Claims (23)
- Türband (2) mit einem ersten Bandelement (4) und wenigstens einem demgegenüber um eine Schwenkachse (12) schwenkbaren zweiten Bandelement (6) und mit Lagermitteln (20; 22, 24; 70; 80, 90) zwischen den beiden Bandelementen (4, 6),
wobei das erste Bandelement (4) unter Zwischenlagerung der Lagermittel (20; 22, 24; 70; 80, 90) zwischen zwei Bandelementschenkel (8) des zweiten Bandelements (6) oder zwischen zwei zweite Bandelemente aufnehmbar ist,
wobei die Lagermittel (20; 22, 24; 70; 80, 90; 100, 102) an einem der Bandelemente (4; 6) ein in einer zur Schwenkachse (12) parallelen Richtung einstellbar positionierbares erstes Lagerglied (22, 70, 80) und an dem jeweils anderen Bandelement (6; 4) ein zweites Lagerglied (24, 90) aufweisen,
wobei die Lagermittel (20; 22, 24; 70; 80, 90; 100, 102) zwei Gleitlager (20) aufweisen, die jeweils mit dem verstellbaren ersten Lagerglied (22, 70, 80, 100) und dem zweiten Lagerglied (24, 90, 102) und einem in Richtung der Schwenkachse (12) vorspringenden Zapfenvorsprung (48, 94, 112) an dem ersten Lagerglied (22, 70, 100) und einer Ausnehmung (38) zur Aufnahme des Zapfenvorsprungs (48, 94, 112) an dem zweiten Lagerglied (24, 90, 102) versehen sind, so dass an beiden Grenzstellen (18) zwischen dem ersten (4) und dem oder den zweiten Bandelement(en) (6) jeweils ein solches Gleitlager (20) vorgesehen ist,
wobei der Zapfenvorsprung (48, 94, 112) eine derartige axiale Ausdehnung hat und derart angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, dass das erste Bandelement (4) bei axial zurückgestelltem ersten Lagerglied (22, 70, 80) in die Umfassung des zweiten Bandelements (6) bzw. der zweiten Bandelemente einsetzbar oder daraus entfernbar ist und durch axiales Vorstellen des ersten Lagergliedes (22, 70, 80) unter Einführen des Zapfenvorsprungs (48, 94) in die Ausnehmung (38) mit dem oder den zweiten Bandelement(en) (6) in schwenkbaren Eingriff bringbar ist,
und wobei die axiale Ausdehnung des Zapfenvorsprungs (48, 94) zum in Eingriff bringen der Bandelemente kleiner als der axiale Verstellweg des zugeordneten ersten Lagergliedes (22, 70) ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Lagerglied (24, 90, 100) fest an dem anderen Bandelement (6, 4) montiert ist und dass eine nach dem In-Eingriff-Bringen der beiden Bandelemente (4, 6) in Funktion setzbare Verstellwegbegrenzungseinrichtung (82) zum derartigen Begrenzen des Verstellweges des ersten Lagergliedes (80) vorgesehen ist, dass ein Lösen der beiden Lagerglieder (80, 90) aus ihrem formschlüssigen Eingriff durch Zurückstellen des ersten Lagergliedes (80) verhindert ist, das erste Lagerglied (80) aber noch zum Einstellen einer vertikalen Ausrichtung einer mit dem Türband versehenen Tür axial bewegbar ist. - Türband (2) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines (22, 70) der beiden Lagerglieder (22, 24, 70) eine konvexe Oberfläche als Gleitfläche (46) hat und das andere (24) der beiden Lagerglieder (22, 24, 70) eine komplementäre konkave Oberfläche als Gleitfläche (36) hat. - Türband nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lagerglied (22, 70) mit der konvexen Gleitfläche (46) den Zapfenvorsprung (48) aufweist. - Türband (2) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerglieder (22, 24 70) im wesentlichen ebene, kegelförmige oder sphärisch geformte Gleitflächen (36, 46, 106) aufweisen. - Türband (2) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Bandelemente (4, 6) mit im wesentlichen konzentrisch zu der Schwenkachse (12) anzuordnenden Rohrhülsen (10, 11) versehen sind, in die die Lagermittel (20; 22, 24; 70; 80, 90) eingesetzt sind. - Türband (2) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit dem verstellbaren ersten Lagerglied (22, 70, 80) versehene Bandelement (4, 6) eine im wesentlichen konzentrisch zu der Schwenkachse (12) ausgebildete axiale Durchgangsöffnung mit Innengewinde (26) zum Eingreifen in ein Außengewinde (52) des ersten Lagergliedes (22, 70, 80) hat,
wobei das erste Lagerglied (22, 80) madenschraubenartig ausgebildet ist mit einer Werkzeugsangriffseinrichtung (50) an dem einer Gleitfläche (46) abgewandten Ende oder an einem Ende einen Gewindeschaft oder Gewindebereich (40) zwecks Eingriff in das Innengewinde (26) und an dem anderen Ende eine Gleitfläche (46) zum gleitenden Aufsitzen auf das zweite Lagerglied (24) und zwischen dem Gewindeschaft oder -bereich (40) und der Gleitfläche (46) einen Werkzeugangriffsbereich (72) aufweist. - Türband nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellwegbegrenzungseinrichtung (82) einer Abdeckeinrichtung (84) zugeordnet ist, die ein freies Ende des das erste Lagerglied (80) aufweisenden Bandelements (6) abdeckt. - Türband nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckeinrichtung (84) eine Öffnung (98) hat, um den Angriff eines Werkzeuges an einer Werkzeugangriffseinrichtung (50) zu ermöglichen. - Türband (2) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckeinrichtung eine Endkappe (84) mit einem Schaftbereich (92) aufweist, der in die Durchgangsöffnung an dem dem ersten Lagerglied entgegengesetzten Endbereich eingreift und als Anschlag für das erste Lagerglied (80) zum Begrenzen dessen Verstellweges dient. - Türband (2) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagermittel einen Gleitring (88) zwischen den beiden Lagergliedern (80, 90) aufweisen. - Türband (2) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Lagerglied (100) mittels einer Feststelleinrichtung (116) festsetzbar ist. - Türband (2) nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Lagerglied (100) durch Verdrehen einstellbar positionierbar ist und die Feststelleinrichtung (116) eine Verdrehsicherung (120) für das erste Lagerglied (100) aufweist. - Türband nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feststelleinrichtung (116) eine Klemmschraube (120) zum Festsetzen des ersten Lagergliedes (100) hat. - Türband nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmschraube als Madenschraube (120) ausgebildet ist. - Türband nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung eine Durchgangsbohrung (108) zur flächigen Drehlagerung des Zapfenvorsprungs aufweist und der Zapfenvorsprung (112) eine axial größere Ausdehnung als die Lagerfläche der Durchgangsbohrung hat. - Tür, insbesondere Feuerschutztür (60), mit einem Türblatt (62) und einer Zarge (64),
gekennzeichnet durch ein Türband (2) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, wobei eines der Bandelemente (4) an dem Türblatt (62) und das andere Bandelement (6) an der Zarge (64) befestigt ist. - Verfahren zum Montieren einer Tür (60) nach Anspruch 16,
gekennzeichnet durcha) Versehen des Türblatts (62) mit dem von dem Zargen-Bandelement (6) losgelösten Türblatt-Bandelement (4),b) Versehen der Zarge mit dem von dem Türblatt-Bandelement (4) losgelösten Zargen-Bandelement (6),c) Vormontieren der Lagerglieder (22, 24; 70; 80, 90) an dem jeweils zugeordneten einzelnen Bandelement (4, 6), wobei das erste Lagerglied (22, 70, 80) in eine zurückgezogene Position gebracht wird,d) Einsetzen des ersten Bandelements (4) zwischen das oder die zweite(n) Bandelement(e) (6), unde) Einsetzen des Zapfenvorsprungs (48, 94) in die Ausnehmung (38) durch Verstellen des ersten Lagerglieds (22, 30), - Verfahren nach Anspruch 17,
gekennzeichnet durch,f) Begrenzen eines Verstellweges des ersten Lagergliedes (22, 80), so dass das erste Lagerglied noch zum Einstellen der vertikalen Ausrichtung der Tür bewegbar ist, jedoch nicht soweit verstellt werden kann, dass der formschlüssige Eingriff zwischen Zapfenvorsprung und Ausnehmung aufgehoben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 17 oder 18,
gekennzeichnet durchg) Einstellen (56) der relativen Lage des Türblatts (62) zur Zarge (64) durch Verstellen von an beiden Grenzstellen (18) zwischen dem ersten (4) und dem oder den zweiten Bandelement(en) (6) jeweils angeordneten ersten Lagergliedern (22, 70, 80). - Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Tür (60) nach Anspruch 16,
gekennzeichnet durcha) Versehen des Türblatts (62) mit dem von dem Zargen-Bandelement (6) losgelösten Türblatt-Bandelement (4),b) Versehen der Zarge (64) mit dem von dem Türblatt-Bandelement (6) losgelösten Zargen-Bandelement (6),c) verdecktes Vormontieren wenigstens eines der Lagerglieder (22, 24, 80) in einer Ausnehmung des jeweils zugeordneten Bandelements (4, 6),d) Lackieren, insbesondere Pulverbeschichten, des Türblatts (62) und der Zarge (64), - Verfahren nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Türblatt (62) und/oder die Zarge (64) beim Lackieren an dem jeweils daran befestigten Bandelement (4, 6) aufgehängt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Aufhängen ein Lackiergehänge in die Lagerglied-Ausnehmung (38), die zur Aufnahme des Zapfenvorsprunges (48, 94) dient, eingeführt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 - 22,
gekennzeichnet durch
den nach dem Montieren und gegebenenfalls dem Einstellen des Türblattes an der Zarge erfolgenden Schritt:i) Festsetzen des ersten Lagergliedes (100) zum Sichern gegen Verlagern aus der eingestellten Position heraus.
