Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement with a dehumidifying device for dehumidifying a wiping part of a wet mop and with a drive device by which the wiping part and the dehumidifying device are movable relative to each other, wherein the drive device is preceded by an element with a rough surface shape in the direction of movement of the wiper part relative to the wiping member is movable, and wherein by the element a frictional movement on the wiping member is exercisable.
- Gattunassentende Vorrichtunaen are for example from the FR 187 266 A1 or the DE 29 09 617 A1 known.
- wet wiper refers to all the cleaning devices which have an absorbent wiping part which can be impregnated with a cleaning liquid and passed over the surfaces or objects to be cleaned in the moist state.
- the cleaning liquid is generally water, optionally with additives used. However, this does not exclude the use of other liquids.
- Known embodiments of wet mops are, for example, mops and wiping pads, which have a fringed or flat wiping part, which is attached to the end of a stem.
- wet mops are used together with a container for receiving the cleaning liquid.
- the cleaning container usually has a manual dehumidifier, with which the wiping part can be squeezed or wrung out.
- the wet mop For cleaning, the wet mop is usually dipped with its wiping part for moistening in the cleaning liquid, partially dehumidified to achieve a certain, optimum for cleaning moisture, and passed over the object to be cleaned. Subsequently, the wiping member is usually immersed in the cleaning liquid to rinse the recorded dirt, wherein the wiping member is moistened again. These activities are repeated very often during cleaning. From the earlier patent application DE 100 65 369.3 An apparatus for dehumidifying a wet mop is already known, in which a drive device, the wiping part and at least a moistening device for moistening the wiping part with a liquid are moved relative to each other.
- a wiping part which has a holder (6) and a mop cover, and the element comprises at least one board which is at least substantially coplanar with one of the wipe Plane is oscillating movable; or at least two rollers, which are mutually rotatable relative to each other about a length over at least substantially the same distance from a plane spanned by the wiping plane maintaining rotation axes.
- the element is a board that moves relative to the mop cover in a plane substantially coplanar with the wiping part.
- an oscillating movement of the element is suitable.
- the roller in this case has a correspondingly structured surface shape with which it entrains dirt particles from the wiping part.
- the element additionally used according to the invention contributes to the mechanical treatment of the surface of the wiping part, so that dirt particles are removed therefrom. Under dirt particles are also hair, fluff and the like. To understand.
- the element is particularly advantageous if it has a structured, in particular nubbed, honeycomb or groove-like or brush-like surface shape.
- the rollers with respect to the direction of movement (A) of the wiping part, are arranged on both sides of the dehumidifying device. This means that first through a first roller the Wiper is roughened while this is still completely moistened by the recorded before the cleaning process cleaning liquid.
- the second roller processes the wiping part after it has been dehumidified by the dehumidifying device, so that even such dirt particles are dissolved out by the second roller, which are still left in the wiping part, after the largest proportion of liquid has flowed out of the wiping part.
- first cleaning liquid is applied to the element, which then releases this by its interaction with the wiping part on this. Due to the mechanical interaction due to the surface structure of the element, a strong processing of the surface of the wiper part takes place, so that significant amounts of dirt particles by the interaction of the cleaning liquid, which is held between the ribs, grooves or nubs or other surface structure of the element, and the Wiping part takes place.
- a container in which the element is at least partially immersed to receive cleaning liquid from the container, which subsequently, for example, due to a rotational movement in the case of the roller, or about by suction in the case of a board-shaped element on the surface of the wiping part applies, in order to mechanically eingassassieren there so that then dirt-laden liquid emerges from the wiping part.
- the wiping part instead of immersing the element in cleaning liquid, it can be applied to the surface of the wiping part by means of a nozzle or by means of several nozzles, before the element interacts with it.
- the wiping part absorbs sufficient cleaning liquid, which is subsequently pressed out of the latter at least to a large extent by the mechanical processing of the means of the element. Any remaining moisture is subsequently removed from the wiping part by the dehumidifying device.
- a device for receiving dirt-containing liquid carried out of the wiping part is arranged below the wiping part.
- the dirt-laden liquid drips through a strainer and above the Abtropfsiebs or a Filteran Aunt- or a sedimentation device, such as those from the DE 100 65 369.3
- the coarser mechanical particles are already known, so that pre-cleaned liquid then enters the basin after it has given off the largest impurities.
- Also in the basin can be a pump for dispensing liquid on the wiper part or in the container or provide directly to the element.
- a partition wall is present in the basin, through which a first portion for storing the cleaning liquid for the container and a second, the dirt-containing liquid receiving portion can be separated from each other. Also in this case, the cleaning liquid is conveyed by a pump from the basin in the container, so that it is transmitted in this of the cleaning element to the wiping part.
- the basin has on its surface a surrounding the drainer and adjacent to this cover, through which the dirt-containing liquid flows into the basin.
- an opening for filling with the cleaning liquid is also provided in the container.
- the wiper part which consists of a holder and a mop cover
- the drive arrangement if this is designed as a pressing arrangement, two rollers are provided, of which at least one is resiliently mounted relative to the surface of the wiper member.
- a sensor is provided by means of which the drive arrangement and / or the element can be activated when the wiping part reaches a predetermined spatial position.
- the pump can be switched on and off via the sensor, in particular using a timer.
- the work process provided according to the invention can be dissected using a mop cover into the following sub-steps: First, the mop cover is moistened so that water-soluble dirt is partially or wholly washed out of the mop cover. This step is optional and can be omitted. Subsequently, a mechanical treatment of the surface of the mop cover is carried out to solve partially or completely adhering dirt. Finally, these are derived from the mop cover, along with the dirty water contained in the mop cover, in which the element pushes the dirty water out of the mop cover.
- the dirty water is then passed through a filter.
- the mop cover is dehumidified again after draining the dirty water so that it receives a preset residual moisture.
- the element takes the cleaning solution, d. H. the mop water, for example, from a tub, which has an overflow.
- the cleaning liquid is pumped by a pump.
- the amount of cleaning liquid is calculated so that a minimum amount of cleaning liquid in the tub, d. H. the pool, can collect.
- the mechanical element in the form of a board or a roller has the function of a washing board. Over the rough surface of the element occurs a good interaction between the element and the mop cover to be cleaned. This is especially true if the element has a groove structure that is comparable to the function of a washboard.
- the cleaning roller rotates at a relative speed to the mop, for example, it rotates in opposite directions to the movement of the mop.
- the mop is transported with its mop cover from the squeezing unit through the entire device.
- the rotating cleaning roller transports cleaning solution to the mop cover, which it applies for example from the basin to it, and on the other hand, the mechanical movement of the cleaning roller triggers the dirt from the mop cover.
- An erecting roller arranged in the direction of transport of the mop after the ejection unit re-aligns the fibers possibly compressed by the ejection unit so as to improve the dirt-holding capacity of the mop for a subsequent cleaning operation.
- An electronic control not shown here switches on or off the electric drives for the pump, the cleaning element, in particular the cleaning roller, and the pressing unit.
- the arrangement can preferably also be operated by means of a rechargeable battery, so that it can be used independently of the mains voltage.
- the element may also be arranged downstream of a moistening device, for example by a cleaning liquid to the mop cover spraying nozzle assembly, thereby additionally supporting the cleaning process.
- a cleaning liquid to the mop cover spraying nozzle assembly, thereby additionally supporting the cleaning process.
- the cleaning roller or the cleaning rollers can be operated oscillating. In this case, they swing in a plane perpendicular to the surface of the mop cover and swing against the mop cover.
- the roller can also be designed as a brush. In this case, however, it should be noted that lint, hair and the like strongly adhering dirt accumulates from the brush at least at certain intervals, which must be removed again.
- a circulating or oscillating driven belt is understood.
- the strip is guided in such a case about two rollers or a plurality of rollers, so that a good contact pressure between the belt and the mop cover is present.
- the band can also be designed to oscillate, for which it is sufficient if one of the rollers, over which the belt is running, moves in an oscillating manner.
- the oscillating movement of the element can also be circular. This increases the cleaning effect of the element.
- the material for the cleaning roller or the cleaning belt materials of various kinds may be used, for example metal, plastics or elastomers.
- a plastic for example, polyamide is used.
- the tub or basin preferably contains an area for sedimenting dirt particles.
- the tub can be removed for cleaning from the arrangement.
- other conveying devices for conveying the cleaning liquid to the nozzle or to the basin are also conceivable instead of a pump impeller. These include gear pumps, peristaltic pumps, diaphragm pumps, delivery pumps, etc.
- pressureless pumping of liquids is possible, if no nozzle is used, but the cleaning is done exclusively with a cleaning roller. In this case, the cleaning liquid is applied by means of arranged on a belt ladles or by means of a screw conveyor on the mop cover or the roller itself is designed as a scoop roller.
- the sieve can preferably be removed for cleaning.
- a device may be attached, indicating that the possibly multi-stage screen must be cleaned.
- the screen comprises a multi-stage filtration system.
- a necessary cleaning process can be made visible in color by a well-visible buoyant body, which is arranged above the filter or screen surface. The buoyant body is raised due to the clogging of the filter and the associated increase in the water level. It dives according to the water level in the filter of the buoyancy on a highly visible from the outside lens or a transparent element, thus indicating to the user that the sieve or the filter must be cleaned.
- the washout device is arranged vertically.
- a cleaning structure with a rough surface shape in the waste water basin.
- a motor-driven squeezing device Arranged above it is a motor-driven squeezing device. This has two rollers, of which at least one is driven by a motor, while at least the other or alternatively both rollers are resiliently mounted so that they pivot away during insertion of the mop down and thereby return to a preset position. Accordingly, they also pivot away when the mop is removed again after the cleaning process is completed.
- the optionally two-sided mop is manually pushed between the cleaning structure, which preferably has a washboard mold and structure.
- the spring-mounted, pivotable roller which is also referred to as a squeeze roller, pushed away from the mop, so that exerted by the squeezing at most a low frictional force on the mop.
- a motor is turned on via a sensor signal which drives the other roller or alternatively both rollers to facilitate in this way the removal of the mop from the washing device, and to dehumidify the mop to a preset residual moisture.
- the motor is preferably switched on via a sensor signal, so that the motor then drives the roller or both rollers.
- the sensor signal also controls the switching on and off, for example via an electrical timer, a pump which pumps for a certain time water from the basin in which this cleaning process takes place in a second basin which receives the dirty water through a nozzle , This causes on the one hand an overflow of the cleaning liquid from the cleaning container into the dirty water tank and a directed flow from the nozzle, which is located in the region of the cleaning basin, to the overflow, over which the water is transported from the cleaning basin in the waste water basin.
- An arrangement 1 forms a wash-out device for a mop 2.
- the mop 2 comprises a handle 3, to which a wiper part 5 is articulated via a hinge 4.
- the wiping part 5, in turn, consists of a holder 6 and a wiper 7 attached underneath.
- the arrangement 1 comprises a basin 8, a cleaning unit 9 and a dehumidifying or expressing unit 10.
- the pressing unit 10 comprises two pressure rollers 11, 12, between which the mop 2 is conveyed through to squeeze the wipe 7.
- the ejection unit 10 simultaneously forms the drive device. Both can, however, also through separate components can be realized.
- the direction of rotation of the pressure rollers 11, 12 is chosen so that the mop 2 is conveyed in the direction of an arrow A. At least one of the pressure rollers 11, 12 is driven by a motor.
- the pressure roller 11 is split into two in the direction of its axis of rotation, so that in a between the two sub-rollers of the pressure roller 11 of the handle 3 of the mop 2 can be passed.
- the cleaning unit 9 comprises a container 13 with a cleaning liquid, in which a roller 14 rotates, which has a rib structure with ribs 15 on its lateral surface.
- a roller 14 rotates, which has a rib structure with ribs 15 on its lateral surface.
- the cleaning liquid is firmly pressed into the wipe 7 and partially rubbed, depending on the difference in the rotational speed of the roller 14 in relation to Rotation speed of the pressure rollers 11, 12.
- the roller 14 rotates in the same direction of rotation as the pressure roller 12. Alternatively, it rotates in the opposite direction.
- the roller 14 has a relative movement relative to the pressure rollers 11, 12. Due to the rubbing motion exerted by the roller 14 on the wipe 7, the cleaning liquid takes on dirt particles that either drips back into the container 13 behind the roller 14 or directly through a sieve 16 drop in a covered by the basin 8 waste water tank 17.
- the container 13 is provided with an overflow 18 from which the dirty water also drips onto the sieve 16.
- the container 8 has a cover 19 which is inclined to the sieve 16, so that all moisture entering from above passes through the sieve 16 into the waste water container 17.
- the basin 8 also comprises a cleaning water tank 20.
- the cleaning water tank 20 is hermetically separated from the dirty water tank 17 either via a partition wall 21 or the partition wall 21 has a filtering function and allows liquid from the dirty water tank 17 to pass into the cleaning water tank 20, wherein dirt particles substantially in the Dirty water tank 17 remain behind.
- the screen 16 has a prefilter function, while the partition wall 21 performs a fine filter function.
- the cleaning tank 20 is equipped with a pump 22, the output side is connected via a connecting pipe 23 to the container 13 and promotes fresh cleaning liquid in this.
- the roller 14 is always fresh detergent, in particular cleaning water, available to apply this to the wipe 7.
- the roller 14 preferably performs only a rotational movement, but it is also not excluded that the roller 14 additionally performs a transverse, for example, oscillating or oscillating movement parallel to the surface of the wipe 7.
- the wipe 7 passes through the intermediate area between the nip rollers 11 and 12, whereby the majority of remaining in the wipe 7 liquid is pressed out of this and drops over the cover 19 through the wire 16 into the dirty water tank 17 so that a desired residual moisture remains in the wipe 7.
- a raising roller 24 is arranged downstream of the pressure rollers 11, 12 in the direction of movement of the cleaning cloth 7.
- the roller 24 has similar to the roller 14 ribs 25 which serve to straighten the fibers of the cleaning cloth 7 again.
- the erecting roller 24 rotates opposite to the conveying direction of the wipe 7.
- an arrangement 30 in addition to the roller 14 a likewise equipped with ribs 31
- Aufrichtwalze 32 rotates opposite to the roller 14 and serves on the one hand to push out with its ribs 31 received by the wipe 7 cleaning liquid from this and on the other hand erect the smooth of the roller 14 coated fibers of the wipe 7 again
- an element 41 which, while the pressure rollers 11 and 12 further promote the wiping member 5 with the wipe 7 in the direction of arrow A, oscillating in the direction of a double arrow B moves.
- the element 41 has on its surface facing the wipe 7 a rough surface, which is suitable for removing dirt particles from the wipe 7.
- the cleaning process of the element 41 is assisted by the supply of cleaning liquid via the connection pipe 23.
- the element 41 dissolves dirt particles from the wipe 7 without any liquid supply. This is possible in particular when the wipe 7 has a relatively high liquid content.
- the element 41 on its upper side also has a nubbed, honeycomb or groove-shaped surface structure, whereby the cleaning process is supported.
- a Aufrichtwalze 24 is disposed either between the element 41 and the pressure roller 12 or downstream of the nip cloth 7 in the direction of movement of the pressure roller 12.
- a jet for example a spray jet, of cleaning liquid can be sprayed onto the underside of the wipe 7 to assist the cleaning of nozzles, not shown, so that cleaning liquid is applied approximately in directions 42, 43 on the wipe 7.
- wiper mop 51 is cleaned with a wiper 55 attached to a handle 53 via a hinge 52.
- the holder 54 is designed such that it can be folded below the joint 52, so that the wiping cloth 55 rests on its outer sides so that it is cleaned on both sides of an element 56 consisting of two parts 561 and 562.
- the parts 561 and 562 respectively abut on the outer surface thereof during the cleaning operation of the wipe 55. They have a wipe 55 facing surface structure, which is either rough or in addition has a nub, honeycomb or grooved surface structure.
- the movement of the folded holder 54 together with the wipe 55 takes place between two rotating pressure rollers 57, 58, which rotate in such a way that in a first step, the wipe 55 is guided on the holder 54 down and after completion of the Cleaning process is led back up.
- an oscillating in the direction of a double arrow D movement of the wipe 55 takes place on the holder 54, in which case the pressure rollers 57, 58 rotate with a corresponding reversal of their sense of rotation.
- At least one of the pressure rollers 57, 58, for example, the pressure roller 57 is arranged swinging about a pivot arm 59, so that it can be pivoted together with the wipe 55 of the pressure roller 58 according to the thickness of the holder 54.
