Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cleaning vehicle, in particular for sewer cleaning, street cleaning, gully and the like, with a suction hose can be acted upon with suction, a suction hose associated storage device from which the suction hose is extendable to reach the desired length and vice versa, and a storage near suction hose section receiving boom , which is designed as a telescopic boom, which has a base support and a retractable from this or in this extension support, through the end region of the suction hose in the bow is deflected downwards.
  • a cleaning vehicle of this type is known from EP 068 32 78 A2.
  • the extension carrier has a rigid, trunk-like downwardly bent tail, which consists of tightly welded together sections.
  • the extension carrier has a rigid, trunk-like downwardly bent tail, which consists of tightly welded together sections.
  • the extension carrier it is not possible to retract the extension carrier completely into the basic carrier. It can therefore come to disabilities in running order. If the boom overhangs the cab, which is provided in some sewer cleaning vehicles to observe the expiry of the suction hose from the cab, the tail of the boom is in running order in the field of vision of the windshield, resulting in a visual obstruction and thus to an impairment of Traffic safety can lead. If the boom protrudes to the rear, there is a From the cab from poorly visible, rearward extension of the vehicle, which is also undesirable.
  • extension carrier has a plurality of hingedly interconnected, abutment against each other abknickbare sections, which arefastbickbar upon extension from the base support down to the stop down against each other and when retracted into the base support in the extended position can be brought.
  • the hingedly interconnected sections go automatically when moving out of the base support due to their weight or the weight on them weight hose in the bent position and are practically automatically swung back into the extended position when retracted into the base support.
  • a pivot drive required for this purpose is therefore not required in an advantageous manner.
  • the sections may have, in the manner of the side flanks of arched stones, end faces which are bevelled relative to one another. These form the stops limiting the bending movement.
  • Such training therefore proves to be particularly simple and reliable.
  • the hinge connection is arranged in the region of the upper side of the sections which is longer relative to the underside. This results in particularly large stop surfaces.
  • the articulated connection is arranged below the upper edge of the extension carrier. This advantageously allows an adaptation of the cross-sectional outer configuration of the sections of the extension support to the clear inner cross section of the base support, resulting in a simple and reliable guidance.
  • an eyelet penetrated by the suction hose can be provided at the front end of the last end piece of the extension support.
  • the suction hose associated guide means that facilitates accurate manipulation of the free end of the suction hose by means of the boom.
  • a further expedient development of the higher-level measures may consist in that in the region of the front end of the basic carrier, a guide device associated with the sections of the extension carrier, preferably in the form of a start-up ramp, is provided. This measure practically results in a curve control, which ensures a reliable and gentle pivotal movement of the tilting and alskippbaren sections of the extension support.
  • the field of application of the invention extends to cleaning vehicles of all kinds, which operate with a suction train acted upon, guided over a boom suction hose, as is the case with sewer cleaning vehicles, road cleaning vehicles, gully cleaning vehicles and the like.
  • the basic structure and operation of such vehicles are known per se and therefore need no further explanation in the present context.
  • the Figures 1 and 2 underlying cleaning vehicle is used, for example, Sinkkastencuri.
  • This vehicle includes a recorded on the vehicle chassis dirt receptacle 1.
  • On this one arranged with a stationary axis reel 2 is mounted, on which a suction hose 3 with lying turns is receivable.
  • the invisible, reel-side end of the suction hose 3 can in a manner not shown via a rotary joint with a the Hasp storage thorough, be in the mud receptacle 1 merging Einschstutzen be connected.
  • the reel 2 can be driven in both directions by means of an associated drive device, so that the suction hose 3 can be unwound from the reel 2 that practically forms a suction hose accumulator until it reaches the desired length or can be wound onto it.
  • a console 4 On the front wall of the sludge receiving container 1 here a console 4 is mounted, on which a rotatable about a stationary axis bearing block 5 is received, which carries a projecting over the cab 6 forward boom 7 for receiving the reel 2 adjacent portion of the suction hose 3.
  • a suitable drive means is provided for rotation of the bearing block 5 together with boom 7 about the vertical axis .
  • the bearing block 5 is expediently positioned so that the suction hose 3 can essentially level off the reel 2 at the same level and run onto the rear end of the jib 7, and vice versa.
  • the boom 7 can be pivotally received on the bearing block 5 about a horizontal axis and be pivotable by means of a lifting device. In the illustrated basic position, the boom 7 rises from the bearing block 5, starting slightly forward.
  • the suction hose 3 As Figure 1 shows clearly, passed over the cab 6.
  • the front end of the boom 7 is bent down, so that the suction hose 3 is thereby deflected downwards. Accordingly, the front end of the suction hose 3 can be inserted in a sink box 8 visible from the driver's cab 6.
  • the suction hose 3 by means of the boom 7, that is manipulated by appropriate movements of the boom 7 and unwound to the desired length of the reel 2.
  • the boom 7 is designed as a telescopic boom, which has a base support 9 received on the bearing block 5 and an extension support which can be extended therefrom and which consists of a plurality of adjoining parts 10a, b, c.
  • the extension carrier referred to below as a whole with 10 is extended out of the base carrier 9 up to a maximum extension length.
  • the extension carrier 10 is retracted into the base support 9.
  • the sections 10 a, b, c of the extension support 10 are bent against each other so that there is a downwardly directed trunk through which the suction hose 3 received on the boom 7 is guided in the arc down, creating a Buckling of the suction hose 3 is avoided.
  • the extension beam 10 consists of three sections 10a, b, c, which connect in the working position in the manner of vault stones to each other, as Figure 1 shows clearly.
  • the rear portion 10a is in the working position with its rear end portion in engagement with the base support 9 and accordingly runs coaxially thereto.
  • the middle section 10b and the front section 10c are each bent downwards relative to the adjacent section by an angle.
  • the middle and the front portion 10b, c in the region of its upper edge are longer than in the region of its lower edge, so that arise as in a vaulted stone v-shaped mutually inclined end faces.
  • the rear portion 10a is provided in the example shown with achsnormalen end faces. It would also be conceivable, however, to incline the end face of the rear section 10a facing the middle section 10b accordingly.
  • the sections 10a, b, c are in an extended position coaxial with the base carrier 9, wherein the mutually inclined end sides, as indicated in FIG. 2, delimit a downwardly widening gap 11, which is between the rear and the central portion 1a, b is smaller than between the middle and front portions 10b, c, so as to give a gently downward arc.
  • an upwardly projecting eyelet 12 is attached at the front end of the front end piece 10c through which the suction hose 3 passes.
  • the suction hose 3 associated guide means are provided in the Figures 1 and 2 underlying example in the region of the base support 9.
  • the suction hose 3 running on the upper side of the jib 7 is provided with flanking guide rollers 13 projecting upwards on both sides from the base support 9. These can be anteibbar by means of an associated drive means to relieve the reel drive.
  • the guide rollers 13 are only freely rotatable, which also normally suffices.
  • Similar guide rollers 13 flanking the suction hose 3 may also be associated with the sections 10a, b, c of the extension carrier 10, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 for the section 10b.
  • the guide rollers 13 are here taken on the lateral legs of a T-shaped bracket 14 which is mounted with its web on top of the associated portion.
  • the base support 9 is, as Figure 4 clearly shows, provided in the region of its upper side with a web of the bracket 14 associated slot 15 into which the web of the bracket 14 when retracting the extension member 10 can enter into the base support 9.
  • the height of the web of the bracket 14 is dimensioned so that the laterally projecting, the guide rollers 13 receiving leg in the retracted state, as can be seen from Figure 4, the base support 9 overlap with sufficient clearance. Also, the extension carrier 10 associated guide rollers 13, as already mentioned above for the guide rollers 13 of the base support 9, be driven. In the example shown, they are designed as freely rotatably mounted rollers.
  • suction hose 3 flanking sesscinraumen also upwardly closed guide means, approximately the same shape as the eyelet 12 to provide. It would also be conceivable to provide the underside of the suction hose 3 receiving rollers in the region of the upper side of the base support 9 and / or of the extension support 10.
  • the sections 10a, b, c are, as shown by way of example for the sections 10a, b, in the region of their upper edge connected by a hinge 16 having a horizontal axis.
  • the joints 16 are expediently designed such that they do not protrude beyond the upper edge and therefore do not hinder retraction of the extension carrier 10 into the base support 9.
  • rollers which are rotatably mounted on the hinge axes and can be seen upwardly within the scope of said play can be provided, which facilitate drainage of the suction hose 3.
  • a starting ramp 17 protruding forwardly with respect to the lower edge of the inlet cross section of the base support 9 is provided, at which the downwardly bent support pieces 10b, 10c start when the extension support 10 retracts into the base support 9 with its rear lower edge.
  • the start-up ramp 17 practically forms a guide surface through which the downwardly bent portions 10b, c are brought slowly and in an orderly manner from the bent position into the extended position when retracting the extension carrier 10 into the base support 9, whereby the forces required for retracting the extension support 10 are obtained stay relatively small.
  • the tilting movement is limited by the fact that the facing end faces of the sections 10a, b, c come into mutual contact.
  • the mutually facing end faces of the sections 10 a, b, c act as stops, which results in large stop surfaces and thus comparatively low surface pressures.
  • the Hochschwenkterrorism can also be limited by stops that come in the extended position in mutual contact. In general, however, this is not necessary, since even the base support 9, in which the extension pieces 10a, b, c are retracted, acts as such a stop, which prevents over the extended position tipping up of the portions 10b, c.
  • a drive device For extending and retracting the extension carrier 10, a drive device is provided. 5 is an elevating cylinder 18 with its rear end at the rear end portion of the base support 9 and with its front end at the front end portion of the rear portion 10a, which is not fully extended from the base support 9, is articulated.
  • the lifting cylinder 18 is formed as a one-piece lifting cylinder whose stroke corresponds to the training and retraction.
  • the lifting cylinder 18 is suitably designed as a double-acting unit that can generate forces in both directions, so that a reliable extension and Retraction is guaranteed.
  • the lifting cylinder 18 is advantageously synchronized with the drive of the Saugschlauchhaspel 2 so that uniform movements of the suction hose 3 and the extension carrier 10 result.
  • the base support 9 is, as can be seen from FIGS. 3 to 5, expediently designed as a box girder with a rectangular cross-section.
  • the outer configuration of the cross section of the sections 10a, b, c of the extension carrier corresponds in practice to the clear cross section of the base carrier 9 minus a running clearance already mentioned above.
  • the box girder forming the base girder 9 automatically forms a generally closed guideway for the sections 10a, b, c of the extension girder.
  • guide for the extension support 10 forming guide means may be provided, as indicated in Figure 5 by slide rails 19.
