Claims (20)
- Verfahren zur Vorbereitung einer Papierrolle (8) mit einer aufgewickelten Papierbahn für fliegenden Rollenwechsel durch Anbringen eines Klebebandes (64) längs eines Bahnendrandes (83), welches mindestens ein Aussenband mit einer äusseren Klebefläche zur Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen dem Bahnende und einer Papierbahn einer Restrolle aufweist sowie ein von derselben trennbares Innenband mit einer inneren Klebefläche zum Festhalten des Bahnendes an der nächstinneren Lage durch Abheben der äussersten Lage von der nächstinneren Lage, Herstellen des Bahnendrandes (83) durch Abschneiden eines Endabschnittes (82) von der äussersten Lage, Anbringen des Klebebandes (64) und Wiederauflegen der äussersten Lage auf die nächstinnere Lage, wobei ein an den Bahnendrand (83) anschliessender Teil der äussersten Lage mit einem Haftstreifen der äusseren Klebefläche verklebt, während ein an denselben anschliessender Randstreifen freibleibt und die innere Klebefläche mit der nächstinneren Lage verklebt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei im übrigen unbewegter Papierrolle (8) das Abheben der äussersten Lage erfolgt, indem eine Anlagefläche, deren Querschnitt senkrecht zur Achsrichtung der Papierrolle (8) über deren Breite im wesentlichen konstant ist, an die Papierrolle (8) angelegt und eine Ausgangslage hergestellt wird, in welcher eine zur Achse der Papierrolle (8) parallele Schneidelinie der Anlagefläche mit einer Mantellinie der Papierrolle (8) in Kontakt ist und die Anlagefläche, während die äusserste Lage an ihr anliegend festgehalten wird, gegen die Abwickelrichtung derselben auf der Papierrolle (8) abgewälzt wird, der Endabschnitt (82) längs der Schneidelinie abgeschnitten wird und das Klebeband (64) derart an der nächstinneren Lage angebracht wird, dass sich die Grenze zwischen dem Haftstreifen und dem Randstreifen mit der Mantellinie deckt, worauf die Anlagefläche zum Wiederauflegen der äussersten Lage in die Ausgangslage zurückgewälzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlagefläche mit der Schneidelinie an die Papierrolle (8) angelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse der Papierrolle (8) waagrecht gehalten wird und die Anlagefläche auf die oberste Mantellinie aufgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlagefläche, bevor sie gegen die Abwickelrichtung abgewälzt wird, erst eine Strecke in entgegengesetzter Richtung auf der Papierrolle (8) abgewälzt wird und die äusserste Lage vom Beginn des Abwälzens gegen die Abwickelrichtung an der Anlagefläche festgehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Festhalten der äussersten Lage an der Anlagefläche durch Unterdruck erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Abschneiden des Endabschnittes (82) derselbe abgezogen wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, mit einer Anlagefläche mit mindestens einer Schneidelinie sowie einem längs derselben über die Anlagefläche verfahrbaren Schneidgerät (25), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlagefläche von einem Abschnitt einer Mantelfläche (44) einer Walze (22) gebildet wird, während das Schneidgerät (25) längs einer Schneidelinie, welche einer Mantellinie der Mantelfläche (44) folgt, über die Mantelfläche (44) verfahrbar ist und die Walze (22) um eine zur Achsrichtung der Papierrolle (8) parallele Achse (21) drehbar in einer Halterung, welche in einer Verschubrichtung quer zu besagter Achsrichtung verschiebbar ist, derart gelagert ist, dass die Achse (21) quer zur Achsrichtung und zur Verschubrichtung begrenzt frei verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung von einem in Verschubrichtung verschiebbaren Wagen (11) gebildet wird und die Achse (21) drehbar und unverschiebbar in einem Schlitten (17) gelagert ist, welcher quer zur Achse (21) und quer zur Verschubrichtung des Wagens (11) verschiebbar in letzterem gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (11) in einem Rahmen verschiebbar gelagert ist, welcher quer zur Achse (21) und zur Verschubrichtung verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidvorrichtung (25) im Schlitten (17) parallel zur Achse (21) verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidvorrichtung (25) gegen die Walze (22) vorschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidvorrichtung (25) auf einem parallel zur Achse (21) im Schlitten (17) verfahrbaren Querschlitten (23) gegen die Achse (21) vorschiebbar und von derselben zurückziehbar, aber quer dazu unverschiebbar angeordnet ist, welcher ausserdem eine Klebevorrichtung (26) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klebevorrichtung (26) quer zur Achse (21) und zur Verschubrichtung verschiebbar auf dem Querschlitten (23) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsrichtung der Papierrolle (8) waagrecht ist und die Halterung oberhalb derselben waagrecht verschiebbar ist, derart, dass die Endlagen der Achse (21) auf verschiedenen Seiten der obersten Mantellinie der Papierrolle (8) liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (21) senkrecht in der Halterung verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze (22) mindestens eine einer Mantellinie folgende, in die Anlagefläche eingesenkte Schneidleiste (45, 47), vorzugsweise mit Kunststoffoberfläche, aufweist, über welche die Schneidelinie läuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei derartige Schneidleisten (45, 47) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze (22) mindestens eine sich im wesentlichen über die Breite der Anlagefläche erstreckende mit Saugöffnungen versehene Saugzone aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mantelfläche (44) im wesentlichen einem Mantelflächensektor eines Zylinders, dessen Achse mit der Achse (21) der Walze (22) übereinstimmt, entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Abzugsvorrichtung (27) zur Entfernung des Endabschnittes aufweist, welche mehrere über die Länge der Walze (22) verteilte an die Mantelfläche (44) andrückbare umlaufende Riemen (29) umfasst.
