Description

Möbel-Kältegerät-Kombination
Kältegeräte werden herkömmlicherweise eingeteilt in Tischgeräte oder Einbaugeräte. Tischgeräte sind vorgesehen, um einzeln oder in einer Reihe mit mit ihnen unverbunde- nen Möbeln oder anderen Geräten aufgestellt zu werden. Sie haben im allgemeinen ein mehrschichtiges Gehäuse, das eine Außenwand, im allgemeinen aus lackiertem Blech, eine Innenwand, meist in Form eines gezogenen Kunststoffhohlkörpers, und eine Isolationsschicht umfasst, die durch Ausschäumen des Zwischenraums zwischen Innen- und Außenwand gebildet ist.
Ein Benutzer hat so gut wie keine Möglichkeiten, ein solches Standgerät in seinem äußeren Erscheinungsbild an eigene ästhetische Vorstellungen anzupassen.
Einbaugeräte sind vorgesehen, um fest in hierfür vorgesehene Küchenmöbel eingebaut zu werden; ihre Innenwand und die Isolationsschicht zwischen Innen- und Außenwand ist im allgemeinen genauso beschaffen wie bei Tischgeräten; die Außenwand hingegen kann, da sie im normalen Betrieb des Gerätes nicht zu sehen ist und kaum äußeren Einflüssen ausgesetzt ist, aus einem preiswerten Material gefertigt sein, an dessen Strapazierfähigkeit, Beständigkeit und Aussehen nicht die gleichen Anforderungen gestellt werden wie bei der Außenwand eines Tischgerätes. Ein Einbaugerät kann indirekt an ästheti- sehe Vorstellungen eines Benutzers angepasst werden, da Möbel, die für den Einbau eines solchen Geräts geeignet sind, von einer Vielzahl von Herstellern in unterschiedlichsten Erscheinungsformen angeboten werden.
Ein Nachteil der Einbaugeräte ist jedoch, dass die Mobilität der Tischgeräte vollends ver- loren geht. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit, den Standort dieser Geräte an kurzfristig wechselnde Bedürfnisse ihrer Benutzer anzupassen, und den Kühlschrank z.B. anlässlich eines Festes oder einer anderen besonderen Gelegenheit von seinem üblichen Platz in der Küche auf die Terrasse, ins Kinderzimmer oder an einen anderen Ort zu verlagern.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, eine Möbel-Kältegerät-Kombination anzugeben, die einerseits eine variable äußere Gestaltung des Geräts erlaubt, die auch gehobenen Ansprüchen der Anwender genügt, und die es erlaubt, ein solches Gerät kurzfristigen Bedürfnissen der Anwender entsprechend zu verlagern.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch eine Möbel-Kältegerät-Kombination mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.
Die Kombination umfasst ein an sich herkömmliches Einbau-Kältegerät, um das ein Gehäuse mit an vertikalen Trägern montierten Wandplatten herum gebaut ist. Diese Wandplatten sind, anders als die eines Standgerätes, nicht mit einer Isolationsschicht des Kältegerätes verbunden, so dass es möglich bleibt, Kältegeräte in großer Serie einheitlich zu fertigen und eine Anpassung an die Wünsche einzelner Kunden durch Anbringung von aus einer Mehrzahl verschiedener Modelle ausgewählter Wandplatten erst ganz am Ende der Fertigung oder gar erst bei Auslieferung des Geräts an den Anwender vorzunehmen.
Anders als bei den herkömmlichen Möbeln für den Einbau von Kältegeräten müssen die Wandplatten der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination im wesentlichen keine tragende Funktion haben, denn diese wird von den Trägern übernommen. Die Wandplatten können daher sehr dünn sein, so dass die äußeren Abmessungen der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination nur unwesentlich größer sein müssen als die eines darin eingebauten Kältegerätes.
Das Einbau-Kältegerät ist vorzugsweise auf einer Grundplatte platziert, an der auch die Träger montiert sind. Diese Grundplatte gewährleistet durch eine an die Außenform des Einbau-Kältegerätes angepasste Gestalt dessen Standfestigkeit.
Vorzugsweise ist die Kombination mit Hilfe von an ihr montierten Rollen verfahrbar. Diese Rollen sind zweckmäßigerweise feststellbar, damit sich die Kombination beim Öffnen einer Tür oder beim Herausziehen eines Auszugkastens nicht bewegt.
Die Träger sind zweckmäßigerweise durch Metallprofile, z.B. aus Stahl oder Aluminium, gebildet. Sie sind vorzugsweise mit Nuten versehen, in die Ränder der Wandplatten ein- steckbar sind. Durch Einstecken von Wandplatten aus unterschiedlichen Materialien oder mit unterschiedlichen Dekoren lässt sich so das Erscheinungsbild der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination mit wenigen Handgriffen variieren. Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Möbel-Kältegerät- Kombination. Die Kombination umfasst ein Einbau-Kühlgerät 1 , das allseits von einem Gehäuse 2 umgeben ist. Eine obere Deckplatte des Gehäuses ist hier fortgelassen, so dass durch einen Ausschnitt 2 eines oberen Rahmens 3 das Kühlgerät 1 freiliegt.
Wie auch in Fig. 2 zu erkennen, ist das Kühlgerät 1 an allen vier Seiten von Wandplatten 4, 5, 6 umgeben, die in Nuten 9 von vertikalen Trägern 7, 8 eingesteckt sind. Die Träger 7, 8 sind an einer in der Fig. 1 nicht sichtbaren Bodenplatte 13 befestigt, die auch das Kühlgerät 1 trägt und an deren Unterseite arretierbare Rollen 10 montiert sind. Mit Hilfe der Rollen 10 kann die Kombination mühelos an einen beliebigen Einsatzort gebracht werden.
Die Träger 7, 8 sind Profile aus Metall, deren Querschnitt in Fig. 2 im Detail zu erkennen ist. Die vorderen Träger 7 haben jeweils einen in etwa U-förmigem Hauptabschnitt 11 mit zwei durch einen Zwischenabschnitt rechtwinklig verbundenen Schenkeln 12, 15, wobei am freien Ende des äußeren Schenkels 12 eine der Nuten 9 angeformt ist, die einen Rand der seitlichen Wandplatte 5 aufnimmt, während an einen der Tür 14 des Kältegeräts zugewandten inneren Schenkel 15 ein Winkelprofil 16 angeformt ist, welches die Position des Isoliergehäuses des Kühlgeräts 1 festlegt.
Die Tür 14 des Kältegeräts ist in von Einbaugeräten her bekannter Art und Weise mit der vorderen Wandplatte 4 verkleidet.
Die hinteren Träger 8 haben jeweils einen Hauptabschnitt 17 von L-förmigem Querschnitt, an dessen freie Enden jeweils eine Nut 9 zum Aufnehmen eines Randes einer seitlichen Wandplatte 5 oder der hinteren Wandplatte 6 angeformt sind.
Die Träger 7, 8 tragen das Gewicht des Rahmens 3 und einer darauf montierten (nicht dargestellten) Deckplatte. Die Wandplatten 4, 5, 6 haben praktisch keine tragende Funktion, sie brauchen daher nur eine geringe Materialstärke aufzuweisen. Die seitlichen Abmessungen der Kombination sind daher nur geringfügig größer als die des Kühlgeräts 1. Die Kombination kann daher ohne Schwierigkeiten in einer zur Aufnahme eines herkömm- liehen Einbau-Kältegeräts dimensionierten Nische von typischerweise 60 oder 80 cm Breite untergebracht werden, ist aber im Gegensatz zu einem Einbaugerät aus dieser Nische nach Bedarf herausziehbar. Fig. 3 zeigt die Kombination in einem teilweise aus einer Einbaumöbelfront herausgezogenen Zustand.
Um das Herausziehen zu erleichtern, ist an der oberen vorderen Kante des Rahmens 3 eine Griffaussparung 18 mit einer Stange 19 (siehe Fig. 1) gebildet, die ein Benutzer fassen kann, um das Gerät aus einer Nische heraus und zu sich heranzuziehen. Die Deck- platte 33 (siehe Fig. 3) der Kombination kann so im herausgezogenen Zustand als zusätzliche Arbeitsplatte für Küchenarbeiten genutzt werden.
Es sind zwar Einbauküchen bekannt, bei denen sich die nutzbare Arbeitsfläche durch Herausziehen von versenkten Platten vergrößern lässt, diese herkömmliche Konstruktion hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass Schrankraum oder ein Einbaugerät, das sich unterhalb einer solchen herausgezogenen Platte befindet, nur noch erschwert zugänglich ist. Da bei der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination bei Nutzung der Deckplatte 33 als Arbeitsplatte auch das Kühlgerät selber aus seiner Nische vorgerückt wird, bleibt dessen gute Zugänglichkeit erhalten.
Die Wandplatten 4, 5, 6 können aus einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Materialien wie etwa Aluminium, Stahl, Sicherheitsglas, Sperrholz, etc. gefertigt werden, so dass allein durch Auswahl der Wandplatten und eventuell von deren Dekor eine Vielzahl von Designmöglichkeiten realisierbar ist, die die Anpassung der Kombination an eine Vielzahl von An- Wendungsumgebungen erlaubt.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ansicht der Kombination aus Fig. 1 von hinten. Die hintere Wandplatte 6 weist an ihrem oberen Ende eine Mehrzahl von Lüftungsschlitzen 20 auf, durch die an einem Wärmetauscher des Kühlgeräts 1 erwärmte Luft entweichen kann. Weitere, hier nicht dargestellte Lüftungsschlitze für die Zuführung von Frischluft können im unteren Bereich der hinteren Wandplatte 6 oder im hinteren Bereich der Bodenplatte vorgesehen werden. Die hintere Wandplatte 6 kann auch entfallen, wenn eine allseitig freie Aufstellung der Kombination nicht vorgesehen ist.
Fig. 5 zeigt eine Abwandlung der Befestigung der Wandplatten 5, 6 in den Nuten 9 der Träger 7, 8. Während bei der Konstruktion der Fig. 2 die Wandplatten lediglich vor der Anbringung der Deckplatte von oben in einander gegenüberliegende Nuten zweier Träger 7, 8 eingeschoben werden und darin nicht weiter verankert werden, sind bei dieser Ausgestaltung die inneren Schenkel 21 der Nuten 9 mit Gewindebohrungen 22 versehen, die es ermöglichen, mit Hilfe von in die Bohrungen 22 eingedrehten Schrauben 23 die Wandplatten jeweils gegen die äußeren Schenkel 24 der Nuten zu pressen und unverrückbar zu halten. Zur Lagefixierung können die Wandplatten 5, 6, wie hier gezeigt, mit Sackbohrungen 25 versehen sein, die jeweils die Spitzen der Schrauben 23 aufnehmen. Einer Abwandlung zufolge können die Gewindebohrungen und Schrauben auch durch zwischen den inneren Schenkeln 21 und den Wandplatten angeordnete Blattfedern ersetzt werden, die die Wandplatten jeweils gegen die äußeren Schenkel 25 gedrückt halten.
Die erfindungsgemäße Kombination eignet sich selbstverständlich nicht nur zur Aufstellung in einer Möbelnische, sondern auch in Alleinstellung. In diesem Fall können die Träger 7, 8 genutzt werden, um daran Erweiterungsmodule zu befestigen. Zu diesem Zweck sind bei der Ausgestaltung der Fig. 5 die Träger 7, 8 in regelmäßigen Abständen mit Lö- ehern oder Gewindebohrungen 26 versehen, in denen jeweils ein Erweiterungsmodul einhängbar oder verschraubbar ist.
Bei der Ausgestaltung der Fig. 7 umfassen diese Erweiterungsmodule zwei an der linken Seite montierte Regalböden 27 sowie zwei horizontale Stangen 28, z.B. zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern oder zum Einhaken von diversen Küchenutensilien.
Bei der Ausgestaltung aus Fig. 8 ist an der linken Seite als Erweiterungsmodul ein Schubladenkasten 29 montiert, bei Fig. 9 ist es auf der linken Seite ein Messerblock 30 und auf der rechten Seite eine Anordnung von drei vorne offenen Kästen 31 , z.B. für die Lagerung von Weinflaschen.
Bei der Ausgestaltung der Fig. 10 ist an der linken Seite ein Halter 32 für gestielte Trinkgläser vorgesehen.
Fig. 11 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf eine Deckplatte 33, die zur Montage auf dem Rahmen 3 von Fig. 1 vorgesehen ist. Die Besonderheit der Deckplatte 33 ist ein darin eingelassenes Schneidbrett 34, z.B. aus Polyethylen oder Granit.
Selbstverständlich eignen sich nicht nur die Seitenwände, sondern auch die Deckplatte, insbesondere in ihrem hinteren Bereich, für die Anbringung von Erweiterungsmodulen. Zwei Beispiele hierfür sind in den Figs. 12 und 13 gezeigt. An dem rahmenartigen Aufbau 35 der Fig. 12 sind Halterungsmöglichkeiten für Stielgläser 36, ein Kochbuchhalter 37 und eine Lampe 38 vorgesehen; der Aufbau der Fig. 13 umfasst mehrere Schubladen 39, z.B. zur Unterbringung von schüttfähigen Kochzutaten wie Mehl, Zucker oder dergleichen, und an einem die Schubladen verbindenden Querbalken 44 eine Lampe 41 und Aufhängungsmöglichkeiten für Gewürzdosen 42.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Möbel-Kältegerät-Kombination mit einem von Wandplatten (4, 5, 6) verkleideten Einbau-Kältegerät (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandplatten (4, 5, 6) an vertikalen Trägern (7, 8) montiert sind, die an den Ecken des Einbau-Kältegeräts angeordnet sind und eine Deckplatte (33) über dem Kältegerät (1) tragen.
2. Kombination nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandplatten (4, 5, 6) im wesentlichen keine tragende Funktion haben.
3. Kombination nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einbau-Kältegerät (1) auf einer Grundplatte (13) platziert ist, an der auch die Träger (7, 8) montiert sind.
4. Kombination nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch
Rollen (10), mit denen sie verfahrbar ist.
5. Kombination nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (10) feststellbar sind.
6. Kombination nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger (7, 8) Metallprofile sind.
7. Kombination nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeich- net, dass die Träger (7, 8) die äußeren Ecken der Kombination bilden.
8. Kombination nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger (7, 8) Nuten (9) aufweisen, in die Ränder der Wandplatten (4, 5, 6) einsteckbar sind.
