caractérisé en ce que- un serre-flan intérieur (82), qui est monté flexible en direction du matériau en feuille (20), est présent dans l'espace intérieur (70) qui est circonscrit par le tranchant (51, 82) pouvant être entraîné en rotation circulaire,- un serre-flan extérieur (66, 68) est présent dans l'espace extérieur qui entoure extérieurement l'espace circonscrit par le tranchant (51, 82) pouvant être entraîné en rotation. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tranchant (51, 82) est en forme d'arc de cercle en projection horizontale, le centre de l'arc de cercle étant l'axe de rotation (53).
