Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten von Böden oder Fahrbahnen, mit einem Maschinenrahmen (1), an dem eine Arbeitswalze (4) unter einem den Arbeitsraum (6) begrenzenden Walzengehäuse (8) angeordnet ist, wobei an dem Walzengehäuse (8) eine Sprüheinrichtung (10) für ein Bindemittel oder Wasser mit mindestens einer in den Arbeitsraum (6) gerichteten Austrittsdüse (12) angeordnet ist ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Austrittsdüse eine ansteuerbare Schließeinrichtung (18) mit einem Schließelement (22) aufweist, das in einer Offenstellung die Austrittsdüse (12) freigibt und in einer Schließstellung die Austrittsdüse (12) verschließt, und
dass die Schließeinrichtung (18) eine zusätzliche Bewegung des Schließelementes (22) über die Schließstellung hinaus auslösen kann, mit der Materialanhäufungen in und/oder vor der Austrittsdüse (12) beseitigbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement (22) koaxial zur Austrittsdüse (12) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Düsenquerschnitt der Austrittsdüse (12) und der Querschnitt des Schließelementes (22) einander angepasst sind und vorzugsweise kreiszylindrisch gestaltet sind.
- Sprüheinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsdüse (12) an eine Ringleitung (14) oder an einen Tank angeschlossen ist.
- Sprüheinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsdüse (12) an einer Leitung (14) oder an einer Einspritzkammer (44) angeordnet ist, wobei das Bindemittel oder Wasser quer zur Austrittsdüse (12) zuführbar ist, dass das Schließelement (22) zum Schließen oder Reinigen der Austrittsdüse (12) die Leitung (14) oder Einspritzkammer (44) zum koaxialen Eintritt in die Austrittsdüse (12) durchquert, und dass das Schließelement (22) in der Offenstellung den Querschnitt der Leitung (14) oder der Einspritzkammer (44) im wesentlichen vollständig freigibt.
- Sprüheinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement (22) in der Schließstellung relativ zu der dem Arbeitsraum (6) zugewandten Mantelfläche (9) des Walzengehäuses (8) zurücksteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzliche Bewegung des Schließelementes (22) zum Reinigen der Austrittsdüse (12) von einer Sensoreinrichtung automatisch auslösbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düseneintrittsöffnung (28) der Austrittsdüse (12) und/oder die Spitze des Schließelementes (22) angefast sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprüheinrichtung (10) eine Mischeinrichtung (36) mit einer Expansionskammer (38) aufweist, in der über eine Bitumeneinspritzdüse (40) zugeführtes heißes Bitumen mit Wasser oder mit Wasser und Luft zum Erzeugen von Schaumbitumen mischbar ist, wobei Schaumbitumen aus der Austrittsdüse (12) austritt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Expansionskammer (38) aus einer Mischkammer (42) und einer mit der Mischkammer (42) verbundenen Einspritzkammer (44) besteht, wobei die Austrittsdüse (12) und die dazugehörige Schließeinrichtung (18) an der Einspritzkammer (44) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bitumeneinspritzdüse (40) für heißes Bitumen einen an die Düseneintrittsöffnung angepassten, ansteuerbaren Ventilstößel (46) zum Verschließen der Düseneintrittsöffnung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement (22) der Schließeinrichtung (18) von einer Kolben-/Zylindereinheit (20) antreibbar ist, die drei Schaltstellungen aufweist.
