Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zum Bündeln eines Stapels (02) von blattartigen Gegenständen, z. B. von Banknoten, mit einer Auflageplatte (06) für den Stapel (02) und eine zwischen der Oberfläche der Auflageplatte (06) und einer Unterseite des Stapels (02) kreuzende Banderole (01), wobei in der Auflageplatte (06) ein Kanal (07) zum Hindurchschieben der Banderole (01) unter dem Stapel (02) gebildet ist und die Auflageplatte (06) in einen zwischen zwei seitlichen Begrenzungswänden (27) gebildeten Schacht (26) eindrückbar ist, um die Banderole (01) zwischen den Begrenzungswänden (27) und Seitenflächen des Stapels (02) gegen die Seitenflächen zu knicken, und mit Einrichtungen (29, 31, 32, 33, 34) zum Umknicken der Endabschnitte (28) der Banderole (01) gegen die Oberseite des Stapels (02), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Federelement (08) zum Andrücken der Banderole (01) gegen die Unterseite eines auf der Auflageplatte (06) ruhenden Stapels (02) angeordnet ist, dass eine Zunge (09) zwischen einer eingefahrenen Stellung, in der sie den Kanal (07) von der Oberfläche der Auflageplatte (06) trennt, und einer zurückgezogenen Stellung, in der der Kanal (07) zur Oberfläche der Auflageplatte (06) hin offen ist, verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (09) als ein Hohlprofil, insbesondere als Vierkantrohr, ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (09) in der eingefahrenen Stellung mit der Oberfläche der Auflageplatte (06) bündig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (08) durch die Zunge (09) derart verschiebbar ist, dass es im eingeschobenen Zustand der Zunge (09) den Kanal (07) für den Durchgang der Banderole (01) freigibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (09) wenigstens einen langgestreckten Steg (11) trägt, der im eingeschobenen Zustand das Federelement (08) aus dem Kanal (07) verdrängt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Federelement (08) zum Erzeugen eines Kanals (07) zwischen der Auflageplatte (06) und dem Stapel (02) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (08) bewegbar ist und dass die Banderole (01) zwischen Stapel (02) und Auflageplatte (06) fixierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes Stellglied (17) zum Hineindrücken eines Stapels (02) in den Schacht (26) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Stellglied (17) Andrückkörper (18) zum Andrücken an die Oberseite des Stapels (02) umfasst, wobei zwischen den Andrückkörpem (18) ein Spalt (21) für den Durchgang eines Werkzeugs zum Verbinden der Enden der Banderole (01) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug ein beheizbarer Stempel (22) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweites Stellglied (24) zum Hinausdrücken des Stapels (02) aus dem Schacht (26) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Arretierungseinrichtung (37) zum Arretieren der Auflageplatte (06) in einer vorgegebenen Tiefe des Schachts (26) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Stellglied (17; 24) ein Pneumatikzylinder ist.
- Verfahren zum Einziehen einer Banderole (01) beim Bündeln eines Stapels (02) von blattartigen Gegenständen mit einer Banderole (01) mit folgenden Schritten:zwischen dem Stapel (02) und einer Auflageplatte (06) wird ein Kanal (07) gebildet,in den Kanal wird eine Zunge (09) eingeführt,durch diesen Kanal (07) wird ein freies Ende der Banderole (01) geführt,die Banderole (01) wird mittels mindestens eines Federelementes (08) an den Stapel (02) gepresst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Fixieren der Banderole (01) der Stapel (02) in einen Schacht (26) bewegt wird, um die Banderole (01) an Seitenflächen des Stapels (02) anzulegen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Fixieren der Banderole (01) mittels eines Sensors (15) oder einer Leseeinrichtung (14) die Position der Banderole erfaßt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (07) durch Verändern des Abstandes von Stapel (02) und Auflageplatte (06) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorlaufende Ende der Banderole (01) während des Einführens in den Kanal (07) quer zur Transportrichtung durch mindestens eine Seitenwand des Kanales begrenzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Einführen der Zunge (09) die Banderole (01) in den Kanal (07) geführt wird.
