Pour mieux comprendre la constitution dudit dispositif, on va réaliser la liaison du plancher supérieur au prolongement en hauteur du mur 10.Referring to the figure 1 a wall 10 constituting the first wall and a floor 11 constituting the second wall are connected by a connecting device according to the invention. To better understand the constitution of said device, we will achieve the connection of the upper floor to the extension in height of the wall 10.

To do this, we do the following.

A so-called inner metal block 12 is placed vertically, that is to say on the inner side where the upper floor will be; the outer face 13 of the wall 12 is in the extension of the inner face 14 of the wall 10; on this outer face 13 of the panel 12, it is conventionally fixed by magnets 15, figure 2 waiting irons 16 connected together by longitudinal members 17, made of wood or plastic, which they pass through; here, the waiting irons 16 are U-shaped and two longitudinal members 17 are provided, arranged parallel to the floor 11, that is to say horizontally; one of the wings of U-shaped stand-by irons 16 passes through one of the longitudinal members 17, and the other wing of the U-shaped stand-by bars 16 crosses the other longitudinal member 17; these wings are bent at right angles so that the free ends can extend parallel to the wall 12; these free ends will be deployed after completion of the wall and opening of the formwork that constitutes the boards, the inner panel 12 and an outer panel 18; such a deployment is visible on the figure 3 .

These operations are classic; the positioning of the inner wall 12 is facilitated by the presence of a heel 19, constituted by the upper part of the wall 10 located above the upper level of the floor 11.

All operations are performed from a work platform 20 at the height of the floor 11, outside; a solid and heavy stud 21, as well as metal rods 22, allow the maintenance of the formwork 12.

Des éléments à incorporer sont posés, tels que le mannequin 23 d'une fenêtre, des boîtiers électriques, non représentés, ou autres ; d'autres fers sont également posés et maintenus par des aimants, tels que les aimants 15.Elements to be incorporated are placed, such as the manikin 23 of a window, electrical boxes, not shown, or other; other irons are also laid and held by magnets, such as magnets 15.

According to the invention, an insulating element 30 is pressed against the outer face 13 of the inner wall 12; its shape is such that it caps the magnets 15 and at least partially waiting irons 16; its section is in the general shape of U and its concavity is turned towards the inner wall 12.

The core 31 of the U carries wings 32 and 33 extending generally parallel to each other and perpendicular to the core 31; the wings 32 and 33 internally have recesses, respectively 34 and 35, longitudinal whose shape corresponds in part to the outer shape of the magnets 15 which fit together perfectly, so as to ensure the correct positioning of the element of insulation 30; the maintenance of the latter is provided by a wedging disposed between the core 31 and the block 18.

The insulation member 30 may be expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene, polyurethane, polyisocyanurate, expanded perlite, cellular glass, phenolic foam, cork, wood, polyvinyl chloride, fibragglo, or other insulating and / or fireproof material. It may, of course, consist of only one of these materials or of several of them: for example, the core 31 of the U may be expanded polystyrene and the wings 32 and 33 of wood, secured to the soul 31 in particular by gluing.

Ici, l'angle extérieur de raccordement des ailes 32, 33 à l'âme 31 a été cassé, comme visible en 36.Here, the outer connection angle of the wings 32, 33 to the core 31 has been broken, as visible at 36.

L'élément d'isolation 30 des figures 3 et 4 présente des ouvertures 37 ménagées dans l'âme 31 permettant le passage des fers en attente 16.The insulation element 30 Figures 3 and 4 has openings 37 formed in the core 31 allowing the passage of irons pending 16.

Un premier treillis 24 est ensuite posé, ainsi qu'éventuellement des armatures verticales et/ou horizontales complémentaires, des gaines électriques ou autres incorporations, puis un second treillis 25.A first lattice 24 is then placed, as well as optionally additional vertical and / or horizontal reinforcing bars, electrical ducts or other incorporations, then a second lattice 25.

We then proceed to the establishment of threaded rods 26 and 27 frustoconical spacers, then to that of the second outer wall 18.

Le mur est alors coulé.The wall is then sunk.

When the structures of the formwork are disassembled, in particular the inner wall 12 and the magnets 15, the ends of the waiting iron 16 are deployed to ensure the connection with the floor which is then conventionally cast after the side members 17 have been removed: the lines mixed 29 simulate the upper and lower faces of said floor; the connection slice of the floor to the wall therefore extends to the right of and parallel to the integrated insulation element in the wall; it will have been noted that the ends of the flanges 32, 33 of the insulation element 30 are at an external distance from each other at least equal to the thickness of the floor, which external distance being that which separates the outer faces of the wings 32, 33.

Thanks to the insulation element 30, for this example, the floor-wall thermal bridge is extremely reduced, up to 70% compared to a usual floor-wall connection, concrete, with interior insulation.

It goes without saying that, depending on the nature of the material or materials constituting the insulation element 30, fire performance, air permeability, watertightness, acoustics are at less conserved.

It will have been noted that the mechanical connection between the wall and the floor is not affected by the presence of the insulating element 30 so that it can be implemented whatever the stresses to the bracing, due for example to wind or earthquakes, through openings such as 37 or 39 that allow, during casting, the concrete to coat the irons pending 16 that pass through.

As already mentioned above, an insulation element according to the invention makes it possible to treat all the connections encountered in the construction whether it is new or that it consists of an extension of old construction, whether a house or a building, whatever its destination.

Of course, depending on the case, the section of the insulation element may be adapted and it may comprise several branches or wings oriented at any angle.

In the example described and shown, the two walls are a wall and a floor, and are therefore between them a right angle, one being vertical and the other horizontal; of course, this angle could be different, especially when the two walls are vertical; therefore, the U of the section of the insulation element may not be generally straight.

Les figures 5 à 12 montrent l'élément d'isolation 30 différemment aménagé.The Figures 5 to 12 show the insulation element 30 differently arranged.

The Figures 5 and 6 show the insulation element 30 without the openings 37.

According to Figures 7 and 8 , the core 31 of the insulation member 30 internally has blind holes 38 of rectangular shape intended to be arranged in line with the souls of the U-shaped stand-by irons 16 so that they are well coated during the pouring of the floor.

According to Figures 9 and 10 , indentations 39 are formed in one of the wings of the insulating member 30, here the wing 33, so that a vertical iron 28 may extend in part in the interior volume defined by the element insulation 30.

According to Figures 11 and 12 , notches 39 formed in the two wings 32, 33 of the insulation member 30, facing one another, allow the vertical armature 28 to pass through the interior defined by the element of insulation 30.

Of course, the different arrangements shown on the figures 4 , 7 , 9, 11 may be present on the same insulation element.

The figure 13 shows the application of the invention in the presence of a balcony 40 built from the wall 10 to the right of the floor 11; in this figure is schematized at 41 an insulating lining; here, the insulation member 30 has a simple u-shaped section.

The figure 14 shows the treatment of a connection in which the first wall 10 is a wall and the second wall 11 a vertical veil.

The examples described above have shown the application of the invention to concrete constructions; alternatively, the construction may be masonry.

In the case of a first masonry wall, the implementation of the invention at the right of the second wall is similar to that described above for concrete walls.

The figure 15 is analogous to the figure 14 but here the first wall 10 is masonry, having concrete blocks or terracotta bricks 42 and the second wall 11, and the connection, are concrete.

The figure 16 is a view similar to the figure 1 but here, as in the figure 15 , the first partition 10 is masonry, comprising concrete blocks or terracotta bricks 42.
