- Tiefziehen eines einseitig mit einer heißsiegelfähigen Beschichtung versehenen Rohlings, zur Formung eines Außenbördels am Rand des Rohlings für die spätere Bildung eines Doppelfalzes, und zur Formung eines von dem Außenbördel umgebenen flachen Napfes, mit einem Bodenteil und einem dieses mit dem Außenbördel verbindenden Wandteil, welches sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zum Bodenteil erstreckt,
- Ausstanzen im wesentlichen des ganzen Bodenteils in unmittelbarer Nähe seines Übergangs zum Wandteil, zur Bildung eines Deckelringes, dessen beim Ausstanzen entstehende innere Schnittkante eine Öffnung umgibt,
- teilweises Einrollen des Wandteiles nach außen zur Bildung einer Einrollung, deren innere Begrenzung eine gegenüber der durch das Ausstanzen gebildeten, ursprünglichen Öffnung ähnliche, kleinere Öffnung umschließt, um eine gegenseitige Überlappung des Randbereiches des zuvor ausgestanzten Bodenteils mit der Einrollung einzuleiten, bei welcher die Schnittkante an der Außenseite des Deckelringes liegt,
- Flachdrücken der Einrollung in die Deckelringebene oder eine hierzu parallele Ebene zur Bildung eines zum Heißsiegeln geeigneten Ringflansches und zur Vergrößerung der Überlappung, und
- Heißsiegeln des ausgestanzten Bodenteils auf die an der Deckelringaußenseite liegende Fläche des Ringflansches während des Flachdrückens oder nach dem Flachdrücken der Einrollung.

Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines leicht zu öffnenden Dosendeckels (1) aus einem beschichteten Blechrohling, umfassend folgende Schritte:Tiefziehen eines einseitig mit einer heißsiegelfähigen Beschichtung (4) versehenen Rohlings, zur Formung eines Außenbördels (6) am Rand des Rohlings für die spätere Bildung eines Doppelfalzes (D), und zur Formung eines von dem Außenbördel umgebenen flachen Napfes (N), mit einem Bodenteil (3) und einem dieses mit dem Außenbördel verbindenden Wandteil (9), welches sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zum Bodenteil erstreckt,Ausstanzen im wesentlichen des ganzen Bodenteiles in unmittelbarer Nähe seines Überganges zum Wandteil, zur Bildung eines Deckelringes (2), dessen beim Ausstanzen entstehende innere Schnittkante (10) eine Öffnung umgibt,teilweises Einrollen des Wandteiles nach außen zur Bildung einer Einrollung (19), deren innere Begrenzung eine gegenüber der durch das Ausstanzen gebildeten, ursprünglichen Öffnung (11) ähnliche, kleinere Öffnung (11') umschließt, um eine gegenseitige Überlappung des Randbereiches des zuvor ausgestanzten Bodenteiles mit der Einrollung einzuleiten, bei welcher die Schnittkante (10) an der Außenseite des Deckelringes liegt,Flachdrücken der Einrollung in die Deckelringebene oder eine hierzu parallele Ebene zur Bildung eines zum Heißsiegeln geeigneten Ringflansches (5) und zur Vergrößerung der Überlappung, undHeißsiegeln des ausgestanzten Bodenteiles (3) auf die an der Deckelringaußenseite liegende Fläche des Ringflansches während des Flachdrückens oder nach dem Flachdrücken der Einrollung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenteil (3) vor dem Einrollen gegenüber der Schnittkante nach außen versetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Versetzen beim Ausstanzen durch das Stanzwerkzeug erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung des Napfes angrenzend an den Außenbördel von der späteren Deckelaußenseite her eine Rille (12) mit im wesentlichen U-förmigem Querschnitt durch Tiefziehen in den Blechrohling eingeformt wird, die ein äußeres, unmittelbar an den Außenbördel angrenzendes Wandteil und ein an das Bodenteil angrenzendes inneres Wandteil aufweist, und daß nach dem Ausstanzen des Bodenteiles das innere Wandteil eingerollt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Einrollen des Wandteiles angrenzend an dessen Schnittkante eine zur Öffnung hin offene Haltenut (13) für den Rand des ausgestanzten Bodenteiles gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Ausstanzen des Bodenteiles zwischen diesem und dem Wandteil einige schmale Verbindungsstege zwischen diesen beiden Teilen belassen werden, welche das Bodenteil beim Transfer zu weiteren Umformstationen am Deckelring lagerichtig halten.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Randbereich des Bodenteiles ein mit einem Öffnungsring oder einer Öffnungslasche verbundener Befestigungslappen (15) an der Außenseite des Bodenteiles durch Heißsiegeln, Kleben oder dgl., befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Ausstanzen des Bodenteils in dem Bereich, an welchem später der Befestigungslappen befestigt werden soll, eine im wesentlichen der Kontur des Befestigungslappens entsprechende Kerblinie (16) in die Außenseite des Bodenteiles (3) eingedrückt wird, die sich bis in die Nähe des späteren Überlappungs- und Siegelbereich des Bodenteiles erstreckt.
- Leicht zu öffnender Dosendeckel (1), bestehend aus einem Deckelring (2), der durch Umformen eines Blechrohlings und Ausstanzen von dem Deckelring umgebenen Blechteiles gebildet ist und der an seinem äußeren Rand einen Außenbördel (6) zur Bildung eines Doppelfalzes (D) und an seinem inneren Rand einen durch eine flachgedrückte Einrollung (19) gebildeten Ringflansch (5) aufweist, der eine Deckelöffnung umschließt, wobei an dem Ringflansch ein die Deckelöffnung verschließendes Aufreißteil durch Heißsiegeln befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckelring (2) aus einem einseitig mit einer heißsiegelfähigen Beschichtung (4) versehenen Blechrohling hergestellt ist, daß das Aufreißteil durch das ausgestanzte Blechteil (3) gebildet ist und daß die Einrollung (19) so geformt und zu dem Ringflansch flachgedrückt (5) ist, daß die endgültige Dosenöffnung (11'') kleiner ist als das ausgestanzte Blechteil (3) und sich dessen Randbereich (3a) und der Ringflansch (5) gegenseitig überlappen.
- Dosendeckel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Öffnungsring (14) oder eine Öffnungslasche einen Befestigungslappen (15) aufweisen und dieser durch Heißsiegeln, Kleben oder dgl. mit dem Randbereich (3a) des Blechteiles (3) an dessen Außenseite verbunden ist.
- Dosendeckel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenseite des Blechteiles (3) eine im wesentlichen der Kontur des Befestigungslappens (15) entsprechende Kerblinie (16) vorgesehen ist, die sich bis in die Nähe des Überlappungs- und Siegelbereich des Blechteiles (3) erstreckt.
- Dosendeckel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungslappen (15) entlang einer Biegekante (15a) um 180° umgebogen ist und sein umgebogener, freier Abschnitt (15b) im Randbereich (3a) des Blechteiles (3) mit dessen Außenseite so verbunden ist, daß die Biegekante (15a) in der Nähe des äußeren Randes (3b) des Blechteiles (3) angeordnet ist und im wesentlichen parallel zu diesem verläuft.
