Definitions

  • the invention relates to a channel plate adapter for an open-end rotor spinning device according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Open-end rotor spinning devices which are equipped in the region of their fiber channel plate with a replaceable channel plate adapter, are known and, for example in the DE 43 34 485 A1 described in detail.
  • a spinning rotor rotates at high speed in a vacuum-pressurized rotor housing during spinning operation.
  • the rotor housing is closed by a pivotally arranged cover, in which also the sliver disintegrating device of the spinning device is integrated. That is, on the front side of the rotor housing is a lip seal, which is arranged in an annular groove of a so-called fiber channel plate.
  • This fiber channel plate is either an integral part of the lid or is releasably fixed to the lid.
  • a channel plate adapter is interchangeably arranged, which has a part of a Faserleitkanals and in a central through-hole a yarn withdrawal nozzle.
  • the channel plate adapters are each tuned to a specific spinning rotor shape or size. In a lot change, which often also requires a spinning rotor change, therefore, the channel plate adapter is often replaced with.
  • channel plate adapter as in the DE 197 29 192 A1 are described.
  • These known channel plate adapter as seen in the installation direction, on a central extension with lateral fixing elements. By applying this approximately in the region of the central axis of the channel plate adapter arranged fixing by appropriate locking means of the channel plate adapter is fixed evenly in the recording of the fiber channel plate. That is, it is prevented that false air can enter the rotor housing.
  • Such channel plate adapter have a central through hole in which, usually interchangeable, a yarn withdrawal nozzle is arranged.
  • the DE 39 40 046 A1 describes, for example, a yarn withdrawal nozzle, which has a made of ceramic mouth funnel, which is fixed in a steel mouth support, preferably by gluing.
  • the mouth support in turn has an external thread which can be screwed into a corresponding internal thread in the region of the central through-bore of the channel plate adapter.
  • the present invention seeks to develop a cost-effective, replaceable channel plate adapter, which allows a simple and secure locking a replaceable yarn withdrawal nozzle.
  • the embodiment of a channel plate adapter according to the invention has the particular advantage that such a channel plate adapter is much cheaper to manufacture than all previously known channel plate adapter.
  • the clip closure according to the invention which is integrally formed on the plastic body of the channel plate adapter, not only ensures a reliable fixation of the thread take-off, but also ensures that the thread take-off can be easily replaced if necessary at any time.
  • a wear protection tube which is also arranged interchangeable in the through hole of the channel plate adapter.
  • the wear protection tube is on the one hand at a rear stop within the through hole and on the other hand locked by the clipped-thread take-off.
  • the wear protection tube is made of a highly wear-resistant material.
  • This highly wear-resistant material prevents the resulting thread running through the thread withdrawal nozzle from being able to work into the plastic body of the channel plate adapter.
  • Suitable highly wear-resistant materials are, for example, ceramic materials, alloyed steels, etc.
  • the yarn withdrawal nozzle is preferably made of such a highly wear-resistant material. That is, usually the thread take-off nozzle is made of a technical ceramic material.
  • FIG. 1 shows in side view an open-end rotor spinning device 1 with a vacuum-pressurized rotor housing 2, in which a spinning rotor 3 rotates at high speed.
  • the spinning rotor 3 is supported in a known manner via its rotor shaft 7 on a support disk bearing 4; while the axial positioning of the spinning rotor 3 takes place via a thrust bearing 33.
  • the drive of the spinning rotor 3 is effected, as known, by means of a machine-long tangential belt 5, which presses a pressure roller 6 against the rotor shaft 7.
  • the rotor housing 2 is connected via a vacuum line 8 to a (not shown) vacuum source.
  • the rotor housing 2 is closed on its front side 9 by a so-called fiber channel plate 10, which is part of a designed as a pivot housing 11 lid.
  • the fiber channel plate 10 is either a part of the pivot housing 11 or the fiber channel plate 10 is detachably attached to the pivot housing 11.
  • the pivot housing 11 which is pivotally mounted a pivot axis 12, further units of the open-end rotor spinning device 1, for example, a sliver disassembling device 13, installed. That is, via a, not shown here, Faserbandeinzugszylinder 14 is a template fiber tape in the Pulled opening device 13 and there disassembled by a sliver pick-up roller 15 in individual fibers.
  • the individual fibers are then conveyed via a Faserleitkanal 16 to the spinning rotor 3.
  • the sliver pick-up roller 15 is preferably driven by a tangential belt 17, while the drive of the sliver feed cylinder 14 via a machine-length drive shaft or an electric motor single drive 18 takes place.
  • a pneumatically acted upon dirt chamber 19 can be arranged for the incurred in the dissolution of the sliver dirt.
  • the dirt chamber 19 is connected in this case via a corresponding suction line to a central waste disposal device of the open-end rotor spinning machine.
  • the fiber channel plate 10 inserted into the swivel housing 11 has an annular recess 20 for positioning a lip sealing element 21 and a receptacle 22, which is open in the direction of the rotor housing 2, for an exchangeable channel plate adapter 24.
  • the lateral contact surface 23 of the receptacle 22 is preferably frusto-conical.
  • the channel plate adapter 24 is made of a plastic and has, as in particular from the Figures 2 and 3 can be seen, the mouth portion 34 of the fiber guide 16 and a central through hole 26 for a spinning rotor 3 opposite thread take-off nozzle 27 on.
  • the fiber guide channel 16 is formed by a wear-resistant insert 42, which is cast in the manufacture of the made of plastic channel plate adapter 24 firmly.
  • a wear protection tube 36 is arranged in the central through-bore 26 next to the yarn withdrawal nozzle 27, to which a thread withdrawal tube 28 is connected.
  • the thread withdrawal tube 28 thereby encompasses a bore in the extension 29 of an insert body 25 which has at least one fixing projection 31 at the end.
  • the fixing lug 31 extends substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal axis 30 of the extension 29 and is engaged behind by a locking means 32.
  • This type of attachment of a channel plate adapter is known and, for example in the DE 197 29 192 A1 described in detail.
  • the channel plate adapter 24 has in the region of its central through-bore 26 integrally formed on the plastic body of the channel plate adapter 24 clip closure 37.
  • This clip closure 37 for locking the Fadenabzugsdüse 27 has centering members 38 and clip members 39.
  • the centering members 38 are formed as circular segments 38A, 38B, 38C, etc., whose common inner diameter D inside is selected so that it is only slightly above the maximum Diameter D max of the edge contour 40 of the yarn draw-off nozzle 27 is located.
  • the clip elements 39 which are respectively arranged between the centering members 38, have a conical contact surface 41 on their inner side facing the yarn withdrawal nozzle 37, which corresponds to a correspondingly conical contact surface on the outside of the edge contour 40 of the yarn withdrawal nozzle 27. That is, the clip elements 39 partially overlap the outside of the edge contour 40 of the thread withdrawal nozzle 27.
