Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement with a dehumidifying device for dehumidifying a wiping part of a wet mop and with a drive device by which the wiping part and the dehumidifying device are movable relative to each other, wherein the drive device is preceded by an element with a rough surface shape in the direction of movement of the wiper part relative to the wiping member is movable, and wherein by the element a frictional movement on the wiping member is exercisable.
  • Gattunassentende Vorrichtunaen are for example from the FR 187 266 A1 or the DE 29 09 617 A1 known.
  • wet wiper refers to all the cleaning devices which have an absorbent wiping part which can be impregnated with a cleaning liquid and passed over the surfaces or objects to be cleaned in the moist state.
  • the cleaning liquid is generally water, optionally with additives used. However, this does not exclude the use of other liquids.
  • Known embodiments of wet mops are, for example, mops and wiping pads, which have a fringed or flat wiping part, which is attached to the end of a stem.
  • wet mops are used together with a container for receiving the cleaning liquid.
  • the cleaning container usually has a manual dehumidifier, with which the wiping part can be squeezed or wrung out.
  • the wet mop For cleaning, the wet mop is usually dipped with its wiping part for moistening in the cleaning liquid, partially dehumidified to achieve a certain, optimum for cleaning moisture, and passed over the object to be cleaned. Subsequently, the wiping member is usually immersed in the cleaning liquid to rinse the recorded dirt, wherein the wiping member is moistened again. These activities are repeated very often during cleaning. From the earlier patent application DE 100 65 369.3 An apparatus for dehumidifying a wet mop is already known, in which a drive device, the wiping part and at least a moistening device for moistening the wiping part with a liquid are moved relative to each other.
  • a wiping part which has a holder (6) and a mop cover, and the element comprises at least one board which is at least substantially coplanar with one of the wipe Plane is oscillating movable; or at least two rollers, which are mutually rotatable relative to each other about a length over at least substantially the same distance from a plane spanned by the wiping plane maintaining rotation axes.
  • the element is a board that moves relative to the mop cover in a plane substantially coplanar with the wiping part.
  • an oscillating movement of the element is suitable.
  • the roller in this case has a correspondingly structured surface shape with which it entrains dirt particles from the wiping part.
  • the element additionally used according to the invention contributes to the mechanical treatment of the surface of the wiping part, so that dirt particles are removed therefrom. Under dirt particles are also hair, fluff and the like. To understand.
  • the element is particularly advantageous if it has a structured, in particular nubbed, honeycomb or groove-like or brush-like surface shape.
  • the rollers with respect to the direction of movement (A) of the wiping part, are arranged on both sides of the dehumidifying device. This means that first through a first roller the Wiper is roughened while this is still completely moistened by the recorded before the cleaning process cleaning liquid.
  • the second roller processes the wiping part after it has been dehumidified by the dehumidifying device, so that even such dirt particles are dissolved out by the second roller, which are still left in the wiping part, after the largest proportion of liquid has flowed out of the wiping part.
  • first cleaning liquid is applied to the element, which then releases this by its interaction with the wiping part on this. Due to the mechanical interaction due to the surface structure of the element, a strong processing of the surface of the wiper part takes place, so that significant amounts of dirt particles by the interaction of the cleaning liquid, which is held between the ribs, grooves or nubs or other surface structure of the element, and the Wiping part takes place.
  • a container in which the element is at least partially immersed to receive cleaning liquid from the container, which subsequently, for example, due to a rotational movement in the case of the roller, or about by suction in the case of a board-shaped element on the surface of the wiping part applies, in order to mechanically eingassassieren there so that then dirt-laden liquid emerges from the wiping part.
  • the wiping part instead of immersing the element in cleaning liquid, it can be applied to the surface of the wiping part by means of a nozzle or by means of several nozzles, before the element interacts with it.
  • the wiping part absorbs sufficient cleaning liquid, which is subsequently pressed out of the latter at least to a large extent by the mechanical processing of the means of the element. Any remaining moisture is subsequently removed from the wiping part by the dehumidifying device.
  • a device for receiving dirt-containing liquid carried out of the wiping part is arranged below the wiping part.
  • the dirt-laden liquid drips through a strainer and above the Abtropfsiebs or a Filteran Aunt- or a sedimentation device, such as those from the DE 100 65 369.3
  • the coarser mechanical particles are already known, so that pre-cleaned liquid then enters the basin after it has given off the largest impurities.
  • Also in the basin can be a pump for dispensing liquid on the wiper part or in the container or provide directly to the element.
  • a partition wall is present in the basin, through which a first portion for storing the cleaning liquid for the container and a second, the dirt-containing liquid receiving portion can be separated from each other. Also in this case, the cleaning liquid is conveyed by a pump from the basin in the container, so that it is transmitted in this of the cleaning element to the wiping part.
  • the basin has on its surface a surrounding the drainer and adjacent to this cover, through which the dirt-containing liquid flows into the basin.
  • an opening for filling with the cleaning liquid is also provided in the container.
  • the wiper part which consists of a holder and a mop cover
  • the drive arrangement if this is designed as a pressing arrangement, two rollers are provided, of which at least one is resiliently mounted relative to the surface of the wiper member.
  • a sensor is provided by means of which the drive arrangement and / or the element can be activated when the wiping part reaches a predetermined spatial position.
  • the pump can be switched on and off via the sensor, in particular using a timer.
  • the work process provided according to the invention can be dissected using a mop cover into the following sub-steps: First, the mop cover is moistened so that water-soluble dirt is partially or wholly washed out of the mop cover. This step is optional and can be omitted. Subsequently, a mechanical treatment of the surface of the mop cover is carried out to solve partially or completely adhering dirt. Finally, these are derived from the mop cover, along with the dirty water contained in the mop cover, in which the element pushes the dirty water out of the mop cover.
  • the dirty water is then passed through a filter.
  • the mop cover is dehumidified again after draining the dirty water so that it receives a preset residual moisture.
  • the element takes the cleaning solution, d. H. the mop water, for example, from a tub, which has an overflow.
  • the cleaning liquid is pumped by a pump.
  • the amount of cleaning liquid is calculated so that a minimum amount of cleaning liquid in the tub, d. H. the pool, can collect.
  • the mechanical element in the form of a board or a roller has the function of a washing board. Over the rough surface of the element occurs a good interaction between the element and the mop cover to be cleaned. This is especially true if the element has a groove structure that is comparable to the function of a washboard.
  • the cleaning roller rotates at a relative speed to the mop, for example, it rotates in opposite directions to the movement of the mop.
  • the mop is transported with its mop cover from the squeezing unit through the entire device.
  • the rotating cleaning roller transports cleaning solution to the mop cover, which it applies for example from the basin to it, and on the other hand, the mechanical movement of the cleaning roller triggers the dirt from the mop cover.
  • An erecting roller arranged in the direction of transport of the mop after the ejection unit re-aligns the fibers possibly compressed by the ejection unit so as to improve the dirt-holding capacity of the mop for a subsequent cleaning operation.

  • the arrangement can preferably also be operated by means of a rechargeable battery, so that it can be used independently of the mains voltage.
  • the element may also be arranged downstream of a moistening device, for example by a cleaning liquid to the mop cover spraying nozzle assembly, thereby additionally supporting the cleaning process.
  • a cleaning liquid to the mop cover spraying nozzle assembly, thereby additionally supporting the cleaning process.
  • the cleaning roller or the cleaning rollers can be operated oscillating. In this case, they swing in a plane perpendicular to the surface of the mop cover and swing against the mop cover.
  • the roller can also be designed as a brush. In this case, however, it should be noted that lint, hair and the like strongly adhering dirt accumulates from the brush at least at certain intervals, which must be removed again.
  • a circulating or oscillating driven belt is understood.
  • the strip is guided in such a case about two rollers or a plurality of rollers, so that a good contact pressure between the belt and the mop cover is present.
  • the band can also be designed to oscillate, for which it is sufficient if one of the rollers, over which the belt is running, moves in an oscillating manner.
  • the oscillating movement of the element can also be circular. This increases the cleaning effect of the element.
  • the material for the cleaning roller or the cleaning belt materials of various kinds may be used, for example metal, plastics or elastomers.
  • a plastic for example, polyamide is used.
  • the tub or basin preferably contains an area for sedimenting dirt particles.
  • the tub can be removed for cleaning from the arrangement.
  • other conveying devices for conveying the cleaning liquid to the nozzle or to the basin are also conceivable instead of a pump impeller. These include gear pumps, peristaltic pumps, diaphragm pumps, delivery pumps, etc.
  • pressureless pumping of liquids is possible, if no nozzle is used, but the cleaning is done exclusively with a cleaning roller. In this case, the cleaning liquid is applied by means of arranged on a belt ladles or by means of a screw conveyor on the mop cover or the roller itself is designed as a scoop roller.
  • the sieve can preferably be removed for cleaning.
  • a device may be attached, indicating that the possibly multi-stage screen must be cleaned.
  • the screen comprises a multi-stage filtration system.
  • a necessary cleaning process can be made visible in color by a well-visible buoyant body, which is arranged above the filter or screen surface. The buoyant body is raised due to the clogging of the filter and the associated increase in the water level. It dives according to the water level in the filter of the buoyancy on a highly visible from the outside lens or a transparent element, thus indicating to the user that the sieve or the filter must be cleaned.
  • the washout device is arranged vertically.
