Claims (25)
- Ventilsteuerung zur Einstellung des Hubes von Ventilen in Kraftfahrzeugen, mit mindestens einer Verstellwelle, mit der über wenigstens eine Übertragungskette ein Ventilschaft des Ventiles verschiebbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellwelle (1) durch wenigstens einen Hydraulikantrieb (12, 12a bis 12f) begrenzt um ihre Achse drehbar ist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikantrieb (12, 12c bis 12f) ein Drehantrieb ist, der vorteilhaft einen Stator (13) aufweist, der relativ gegenüber wenigstens einem von ihm aufgenommenen, vorzugsweise drehfest mit der Verstellwelle (1) verbundenen Rotor (16, 17) drehbar ist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stator (13) zylindrisch ausgebildet ist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der Innenwand des Stators (13) Flügel (20) abstehen, zwischen denen radial von einem Grundkörper (21, 22) des Rotors (16, 17) abstehende Flügel (23) liegen, und daß vorteilhaft die Rotorflügel (23) und die Statorflügel (20) relativ zueinander begrenzt drehbar sind. - Ventilsteuerung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Stator (13) zwei axial benachbarte Rotoren (16, 17) untergebracht sind, die voneinander getrennt sind. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stator (13) durch Druckbeaufschlagung unter Mitnahme des verstellwellenseitigen Rotors (16) gegenüber dem anderen Rotor (17) begrenzt drehbar ist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verstellwellenseitige Rotor (16) durch Druckbeaufschlagung gegenüber dem Stator (13) begrenzt drehbar ist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikantrieb (12a, 12b) ein Verschiebeantrieb ist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschiebeantrieb (12a, 12b) wenigstens eine Zahnstange (32) aufweist, die quer zur Verstellwelle (1) verschiebbar ist und in eine Außenverzahnung (31) der Verstellwelle (1) eingreift. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnstange (32) auf einer Kolbenstange (33) sitzt, die einen in einem Zylinder (34) bewegbaren Kolben (35) aufweist. - Ventilsteuerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellwelle (1) wenigstens einen, vorteilhaft mehrere Nocken (2) für mehrere Ventile aufweist. - Ventilsteuerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jeden Zylinder des Kraftfahrzeuges je eine Verstellwelle (1) vorgesehen ist, die vorteilhaft durch einen eigenen Hydraulikantrieb (12a, 12c) begrenzt drehbar sind. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Verstellwelle (1) zwei Nocken (2) für zwei Ventile aufweist. - Ventilsteuerung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikantrieb (12b, 12c, 12d, 12f) eine Grobeinstelleinrichtung (36, 36f) und wenigstens eine Feineinstelleinrichtung (37, 37f) aufweist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grobeinstelleinrichtung (36, 36f) eine Zwischenwelle (39) aufweist, über die die Verstellwelle (1) begrenzt drehbar ist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grobeinstelleinrichtung (36) einen Verschiebeantrieb (40 bis 44) aufweist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschiebeantrieb (40 bis 44) eine Zahnstange (40) aufweist, die sich quer zur Zwischenwelle (39) erstreckt und in eine Verzahnung (41) der Zwischenwelle (39) eingreift und vorteilhaft auf einer Kolbenstange (43) sitzt, die einen in einem Zylinder (42) verschiebbaren Kolben (44) trägt. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Verzahnung (41) der Zwischenwelle (39) wenigstens ein Träger (45) eingreift, der einen Verschiebeantrieb (45, 47 bis 50) der Feineinstelleinrichtung (37) aufweist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschiebeantrieb (45, 47 bis 50) eine, vorteilhaft in die Außenverzahnung (31) der Verstellwelle (1) eingreifende Zahnstange (50) aufweist, die auf einer Kolbenstange (49) sitzt, die einen in einem Druckraum (47) des Trägers (45) verschiebbaren Kolben (48) trägt. - Ventilsteuerung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mehreren Verstellwellen (1) die Zwischenwelle (39) zur gemeinsamen Grobverstellung der Verstellwellen (1) vorgesehen ist. - Ventilsteuerung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mehreren Verstellwellen (1) jeder Verstellwelle (1) eine Feineinstelleinrichtung (37) zugeordnet ist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grobeinstelleinrichtung (36f) einen Drehantrieb (13, 17) aufweist. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehantrieb (13, 17) einen vorteilhaft mit einer Außenverzahnung (51) in eine Verzahnung (52) der Zwischenwelle (39) eingreifenden Stator (13) und einen Rotor (17) aufweist, die relativ zueinander drehbar sind. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Außenverzahnung (50) der Zwischenwelle (39) eine Außenverzahnung (55) eines Außenringes (54) der Feineinstelleinrichtung (37f) kämmt. - Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Außenring (54) der Feineinstelleinrichtung (37f) ein Rotor (58) angeordnet ist, der drehfest mit der Verstellwelle (1) verbunden und gegenüber dem Außenring (54) begrenzt drehbar ist, der vorteilhaft nach innen ragende Flügel (56) aufweist, zwischen denen radial nach außen gerichtete Flügel (59) des Rotors (58) liegen.
