Claims (28)
- Sammelvorrichtung zum Bilden von Bündeln aus Blättern, insbesondere Banknoten, die der Sammelvorrichtung von einem Einzelblattransport zugeführt werden, und zum Zuführen von Blattbündeln zu einer Mehrzahl von Ausgabestationen (34, 34, 36, 38), umfassend ein rahmenförmiges Gestell (22), eine Stapelstation mit einer mindestens ein Stapelrad (28) umfassenden Stapelvorrichtung (26) zum stapelförmigen Ablegen von Blättern auf einer Stapelfläche und einen Transportwagen (30) zum Transport eines Blattes oder Blattbündels aus der Stapelstation zu den Ausgabestationen (32, 34, 36, 38), wobei der Transportwagen (30) mittels eines an ihm angeordneten Wagenantriebes (100) entlang einer Führungsbahn verstellbar ist, die an dem Gestell (22) ausgebildet ist, und wobei die Führungsbahn einen der Stapelvorrichtung (26) benachbarten Grundstellungsabschnitt (48) und mindestens je einen zu einer Ausgabestation (32, 34, 36, 38) führenden Ausgabeabschnitt (52, 54, 56) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgabeabschnitte (52, 54, 56) jeweils wahlweise mit dem Grundstellungsabschnitt (48) über eine gemeinsame Kreisweiche (42) verbindbar sind.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kreisweiche (42) eine Drehscheibe (66) hat, auf der eine Mehrzahl von Bahnsegmenten (60, 62, 64) angeordnet sind, deren jedes zur Verbindung mindestens zweier Abschnitte der Führungsbahn bestimmt ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (22) quaderförmig ist, daß die Abschnitte (48, 52, 54, 56) der Führungsbahnen an zwei zueinander parallelen ersten Seitenflächen (40) des Gestells (22) angeordnet sind, daß an einer zu den ersten Seitenflächen (40) senkrechten Quaderseite des Gestells eine Schnittstelle zu dem Einzelblattransport (18) ausgebildet ist und daß an den restlichen Quaderseiten jeweils eine Schnittstelle zum Anschluß einer Blattausgabestation (32, 34, 36, 38) ausgebildet ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Reject-Fach (50) zur Aufnahme nicht ausgabefähiger Blätter hat, das auf der der Stapelvorrichtung (26) abgewandten Seite des Grundstellungsabschnittes (48) so angeordnet ist, daß seine Blatteintrittsöffnung (178) zu der Kreisweiche (42) hinweist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbahn mindestens einen Blindabschnitt (58) umfaßt, der über die Kreisweiche (42)zumindest mit dem Grundstellungsabschnitt (48) verbindbar ist und der mindestens annähernd parallel zur Einführrichtung von Blättern in die Blatteintrittsöffnung (178) des Reject-Faches (50) gerichtet ist
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehscheibe (66) durch einen Schrittmotor (70) antreibbar ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbahnabschnitte (48, 52, 54, 56, 58) an den ersten Seitenflächen (40) des Gestells (22) verstellbar angeordnet sind.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Grundstellungsabschnitt (48) abgewandten Seite der Stapelvorrichtung (26) ein Eingangsförderer (24) angeordnet ist, der die Schnittstelle zum Einzelblattransport (18) mit der Stapelvorrichtung (26) verbindet.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Abgabeende des Eingangsförderers (24) eine schaltbare Weiche (180) angeordnet ist, die je nach ihrer Stellung den Eingangsförderer (24) mit der Stapelvorrichtung (26) oder einem Zwischenspeicher (178) für Einzelblätter verbindet.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (178) mindestens zwei Fächer hat, deren Eingänge wahlweise mit dem Abgabeende des Eingangsförderers (24) verbindbar sind.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (178) durch den Eingangsförderer (24) entleerbar ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eingangsförderer (24) zwei miteinander zusammenwirkende Endlosriementriebe hat und daß der Zwischenspeicher (178) eine wahlweise betätigbare Andruckvorrichtung zum Andrücken der in einem Fach liegenden Blätter an einen der Endlosriementriebe hat.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportwagen (30) über ein Schleppkabel mit einer Stromquelle verbindbar ist, das von einer Speicherrolle abziehbar ist, die in Aufwickelrichtung vorgespannt ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportwagen (30) ein Rahmenteil (76) mit zwei zueinander parallelen Seitenwänden (78), einer zwischen diesen sich erstreckenden Blattauflage (80) und Führungselementen (88, 90, 98) umfaßt, die zum Eingriff mit den Führungsbahnen bestimmt sind, daß der Transportwagen (30) mindestens ein Klemmelement (82) hat, das in dem Rahmenteil (76) zwischen einer Schließstellung, in der es gegen die Blattauflage (80) gespannt wird, und einer Öffnungsstellung verstellbar ist, in der es von der Blattauflage (80) abgehoben ist, und daß der Transportwagen (30) eine Blattfördereinrichtung (102, 112, 160) zum Ausgeben und/oder Einziehen eines Blattbündels hat.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfördereinrichtung einen Riementransport (112, 160) umfaßt.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riementransport mindestens ein Riemenpaar (112, 160) mit einem dem Rahmenteil (76) zugeordneten rahmenseitigen Endlosriemen (112) und einem dem Klemmelement (82) zugeordneten klemmelementseitigen Endlosriemen (160) hat, die jeweils parallel zu der Blattauflage (80) und den Seitenwänden (78) des Rahmenteiles (76) umlaufen und durch einen an dem Transportwagen (30) angeordneten Riemenmotor (102) antreibbar sind.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riemenmotor (102) in seiner Antriebsrichtung umschaltbar ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Riemenpaare (112, 160) parallel zueinander zwischen den Seitenwänden (78) angeordnet sind.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmelement in Form einer Klappe (82) ausgebildet ist, die um eine zu den Seitenwänden (78) senkrechte Achse (84) schwenkbar an dem Rahmenteil (76) gelagert ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die klemmelementseitigen Endlosriemen (160) über Umlenkrollen (162) geführt sind, deren Achse mit der Klappenschwenkachse (84) zusammenfällt.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe (82) an einer in den Seitenwänden des Rahmenteils (76) gelagerten Welle (138) angeordnet ist, die mit mindesten einem Stellhebel (154) drehfest verbunden ist, der zum Zusammenwirken mit mindestens einem geräteseitigen Stellelement ausgebildet ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (138) gegenüber dem Rahmenteil (76) in eine der Öffnungsbewegung der Klappe (82) entsprechende Stellung vorgespannt ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe (82) auf der Welle (138) um einen begrenzten Winkel verschwenkbar ist und gegenüber der Welle (138) in eine ihrer Öffnungsbewegung entgegengerichtete Richtung vorgespannt ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Blattauflage (80) des Rahmenteils (76) einerseits und in der Klappe (82) andererseits zwischen den Trumen der Endlosriemen (112, 160) jeweils mindestens eine Stützrolle (130, 170) gelagert ist, die senkrecht zur Ebene der Blattauflage (80) bzw. Klappe (82) beweglich ist, wobei die Stützrollen (130, 170) eines Riemenpaares (112, 160) in Richtung aufeinander zu vorgespannt sind.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagenantrieb des Transportwagens (30) mindestens ein durch einen Antriebsmotor (100) antreibbares, an dem Rahmenteil (76) gelagertes Zahnrad (110) umfaßt, das zum Eingriff mit einer entlang den Führungsbahnen vorgesehenen Zahnleiste (44) bestimmt ist.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (100) des Wagenantriebes und der Riemenmotor (102) co-axial zueinander und mit ihren Achsen senkrecht zu den Seitenwänden (78) zwischen diesen an dem Rahmenteil (76) angeordnet sind.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Rahmenteil (76) zwischen diesem und der Klappe (82) Bremsfinger (132) angeordnet sind, die um eine zur Klappenachse (84) parallele Achse (124) schwenkbar und von der Blattauflage (80) weg in Richtung auf einen den Schwenkweg begrenzenden Anschlag vorgespannt sind derart, daß die Bremsfinger (132) bei geöffneter Klappe (82) eine mittlere Position zwischen dieser und der Blattauflage (80) einnehmen.
- Sammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Klappe (82) senkrecht zur Klappenschwenkachse (84) gerichtete Schlitze (144) zur Aufnahme der Finger eines Stapelrades (28) ausgebildet sind und daß die Bremsfinger (132) jeweils den Schlitzen (144) gegenüber liegen.
