (11) sur une surface et/ou une paroi de l'objet, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de pliage mobile en rotation, dans un déplacement roulant continu sous l'effet de l'appui linéaire et/ou en forme de bande, est mobile le long d'une surface de l'objet orientée de manière tangentielle à la périphérie du revolver de pliage (13), sous l'effet de la compression et de la tension de la pièce découpée (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de pliage (34) est monté fixe et les objets et/ou emballages (10) dotés de la pièce découpée (11) sont déplacés par le revolver de pliage (13) amené en rotation de manière continue, en passant devant le cylindre de pliage (38), la direction de transport des objets et/ou emballages (10) et la direction de rotation des cylindres de pliage (34) coïncidant dans la zone où ils sont en appui l'un contre l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de pliage (34) comprend plusieurs sections de revêtement (35) successives le long de la périphérie, en fonction de l'application d'une cadence de pliage et de roulement contre un objet et/ou un emballage (10), chaque section de revêtement (35) comprenant une section partielle, dont la surface courbée, dotée d'un bossage radial (49), s'appuie en roulant sur toute la largeur de l'objet et/ou de l'emballage (10) contre ceux-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de pliage, à savoir le cylindre de pliage (34), comprend des outils de pliage additionnels, notamment des nervures de pliage (36) orientées dans le sens radial, qui se raccordent respectivement à une section de revêtement (35) et provoquent le repliage d'une patte de pliage adjacente -pattes internes (27)-contre une paroi latérale (22) orientée transversalement et/ou radialement de l'emballage (10) et/ou d'un mandrin de pliage (17), les pattes (36) se raccordant respectivement à une zone de roulement des cylindres de pliage (34) et/ou de la section de revêtement (35) avec un contour arqué en formant une gorge arrondie (37).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les nervures de pliage (36) du cylindre de pliage (34) coopèrent avec les organes de pliage aménagés radialement à l'intérieur sur le revolver de pliage (13), à savoir des leviers de pliage (36) qui comprennent une branche d'appui (40) destinée à plier une patte externe (28) radialement intérieure, le déplacement pliant des leviers plieurs (38) et des nervures de pliage (36) étant adapté les uns aux autres, de sorte que la nervure de pliage (36) sort de la zone de travail de la branche d'appui (40) lorsque celle-ci recouvre les deux pattes (27, 28) pour achever un pliage flexible des pattes internes (27) et des pattes externes (28).
