Claims (10)

  1. Garniture de guidage à coulisse avec un système de rails (1) comprenant au moins un rail de corps fixe (2) et un rail de tiroir (5) monté mobile longitudinalement sur celui-ci, directement ou indirectement grâce à un rail central (4), étant précisé qu'il est prévu à la fois un dispositif d'amortissement (7) et un dispositif d'accouplement (6) entre le rail de corps fixe (2) et le rail de tiroir (5) mobile linéairement par rapport à celui-ci, étant précisé que le dispositif d'amortissement (7) contient au moins un cylindre (8) et au moins une tige de piston (9) qui est mobile linéairement dans celui-ci avec un amortissement, et le dispositif d'amortissement (7) est relié à l'un des rails (2 ou 5) grâce a l'un de ses éléments d'amortissement (8 ou 9) et est apte à être accouplé temporairement, pendant la fermeture et pendant l'ouverture du tiroir, à l'autre rail (5 ou 2) grâce à son autre élément d'amortissement (8 ou 9) à l'aide du dispositif d'accouplement (6), caractérisée en ce qu'un premier élément (11, 12) du dispositif d'accouplement (6) contient un corps à crochet (11) qui est disposé sur la tige de piston (9), et sur le corps à crochet (11) est disposé au moins un crochet de rappel (12) qui peut être déplacé de manière élastique grâce à l'action d'une force exercée par une barrette de liaison (13), et en ce qu'un second élément (10) du dispositif d'accouplement (6) sous forme d'une butée d'amortisseur (10) contient au moins une languette (22) qui peut être mise en contact temporairement avec le ou les crochets de rappel (12).
  2. Garniture de guidage à coulisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'amortissement (7) est disposé dans la zone avant du rail de guidage de tiroir (5) et agit à la fin de la phase de rentrée près de la zone de la position finale de fermeture du tiroir.
  3. Garniture de guidage à coulisse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'accouplement (6) est disposé dans la zone avant du rail de corps et du rail de tiroir (5) et agit à la fin de la phase de rentrée près de la zone de la position finale de fermeture du tiroir.
  4. Garniture de guidage à coulisse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément cylindrique (8) est relié au rail de tiroir fixe (5), et la tige de piston (9) au premier élément (11, 12) du dispositif d'accouplement (6) qui coopère temporairement avec le second élément (10) du dispositif d'accouplement (6), prévu sur le rail de corps (2), par complémentarité de forme et de manière amovible à plusieurs reprises.
  5. Garniture de guidage à coulisse selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps à crochet (11) est disposé sur une zone de fixation (25) de l'extrémité libre de la tige de piston (9), et le ou les crochets de rappel (12) sont disposés à l'extrémité libre du corps à crochet (11).
  6. Garniture de guidage à coulisse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins pendant la rentrée dans le sens de fermeture (15) du tiroir, entre une position rentrée prédéfinie et la position fermée, un côté frontal intérieur (32) du corps à crochet (11) s'applique par complémentarité de forme contre un côté frontal extérieur (31) de la butée d'amortisseur (10).
  7. Garniture de guidage à coulisse selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins pendant la sortie dans le sens d'ouverture (17) du tiroir, entre la position fermée et une position sortie prédéfinie, une rampe de sortie extérieure (29) du ou des crochets de rappel (12) est en contact par complémentarité de forme avec un côté frontal intérieur (30) de la ou des pattes (22).
  8. Garniture de guidage à coulisse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce la barrette de liaison (13) est solidaire du rail de tiroir (5) et garantit pendant la sortie dans le sens d'ouverture (17), entre la position fermée et une position sortie prédéfinie du tiroir, que le ou les crochets de rappel (12) soient en contact avec la ou les pattes (22).
  9. Garniture de guidage à coulisse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'amortissement (7) n'agit pratiquement que dans le sens de fermeture (15) du tiroir, mais pas ou quasiment pas dans le sens d'ouverture (17) du tiroir.
  10. Garniture de guidage à coulisse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'amortissement (7) est conçu comme un amortisseur à gaz et/ou à liquide.
