Claims (11)
- Einrichtung zum Bearbeiten von Blech (9), mit einer Blechbearbeitungsvorrichtung (2) und mehreren Abrollböcken (4), auf denen jeweils eine Blechrolle (5, 6, 7) gelagert ist, wobei die Blechbearbeitungsvorrichtung (2) eine Transportvorrichtung (39) aufweist, mit der das Blech (9) ab einer der Blechrollen (5, 6, 7) abziehbar und wenigstens einem Werkzeug (38) zuführbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch einen automatischen Einzug (3).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einzug (3) einen oberen verschwenkbaren Teil (23) aufweist, der in einer offenen Stellung einen seitlich offenen Durchgang (41) bildet.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einzug (3) Mittel (35) zur Positionserkennung eines Blechendes (9a) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (35) eine Fotozelle oder Lichtschranke aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oberer Teil (23) des Einzugs (3) mit einem Zylinder (28) um ein Scharnier (24) verschwenkbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einzug (3) eine seitlich offene spaltförmige Einzugsöffnung (27) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einzugsöffnung (27) durch ein unteres, gestellfestes Schild (33) und ein oberes, nach oben bewegbares Schild (34) gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abrollböcke (4) jeweils eine Klemmvorrichtung (11) aufweisen, die ein freies Ende (9a) eines Bleches (9) positioniert.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmvorrichtung (11) durch Mittel (18) der Blechbearbeitungsvorrichtung (2) in eine gelöste Stellung bringbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Mittel einen Schieber (18) aufweisen, der an einem Hebel (17) der Klemmvorrichtung (11) anlegbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blechbearbeitungsvorrichtung (2) auf einem Gleis (13) gesteuert verfahrbar ist und dass die Abrollböcke (4) so positioniert sind, dass die Enden (9a) der Blechrollen (5, 6, 7) in den Bereich des Einzuges (3) hineinragen.
