Description

Möbelwand und Möbel
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Möbelwand, insbesondere für Küchenmöbel, mit mindestens zwei vertikalen Profilen, die über eine Vielzahl von horizontalen Profilen miteinander verbunden sind, sowie ein Möbel.
Es gibt Möbelwände aus Spanplatten, die zu einem Möbelkorpus zusammengesetzt werden und auf die Beschläge verschraubt werden. Solche Möbelwände besitzen eine relativ hohe Masse und müssen schon beim Hersteller exakt auf die passende Größe zurechtgesägt werden.
Zudem gibt es Leichtbauplatten, bei denen eine mittlere Schicht mit Hohlräumen vorgesehen ist, beispielsweise in Form einer Wabenplatte. Bei solchen Leichtbauplatten besteht jedoch das Problem, dass die Montage von Beschlägen schwierig ist, da die mittlere Schicht im Wesentlichen nur auf Druck beansprucht werden kann. Zudem muss umlaufend ein Umleimer mit integrierter Stützfunktion / Stützkante angebracht werden, was insbesondere bei sogenannten Wabenplatten schwierig auszuführen ist.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Möbelwand zu schaffen, die eine geringe Masse besitzt und in flexiblen Größen hergestellt werden kann. Erstrebenswert ist ein Baukastensystem, um die Varianz im Möbelwerk gering zu halten. Beim Monteur auf der Baustelle wird das „Möbelnormelement" für die jeweilige Funktion vorbereitet, indem werkzeuglos perforierte Öffnungen aus der Seitenwand herausgebrochen werden, um Aussparungen für Beschläge zu schaffen. Damit ist eine Montage von Beschlägen auf einfache Weise ermöglicht.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit einer Möbelwand mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Die erfindungsgemäße Möbelwand umfasst mindestens zwei vertikale Profile, die über eine Vielzahl von horizontalen Profilen miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die horizontalen Profile endseitig Kopfstücke bzw. Aufnahmeeinrichtungen aufweisen, an denen jeweils ein vertikales Profil festgelegt ist, und an jedem Kopf- stück bzw, jeder Aufnahmeinrichtung mindestens eine Aufnahme zur Fixierung eines Beschlags ausgebildet ist. Dadurch kann die Möbelwand relativ stabil ausgebildet sein, da durch die fachwerkartige Konstruktion mit horizontalen und vertikalen Profilen hohe Kräfte aufgenommen werden können. Dabei ist die Möbelwand in Leichtbauweise ausgeführt, da zwischen den vertikalen und horizontalen Profilen Hohlräume ausgebildet sind, so dass bezogen auf das Volumen der Möbelwand nur eine geringe Masse vorhanden ist, Die Hohlräume lassen sich als Zugang zu Kabeltrassen nutzen, aber ebenso sind sie als Zusatzraum zur Aufnahme für Zusatzeinrichtungen, wie beispielsweise Transformatoren, Behältnissen oder Vorrat- tanks, nutzbar.
Denkbar ist auch, die Hohlräume auszuschäumen, wobei der Schaum auch die beidseitigen Deckschichten sowie die Stirnkanten ausbilden könnte und somit zusätzliche Abdeckplatten überflüssig macht. Zudem kann der Schaum als Dekor- element eingesetzt werden. Der Schaum kann zusätzlich zur Isolierung des Innenraumes des Korpus dienen. Somit kann das Lagergut vor ungeeigneten Temperaturen geschützt werden. In den Hohlraum der Fach Werkskonstruktion können auch Wärmetauschvorrichtungen integriert sein, um die Temperatur im Inneren des Korpus zu erhöhen oder zu senken.
Die horizontalen Profile werden mit den vertikalen Profilen in einem vorher definierten Raster zu einer Möbelwand zusammengefügt, welches die spätere Funktion des Küchenmöbels widerspiegelt. Die Montage der Beschläge erfolgt auf einfache Weise an den Kopfstücken bzw. Aufnahmeeinrichtungen, die mit mindestens einer entsprechenden Aufnahme ausgerüstet sind. Aufgrund des sehr variablen und gleichartigen Aufbaus ist eine Vielfalt von Kombinationen möglich. Beispielsweise kann im Vorderbereich ein Schubkasten verfahren werden, während im rückwärtigen Bereich eine Drehtür festgelegt ist. Zudem lassen sich Zwischenwände an beliebiger Position einschieben, um beispielsweise punktuelle Versteifungen im Fachwerk der Korpusseiten zu erhalten oder um unterschiedliche Nutzräume voneinander abzugrenzen.
Für eine einfache Montage umfasst die mindestens eine Aufnahme an jedem Kopfstück eine Nut, in die eine Montageplatte eines Beschlags, beispielsweise eines Scharniers, einschiebbar ist. Dabei kann an jedem Kopfstück bzw. jeder Aufnahmeeinrichtung ein Rastmittel zur Fixierung eines Beschlags ausgebildet sein, so dass eine werkzeuglose Montage möglich ist. Die Rastmittel können eine federnde Lasche umfassen, die integral an dem Kopfstück bzw. Aufnahmeeinrichtung aus- gebildet ist. Dabei können an jedem Kopfstück bzw. Aufnahmeeinrichtung an gegenüberliegenden Seiten Aufnahmen angeordnet sein, so dass je nach Einsatz- zweck an ausgewählten Kopfstücken bzw. Aufnahmeeinrichtungen diverse Beschläge montiert werden können. Die Aufnahmen der Kopfstücke bzw. Aufnahmeeinrichtungen können dabei durch eine Abdeckung verschlossen sein, so dass nur bei Montage eines Beschlags die entsprechende Aufnahme durch Entfernung der
Abdeckung geöffnet wird.
Für eine stabile Abstützung der Möbelwand können die vertikalen Profile durch eine Öffnung in den Kopfstücken bzw. Aufnahmeeinrichtungen durchgefühlt sein. Dadurch können an den verschiedenen horizontalen Profilen Gewichtskräfte aufgenommen werden, beispielsweise verursacht durch Schubkästen, Scharniere oder andere Bauteile. Durch die Durchführung der vertikalen Profile durch eine Öffnung ist eine Sicherheit gegen Kippen vorhanden. Die vertikalen Profile können dabei Rastmittel umfassen, an denen die Kopfstücke bzw. Aufnahmeeinrichtungen mit korrespondierenden Rastmitteln festlegbar sind. Dann können auch die vertikalen
Profile werkzeugfrei montiert werden und ohne Messmittel auf gleiche Abstände ausgerichtet werden.
Gemäß einer Ausgestaltung sind an einem oberen Ende und/oder einem unteren Ende ein Abschlussprofil zur Fixierung eines Bodens oder einer Abdeckplatte vorgesehen. Das Abschlussprofil kann dabei mindestens eine Nut zum Einschieben eines Halteprofils aufweisen, so dass am Abschlussprofil ein oder mehrere Abdeckplatten bzw. Böden montiert werden können. Die Halteprofile sind fest mit einem Boden bzw. einer Traverse verbunden. Des Weiteren lassen sich über an der Au- ßenseite des Abschlussprofils vorgesehene Trapezführungen technische Applikationen festlegen, wie beispielsweise Beleuchtungselemente oder Ablagekörbe.
Vorzugsweise sind an jeder Möbelwand zwei voneinander beabstandete Fußelemente an einer Unterseite vorgesehen. Die Fußelemente können dabei an ein oder mehreren Kopfstücken fixiert sein. Vorzugsweise sind die Fußelemente pfosten- förmig ausgebildet und weisen eine Leiste mit Rastmitteln auf, die an den Kopfstücken verrastet werden können. Dann können auch die Fußelemente ohne Werkzeuge montiert und verstellt werden.
Vorzugsweise weisen die horizontalen Profile eine Aufnahme zum Einschieben einer Führungsschiene einer Auszugs führung auf. Dann kann die Führungsschiene an den Kopfstücken und den horizontalen Profilen gehalten werden, wobei die Aufnahme an den horizontalen Profilen vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen formschlüssig einen Teil der Führungsschiene umgibt. Die horizontalen Profile können zudem eine oder mehrere Hohlkammern aufweisen, insbesondere um Kabel oder andere Leitungen darin aufzunehmen.
Für ein optisch geschlossenes Erscheinungsbild umfasst die Möbelwand seitlich eine Abdeckplatte, die an den horizontalen und/oder vertikalen Profilen oder den
Kopfstücken festgelegt ist. Es ist auch möglich, an der Innenseite und der Außenseite jeweils eine Abdeckplatte vorzusehen. Die Stirnkanten der Möbelplatte können ebenfalls durch eine Blendenleiste verschlossen sein. Damit wird primär die Funktion eines Kantenumleimers erfüllt, aber durch eine aufklipsbare Blendenleis- te lassen sich weitere Zusatzfunktionen realisieren. Hier seien beispielhaft genannt
Lichtleiste, Energiezufuhr, Energieverteilung, Aufnahme von Dichtprofilen und/oder Aufnahme von Haltemagneten.
Ein Baukastensystem aus vorgefertigten Elementen kann auch in Bereichen An- wendung finden, wo eine hohe Flexibilität bei geringer Masse der Bauelemente erforderlich ist. Beispielsweise im Wohnwagen-, Reisemobil- Flugzeug- oder Schiffsbau. Somit können hier Wandelemente nach Kundenwünschen zusammengestellt und vorgefertigt werden bevor sie an der gewünschten Stelle einfach und zügig zusammengesetzt werden können.
Auch können gesamte Möbelkorpusse wie z.B. für Unter-, Hoch- oder Hängebzw. Oberschränke vorgefertigt werden und am Zielort endmontiert werden. Die gesamte Endmontage kann nahezu werkzeuglos durch zusammenfügen und Verras- ten der Elemente erfolgen. Die Endmontage vor Ort kann somit schnell und kostengünstig erfolgen.
Erfindungsgemäß wird auch ein Möbel bereitgestellt, das einen Möbelkorpus mit mindestens zwei erfindungsgemäßen Möbelwänden aufweist,
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Ein Möbel 1 , insbesondere ein Küchenmöbel, umfasst einen Möbelkorpus mit mehreren Möbelwänden 2, die jeweils eine Seitenwand des Möbelkorpus ausbilden. Die Möbelwände 2 sind über Traversen 30 miteinander verbunden und können eine Schranktür 3 oder Schubeleraente lagern.
Jede Möbelwand 2 umfasst eine Vielzahl von horizontalen Profilen 4, die endseitig jeweils ein Kopfstück 5 aufweisen. Die Kopfstücke 5 der horizontalen Profile 4 sind über eine vertikale Leiste 11 miteinander verbunden. An der Unterseite einer Möbelwand 2 ist ein leistenförmiges Fußelement 7 mit einem verstellbaren Fuß 8 vorgesehen, das an den Kopfstücken 5 festgelegt ist.
Die horizontalen Profile 4 mit den Kopfstücken 5 dienen zur Aufnahme von Beschlägen, wobei in Figur 1 ein Scharnier 20 an einem Kopfstück 5 festgelegt ist. Auch andere Beschläge können an einer Möbelwand 2 festgelegt werden.
Die seitlichen dünnen Abdeckplatten 14 weisen Perforationen 46 auf, die sich werkzeuglos herausbrechen lassen, um Aussparungen für Beschlagelemente zu schaffen.
In den Figuren 3 und 4 ist der fachwerkartige Innenaufbau der Möbelwand 2 ge- zeigt. Die horizontalen Profile 4 und die vertikalen Profile 1 1 sind zwischen zwei
Abdeckplatten 14 angeordnet, die an den Profilen 4 und den Kopfstücken 5 angeklebt sein können oder über mechanische Befestigungsmittel fixiert werden. Die vertikalen Leisten 1 1 durchgreifen eine Öffnung in den Kopfstücken 5 und sind an diesen verrastbar. Hierfür ist an jedem vertikalen Profil 11 eine Leiste 12 angeord- net, die federnde Laschen 16 aufweist. Die Laschen 16 können in entsprechende Aussparungen an den Kopfstücken 5 verrastet werden. Die Fußelemente 7 durchgreifen ebenfalls eine Öffnung an den unteren Kopfstücken 5 und können über eine Leiste 13 fixiert werden, die ebenfalls federnde Laschen 15 als Rastmittel aufweist.
Jede Möbelwand 2 umfasst an der Oberseite eine Abdeckleiste 9, die an gegenüberliegenden Endseiten mit modifizierten Kopfstücken 10 verbunden ist. Die Kopfstücke 10 an den Abdeckleisten 9 sind ebenfalls von den vertikalen Profilen 11 durchgriffen.
In den Figuren 5A und 5B ist eine untere Ecke des gerüstartigen Aufbaus der Möbelwand 2 dargestellt. An dem Fußelement 7 ist die Leiste 13 festgelegt, die hervorstehende federnde Laschen 15 aufweist. Eine Lasche 15 ist an einem Kopfstück 5 verrastet und dient zur Aufnahme der auftretenden Gewichtskräfte. Es können auch mehrere Laschen 15 an den einzelnen Kopfstücken 5 verrastet werden.
Wie in den Figuren 6A und 6B zu sehen ist, kann an jedem Kopfstück 5 ein Beschlag montiert werden, insbesondere ein Scharnier 20. Das Scharnier 20 umfasst ein bewegbares Scharnierteil 21 , an dem eine Tür festlegbar ist. Das Scharnierteil 21 ist über Gelenkelemente 22 mit einem Gehäuse 23, das über eine Montageplatte
25 an einem Kopfstück 5 festgelegt ist, verbunden. Hierfür ist an jedem Kopfstück 5 eine Aufnahme 24 ausgebildet, die eine Nut umfasst, in die die Montageplatte 25 einschiebbar ist. Im Bereich der Aufnahme 24 ist eine federnde Lasche 27 als Rastmittel an dem Kopfstück 5 festgelegt. An jedem Kopfstück 5 ist dabei an ge- genüberliegenden Seiten jeweils eine Aufnahme 24 zur Festlegung eines Beschlags vorgesehen, wobei nur ein Teil der Aufnahmen 24 an den Kopfstücken 5 tatsächlich genutzt wird. Zur Festlegung eines Scharniers 20 an einer Aufnahme 24 rastet die Lasche 27 an einer Aussparung 26 an der Montageplatte 25 ein. Im übrigen ist jeder Rand der Montageplatte 25 an der Aufnahme 24 U- förmig umgriffen, so dass auch Gewichtsbelastungen oder Drehmomente durch das Kopfteil 5 aufgenommen werden können.
In den Figuren 7A und 7B ist ein unterer Bereich der Möbelwand 2 dargestellt, bei dem die horizontale Abdeckleiste 9 sichtbar ist. Die Abdeckleiste 9 weist an gege- nüberliegenden Seiten jeweils eine im Querschnitt hakenförmige Nut 29 auf, die zur Festlegung eines Halteprofils 31 dient, an dem ein Boden 34 festgelegt ist. Das Halteprofil 31 greift mit einem Vorsprung 32 in den Boden 34 ein. An der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Halteprofils 31 ist ein hakenförmiger Vorsprung 33 ausge- bildet, der in die Nut 29 an der Abdeckleiste 9 eingreift, so dass der Boden 34 in die Abdeckleiste 9 eingeschoben wird. Der Boden 34 kann in den anderen Ebenen als Zwischenboden eingesetzt werden.
In den Figuren 8A und 8B ist eine Möbelwand 2 dargestellt, bei der an einem hori- zontalen Profil 4 und einem Kopfstück 5 eine Führungsschiene 40 einer Auszugs- führung montiert ist. Die Führungsschiene 40 ist als winkelförmiges L-Profil ausgebildet, das mit einem Schenkel in die Aufnahme 24 an einem Kopfstück 5 eingeschoben ist. Die horizontalen Profile 4 weisen ebenfalls eine Aufnahme auf, in die der Schenkel der Führungsschiene 40 einfügbar ist. An der Führungsschiene 40 ist mindestens eine Laufschiene 41 verfahrbar gehalten, an der eine Seitenzarge 42 eines Schubkastens festgelegt ist, die nur schematisch dargestellt ist, Gewichtskräfte werden über die Führungsschiene 40 an das horizontale Profil 4 und die Kopfstücke 5 weitergegeben, die durch die federnden Laschen 16 an den vertikalen Profilen 1 1 gehalten sind.
In den Figuren 9A und 9B ist eine Möbelwand 2 im oberen Bereich dargestellt, an dem eine Abdeckleiste 9 vorgesehen ist, die entweder mit einer Traverse 30 gekoppelt ist, oder mit einem Boden 34. Die Abdeckleiste 9 ist sowohl nutzbar zur Fixierung eines Bodens 34, als auch zur Fixierung einer Traverse 30. Sie umfasst an gegenüberliegenden Seiten eine Nut 29 mit hakenförmigem Querschnitt. In die
Nut 29 ist ein Haltepro fil 31 mit einem hakenförmigen Vorsprung 33 eingeschoben, wobei das Halteprofil 31 mit der Traverse 30 oder dem Boden 34 verbunden ist. Auf die Traverse 30 kann eine hier nicht dargestellte Arbeitsplatte, ein Spülbecken oder sonstige Auflageelemente aufgesetzt werden.
In den Figuren 10 und 1 1 ist gezeigt, wie aus den einzelnen Elementen ein Oberschrank gebildet wird. Während die horizontalen Profile 4' mit Kopfstücken 5', die vertikalen Profile 1 1 ' und die Abschlusspro file 9' den fachwerkartigen Rahmen einer Möbel wand 2 bilden, entsteht ein aus einem oben liegenden Abschlussprofil 9', einem Kopfstück 5' und einem vertikalen Profil 43 gebildeter Hohlraum. In diesen kann eine Aufnahme 44 geschoben werden, bis deren Rückseite in einer U- förmigen Nut am vertikalen Profil 43 zur Anlage kommt. Die Aufnahme 44 sorgt dafür, einen Klappenbeschlag 45 aufzunehmen. Die Kopfstücke 5' können Monta- geplatten, beispielsweise für ein Scharnier, aufnehmen.
Wie die Figuren 12 bis 14 zeigen, lassen sich mehrere Möbel wände 2 derart auf- einandersetzen, dass ein Hochschrank gebildet wird. Dieses geschieht in der Weise, dass ein am Kopfstück 5 und im horizontalem Profil 4 ausgebildetes Schwalben- schwanzprofil in eine Gegenkontur am Abschlussprofil 9 geschoben wird, siehe
Figur 13. Somit entsteht ein stabiler Formschluss. In den Figuren 12 und 14 ist links exemplarisch ein Ausschnitt eines nach dem zuvor beschriebenen Vorgang gebildeten Hochschranks abgebildet. Die rechte Seite zeigt den oberen Abschluss eines Unterschranks durch eine Traverse 30, die zum Abstützen einer hier nicht dargestellten Arbeitsplatte dienen kann. Die Böden 34 sowie die Traverse 30 sind nur angedeutet um den Blick auf die Möbelwand 2 freizugeben.
Jede Möbelwand 2 ist in beliebiger Größe, Höhe sowie Tiefe zusammensetzbar und kann in unterschiedlichen Rastermaßen zu einem Möbelkorpus zusammengesetzt werden. Die horizontalen Profile 4 und vertikalen Profile 1 1 sowie die Kopfstücke
5 können insbesondere aus Metall oder Kunststoff hergestellt sein, wobei auch andere Materialien verwendet werden können. Durch die Anordnung von Hohlräumen zwischen den horizontalen Profilen 4 ist eine Möbelwand 2 verglichen mit einem Material aus Vollprofü vergleichsweise leicht ausgebildet. Zudem können die Gerüste aus horizontalen Profilen 4, Kopfstücken 5 und vertikalen Profilen 1 1 im

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Möbelwand, insbesondere für Küchenmöbel, mit mindestens zwei vertikalen Profilen (1 1,11 '). die über mindestens zwei horizontale Profile (4,4', 9) mit- einander verbunden sind, wobei die horizontalen Profile entweder über (4,4'.
9) endseitige Kopfstücke (5,5*) oder direkt an den vertikalen Profilen (11.11 ') festgelegt sind, und an jedem Kopfstück (5,5') oder jedem horizontalen Profil (4, 4') mindestens eine Aufnahme (24) zur Fixierung eines Beschlags (20, 40) ausgebildet ist.
2. Möbelwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Aufnahme (24) an jedem Kopfstück (5,5') eine Nut umfasst, in die eine Montageplatte (25) eines beliebigen Beschlags (20) einschiebbar ist.
3. Möbelwand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem Kopfstück (5,5') Rastmittel (27) zur Fixierung eines beliebigen Beschlags (20, 40) ausgebildet sind.
4. Möbelwand nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastmittel (27) eine federnde Lasche umfassen.
5. Möbel wand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Profile (1 1,1 1 ') durch eine Öffnung in den Kopfstücken (5,5') durchgeführt sind.
6. Möbelwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Profile (11 ,11 ') eine Leiste (12) mit Rastmitteln (16) umfassen, an denen die Kopfstücke (5,5') festlegbar sind.
7. Möbelwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem oberen Ende und/oder einem unteren Ende eine Abschlussleiste (9) zur Fixierung eines Bodens (30) oder einer Abdeckplatte vorgesehen sind.
8. Möbelwand nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckleiste (9) mindestens eine Nut (29) zum Einschieben eines Halteprofils aufweist.
9. Möbelwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei voneinander beabstandete Fußelemente (7) an einer Unterseite der
Möbelwand vorgesehen sind.
10. Möbelwand nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußelemente (7) an ein oder mehreren Kopfstücken (5) fixiert sind.
1 1. Möbelwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Profile (4) eine Aufnahme zum Einschieben einer Führungsschiene (40) einer Auszugsführung aufweisen.
12. Möbelwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 1 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seitlich eine Abdeckplatte (14) an der Möbelwand fixiert ist.
13. Möbelwand nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckplatten (14) Perforationen (46) aufweisen.
14. Möbel (1), mit einem Möbelkorpus, der mindestens zwei Möbel wände nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
