Claims (12)
- Filtre à air (4) pour un moteur à combustion interne comprenant un boîtier (1), dans lequel est disposé l'élément de filtre à air, qui est disposé entre une entrée d'air brut dans une coque d'air brut (2) et une sortie d'air pur dans une coque d'air pur (3), une ouverture (6) étant prévue dans le boîtier (1), laquelle est recouverte d'une membrane, caractérisé en ce que pour la diffusion des bruits aériens dans la coque d'air brut (2) ou la coque d'air pur (3) du boîtier (1) du filtre à air, on prévoit au moins une partie d'insertion (11) présentant des perforations (7) qui est maintenue insérée dans l'ouverture du boîtier (6) et qui est recouverte par un tissu structuré (8) à fines mailles et perméable à l'air ou par un élément sonore à parois minces.
- Filtre à air selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'insertion (11) est insérée dans la paroi de boîtier de la coque d'air brut (2) ou de la coque d'air pur (3).
- Filtre à air selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'entre deux parties d'insertion (10 et 11) perforées insérées dans l'ouverture du boîtier (6), le tissu (8) ou l'élément sonore est tendu, et l'ouverture du boîtier (6) peut être fermée de manière perméable à l'air.
- Filtre à air selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les parties d'insertion (10, 11) présentent des amortisseurs de butée (12, 13) opposés entre lesquels est disposé le tissu (8) ou l'élément sonore.
- Filtre à air selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les amortisseurs de butée (12, 13) se composent d'un matériau d'amortissement.
- Filtre à air selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi présentant des perforations (7) est façonnée sur la paroi du boîtier formant l'ouverture du boîtier (6), et entre cette paroi et une partie d'insertion (17) mise en place, présentant des perforations, est disposée la membrane constituée du tissu (8) ou de l'élément sonore à parois minces.
- Filtre à air selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la membrane constitué du tissu (8) ou de l'élément sonore est connectée à un cadre (14), qui est disposé au-dessus ou en dessous de l'ouverture du boîtier (6) et qui peut être connecté au boîtier du filtre à air (1).
- Filtre à air selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tissu (8) ou l'élément sonore présente une telle perméabilité à l'air que dans le cas d'une charge partielle du moteur à combustion interne, un plus faible débit d'air entre dans le moteur à combustion interne que dans le cas d'une pleine charge.
- Filtre à air selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture du boîtier (6) est prévue sur un côté supérieur (15) ou une paroi latérale de la coque d'air brut (2).
- Filtre à air selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture (6a) est pourvue de perforations (7) dans un schnorchel d'air (20) de la coque d'air brut (2), qui est recouverte par le tissu (8) ou l'élément sonore.
- Filtre à air selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les perforations (7) sont formées par moulage par injection dans une paroi de la coque d'air brut (2) et sont recouvertes par le tissu (8) ou l'élément sonore.
- Filtre à air selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture (6) présentant des perforations (7) avec un recouvrement de tissu ou d'élément sonore pour la diffusion des bruits aériens est disposée au moins dans une région d'un guidage d'air depuis le schnorchel (20) jusqu'à un papillon d'étranglement du moteur.
