Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant d'interrompre la propagation du feu et de la fumée dans des constructions. Elle est destinée à empêcher efficacement la propagation du feu et de la fumée en particulier dans les installations qui sont reliées entre elles ou à un espace extérieur par des tubes de tunnel. Cette invention peut être mise en application en particulier pour cloisonner des ouvertures de tunnel de chemins de fer ou pour sécuriser des zones d'escaliers roulants dans des installations de gare routière par rapport à des zones situées à un niveau plus élevé. L'objectif de l'invention est de créer une cloison protégeant des constructions de type tunnel contre une propagation du feu, de la fumée ou d'autres produits du feu et contre la chaleur rayonnante, cette cloison étant étanche de manière fiable et ne cédant pas sous la charge d'obstacles. Par ailleurs, les personnes et les objets doivent pouvoir passer librement sans que la cloison soit ouverte. A cet effet, de l'eau est acheminée en permanence et sous haute pression à au moins deux tubes de pulvérisation en forme d'arcs qui suivent le bord supérieur et les bords latéraux de l'ouverture d'une construction et qui sont disposés à une certaine distance l'un de l'autre, puis l'eau tourbillonne et se disperse par impulsions sous forme de cônes creux de fines particules d'eau, ces cônes s'entrecroisant de façon décalée à plusieurs reprises, par l'intermédiaire de buses multiples disposées à intervalles réguliers et selon un angle d'inclinaison à l'inverse du côté prévu de l'incendie, de façon à former un rideau d'eau épais suivant le profil sur toute la section transversale.
