Claims (16)
- Schrankwand in Systembauweise, mit im wesentlichen vertikal angeordneten, zumindest randseitig profilierten Endwänden, i.e. Seitenwänden, bzw. entsprechend diesen ausgebildeten und in einem frei wählbaren Raster angeordneten Zwischenwänden sowie mit die Endwände bzw. die jeweils im Raster benachbart zueinander angeordneten Zwischenwände zumindest an deren oberem und unterem Ende überbrückenden Konstruktionsböden, i.e. Stahlblechböden, die jeweils über Verbindungselemente mit den Seiten- bzw. Zwischenwänden verbunden sind, wobei die Konstruktionsböden (6) mit Stegflächen aus Stahlblech hergestellt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils im Eckbereich von den parallel zu einer Bodenfläche des Stahlblechbodens (6) verlaufenden, abgewinkelten Stegflächen (14) Ausnehmungen (32, 33) angeordnet sind, durch die sich Verbindungselemente (8) die, zum Zusammenhalt der Seiten- bzw. Zwischenwände mit dem jeweils zugehörigen Konstruktionsboden (6) angeordnet sind, erstrecken, und die Verbindungselemente (8) jeweils einen an einem Profilbereich (12) der Seiten- bzw. Zwischenwand (4, 5) festschraubbaren, im wesentlichen U-förmig gebogenen Haltewinkel (23) mit Gewindebohrungen (20) und einen damit zusammenwirkenden Höhensteller (22) sowie einen im wesentlichen L-förmig gebogenen Befestigungswinkel (24) aufweisen, der mit seinem einen Schenkel (25) in einer Nut (1) des Profilbereichs (12). und mit seinem anderen Schenkel (26) mit dem Stahlblechboden (6) verschraubbar ist.
- Schrankwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stahlblechboden (6) eine Dicke zwischen 0,5 mm bis 1,5 mm, vorzugsweise von 1 mm, aufweist.
- Schrankwand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stahlblechboden (6) oberflächenbehandelt ist.
- Schrankwand nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche des Stahlblechbodens (6) pulverbeschichtet bzw. einbrennlackiert ist.
- Schrankwand nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stahlblechboden (6) an seinen Randkanten zumindest einfach, vorzugsweise mehrfach abgewinkelt ausgebildet ist.
- Schrankwand nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der sichtbaren Seite zumindest der rechtwinklig zur Bodenfläche abgewinkelten Stirnfläche (13) ein gegebenenfalls mit einem Dichtstreifen (7) versehener Verblendstreifen (10) befestigt, vorzugsweise aufgeklebt ist.
- Schrankwand nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer im wesentlichen parallel zur Bodenfläche des Stahlblechbodens (6) verlaufenden Stegfläche (14) Clipse (15) zum Einhängen einer im Querschnitt im wesentlichen L-förmigen Blendleiste (17) befestigt sind.
- Schrankwand nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungswinkel (24) im Übergangsbereich zwischen seinem einen Schenkel (25) und seinem anderen Schenkel (26) als U-förmig zurückgebogener Hakenteil (34) ausgebildet ist, der durch Materialreduzierung gegenüber den Schenkeln (25 bzw. 26) eine Art Gelenk bildet.
- Schrankwand nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Innenseite eines zum Hakenteil (34) führenden Stegs (35) des einen Schenkels (26) eine zum anderen Schenkel (25) weisende Rastnase (36) angeordnet ist, die im montierten Zustand des Stahlblechbodens (6) mit einer in dessen seitlichen Stirnfläche (13') eingebrachten Rastausnehmung (37) zusammenwirkt.
- Schrankwand nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der im Bereich des Stahlblechbodens (6) liegende Schenkel (26) im Vergleich zu dem anderen Schenkel (25) länger, beispielsweise etwa doppelt so lang ausgebildet ist.
- Schrankwand nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der lange Schenkel (26) des Befestigungswinkels (24) in seiner an der Endwand (4) bzw. der Zwischenwand (5) befestigten, d. h. angeschraubten Lage und bei eingerastetem, aber noch nicht verschraubten Stahlblechboden (6) zu dessen Bodenfläche unter einem Winkel zwischen 1° bis 5°, vorzugsweise 2° geneigt angeordnet ist.
- Schrankwand nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungswinkel (24) aus einem vergüteten Bandstahl hergestellt ist.
- Schrankwand nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stahlblechboden (6) durch eine in seiner Bodenfläche im wesentlichen mittig anschraubbare Stützstrebe (38) abstützbar ist
- Schrankwand nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der auf einer winkelförmigen Sockelleiste abgestützte Höhensteller (22) über eine im Stahlblechboden (6) und eine im zugewandten Schenkel (26) des Befestigungswinkels (24) befindliche Durchtrittsöffnung (29, 31) verstellbar ist
- Schrankwand nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die End- (4) bzw. Zwischenwand (5) von einer einstückig durchgehenden Strangprofilplatte (9) gebildet ist
- Schrankwand nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strangprofilplatte (9) aus einem metallischen Werkstoff, vorzugsweise Aluminium, insbesondere einer Aluminium-Magnesium-Silicium-Legierung gebildet ist.
