Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Bilden von Stapeln aus flächigen Gegenständen, wie Druckereiprodukten, mit einem Schacht (10), dessen Schachtraum (10') unten von einem Schachtboden (28), auf zwei einander gegenüber liegenden Seiten von Begrenzungselementen (68, 72) sowie auf einer in einer Ausstossrichtung (A) stromaufwärts liegenden Seite von Führungselementen (66) und auf einer stromabwärts liegenden Seite von weiteren Führungselementen (70) für die von oben in den Schachtraum (10') einführbaren Gegenstände (12) begrenzt ist, welche auf dem Schachtboden (28) stapelförmig zu liegen kommen, wobei zum Ausstossen eines Stapels (76) aus dem Schachtraum (10') die Führungselemente (66) in Ausstossrichtung (A) durch den Schachtraum (10') hindurch und die weiteren Führungselemente (70) aus dem Schachtraum (10') heraus mittels eines Antriebs (48) bewegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungselemente (66) mit dem einen Antrieb (48) sowie die weiteren Führungselemente (70) mit einem weiteren Antrieb (48) verbunden sind und mittels dieser Antriebe (48) die Führungselemente (66) unabhängig von den weiteren Führungselementen (70) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schacht (10) um eine zentrale Vertikalachse (18') drehbar ist, wobei die Führungselemente (66) und die weiteren Führungselemente (70) bei Beginn eines Drehvorganges aufeinander zu bewegt werden um am Stapel (74, 76) zu dessen Stabilisierung wenigstens annähernd anzuliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Beendigung eines Drehvorganges - falls weitere Gegenstände (12) dem Schachtraum (10') zuzuführen und auf die bereits darin vorhandenen Gegenstände (12) abzulegen sind - die Führungselemente (66) und die weiteren Führungselemente (70) voneinander weg bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Beendigung eines Drehvorgänges - falls ein Stapel (76) aus dem Schachtraum (10') auszustossen ist - die Führungselemente (66) und die weiteren Führungselemente (70) miteinander in Ausstossrichtung (A) bewegt werden
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schachtboden (28) mittels eines Hubantriebes anhebbar und absenkbar ist, und zum Ausstossen eines Stapels (76) die Führungselemente (66) während des Absenkens des Schachtbodens (28) in Ausstossrichtung (A) bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf beiden Seiten des Schachtes für die Führungselemente (66) je ein Antriebselement (84) und für die weiteren Führungselemente (70) je ein weiteres Antriebselement (88) vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebselemente (86) mit einem Antriebsmotor (48) und die weiteren Antriebselemente (88) mit einem weiteren Antriebsmotor (48) verbunden sind, wobei die beiden Antriebsmotoren (48) unabhängig voneinander angesteuert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebselemente (86) und die weiteren Antriebselemente (88) auf jeder Seite des Schachtes (10) je ein endloses Zugorgan (54, 60) aufweisen, an dem die entsprechenden Führungselemente (66) beziehungsweise weiteren Führungselemente (70) befestigt sind und welches am stromaufwärts gelegenen Ende und am stromabwärtsgelegenen Ende des Schachtes (10) um Umlenkräder (52,56,58,62) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Führungselementen (66) und den weiteren Führungselementen (70) je zusammen mit diesen bewegbare Begrenzungselemente (68, 72) zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Begrenzungselemente (68, 72) und die zugeordneten Führungselemente (66) beziehungsweise weiteren Führungselemente (70) von in vertikaler Richtung verlaufenden Winkelprofilen (64, 64') gebildet sind.
