Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mit einem Dosenkörper verbindbaren, eine Entnahmeöffnung (38) begrenzenden und eine heisssiegelfähige Beschichtung (40) aufweisenden Deckelringes (30), auf dem zur Bildung eines Dosendeckels (50) eine die Entnahmeöffnung (38) überdeckende Verschlussmembran (44) heiss aufsiegelbar ist, bei welchem Verfahren ein Blechstreifen (12) mit parallelen Seitenrändern (14,16) zu einem Rohr (20) umgeformt wird und die Seitenränder (14,16) parallel zur Rohrlängsachse (x) verschweisst oder verklebt werden, das so gefertigte Rohr (20) in gleich lange Rohrabschnitte (24) mit in zueinander parallelen Ebenen liegenden Schnittkanten (26,28) unterteilt wird und die Rohrabschnitte (24) zu Deckelringen (30) umgeformt werden, wobei eine erste Schnittkante (26) zu einem Aussenbördel (32) zur Verbindung mit einem Dosenkörper geformt und die zweite Schnittkante (28) eingerollt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die zweite Schnittkante (28) von der für die heisssiegelfähige Beschichtung (40) vorgesehenen Seite weg eingerollt und die heisssiegelfähige Beschichtung (40) auf den endgeformten Deckelring (30) aufgetragen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blechstreifen (12) aus Aluminium, Stahl oder Weissblech besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die parallelen Seitenränder (14,16) des Blechstreifens (12) zu einem Stumpfstoss zusammengepresst und mittels eines Laserstrahls (18) zum Rohr (20) verschweisst werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die heisssiegelfähige Beschichtung (40) auf den Deckelring (30) aufgesprüht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die heisssiegelfähige Beschichtung (40) als Pulverbeschichtung auf den Deckelring (30) aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckelring (30) auf seiner der heisssiegelfähigen Beschichtung (40) abgewandten Seite mit einem hitzebeständigen Lack (42) beschichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hitzebeständige Lack (42) auf den Deckelring (30) aufgesprüht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blechstreifen (12) als vorgeschnittenes Format zu einem Rohr (20) geformt und verschweisst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blechstreifen (12) als Coil (10) vorliegt und kontinuierlich zu einem Rohr (20) geformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrabschnitte (24) kontinuierlich in einer der Geschwindigkeit der pro Zeiteinheit hergestellten Rohrlänge entsprechenden Taktrate vom Rohr (20) abgetrennt werden.
